That's up to the seller of the app. Many, but not all, apps will work on both the iPhone and iPad. For those apps that do you only need to pay for them once, as long as they were purchased with the same Apple ID. But app developers have the option of selling separate versions of their app for iPhone and iPad. For those apps you have to pay for them for each platform.

I have paid for the additional games in my first iPad, when I download it again from purchased history, and execute it, it prompt me a request payment dialog. The truth is, I have paid it previously? I agree with you, I downloaded it using the same apple id, and it is free even though for the first time downloading. We need to pay when we wanted to buy additional game/flash cards, but for my ipad2, when i select the one I have been purchased before for the additional cards, it prompt request payment... I am doubtful whether it will charge or not.....

iPhoto, iMovie and Garageband are free. However, you must be running Mavericks in order to download and use them. Mavericks is free also. Therefore your Mac must be capable of running Mavericks:

iWork is not as it's an upgrade and not an update. Upgrades for iWork have always had to be purchased. However, the previous iWork apps will work fine with Mavericks.

But the IOS version is universal to both iPhone and iPad, so you don't have to pay again for a separate iPad version.

To add to what dicemaster said, you can use PS Touch to connect to Creative Cloud to import (or export) assets that are compatible (like PSDs, PSDXs and RAWs).
I could picture PS Touch as being part of Creative Cloud but Adobe would have to build it from the ground up for that purpose, meaning it would have to be initially free due to Google Play and App Store's closed marketplaces. For example, Autodesk lets users download the Sketchbook app for free but you don't get the bells and whistles unless you log in with your Autodesk sub (within the app itself).

It depends on what's wrong with the screen. If it's defective, then it will almost certainly be covered under warranty.
If you broke the screen by dropping or hitting the iPod, then officially such damage is not covered by warranty (a warranty is for manufacturing defects, not user-caused damage). The Apple Stores have been known to replace iPods at no charge even when for damage, though, so take the iPod in, explain what happened, and hope they can do something for you.

Why did I have to pay for free App? ridiculous!

The day before, I tried to download Free App, Which is "Sky Call". As the Downloading was processing, iTunes wanted me to keep registering Account to verify my statement. I thought It wouldn't charge any money because "The app" was definitely "For Free", so I just filled my name , address , even my card number as it requests. Right after I pressed the button "Done", iTunes charged me $1..?! OMG...
I know Just $1 isn't big deal.. ,However, The point is iTunes had to ask me about agreement before it charged. If I knew that i gotta pay for it, I wouldn't keep going that Installation on the phone. I am so confused what is going on... Even though $1 might be service charge, The Apple should have got agreement from the customer! Basically, That is Duty Customers have to know.

Apple isn't charging for a free app, it is verifying the bank card that it exists and has available funds. The charge will fall off the account without completing.

I can't download any more on my ipad due to my icloud storage being full. The ipad came with the icloud free storage but now it seems that i have to pay for more storage on icloud. Do i have to? What if i dont want icloud?

The ipad is my son's so he doesn't really need the icloud as he only uses his ipad to play apps. The ipad seems to have a lot of unused capacity but it won't let him download any more apps without paying for additional icloud storage. Do we have to use icloud or can we just use the ipad without icloud and keep downloading apps until the ipad capacity is full?

Should be able to. I dont' use iCloud and I have no issue downloading apps.
you may need to be patient though, from what some have said, it may be that the app store is a bit swamped and busy with all the new iPad owners.

Hi it seems that my restrictions password has been tampered with. I cannot acces restrictions. I now have to default using I tunes I believe. So when I do this I blieve it will while everything. So does that mean, the apps that I own, will I have to pay or again, or is it tracked somewhere what I own vs my apple ID?

As long as the apps are still available in the store then you can re-download them for free : re-downloading. Or you should be able to copy them over from your iPad to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases and you can then just sync them back (it's useful to have a backup copy of your apps just in case they are removed from the store).

I have purchased MLB 2010 for the iPhone and works great. I just purchased an iPad and the (good quality) app is different for the iPad. When I go to the App Store it says $14.95 for the iPad version but I know that it will recognize apps sometimes and not charge you. I just want to know for sure about these apps that have upgrades for the iPad... am I going to get charged again to upgrade?

What I think would be reasonable, is for developers to offer their iphone app for 1X dollars and the plus version of the app that includes an iphone and ipad version for 1.25 or 1.5X dollars. Instead we have iphone versions for 1X dollars and ipad versions for 3X-7X dollars. While I agree developers need to be compensated for extra work. I find it hard to believe that it required more time to convert an app for ipad than was original required to develop the app.
What I suspect is that developers are not happy with the price points of apps for the iphone and want to use the ipad to leverage these price points higher. While I do not agree with this tactic, it is within their right to sell their apps for whatever they feel the market will bear. If we do not agree with the price points you can vote with your clicks and not buy apps that charge an unreasonable premium for ipad versions.

Why is my shared photo stream taking up space on my iPhone when I have turned off photo sharing?

I have an iPhone 5c with iOS 8.3. It's only an 8GB iPhone, so I only have about 5.2GB of space to use. So I have to be very picky about what stays and what goes on my iPhone. Photos is one of those things that don't stay on my phone long. I have deleted all of my pictures out of my albums (both camera roll and recently deleted) and there can be no photos found in my library. In settings, I turned off all photo sharing capabilities, so I shouldn't be getting shared photos from family members on my phone and stuff. So why does my storage say that shared photo stream is taking up 54.6MB? I would like it to say 0MB. Am I missing something? I've included a couple screenshots to help clarify things. This is what I mean. I'm seeing the 3.9 KB usage for Photo Stream under General>UIsage>Photos and Camera, nothing to do with the storage on iCloud and I have Photo Stream and everything to do with iCloud and photo sharing off. However, I may have had Photo Stream on before for a few weeks before I turned it off long ago. Could that data/used space just be a few photos that were once in Photo Stream before I turned it off if I've had it on before?
