Why do I keep getting new pins sent to me?

I downloaded the Messages app on my wife's phone and it keeps sending new pins and saying it failed the security. What do we need to do?

I am sorry to hear of the issues that you are experiencing! Lets try to turn off the location and test out again. You may also delete the application and install again.
If the issue persists, let us know which device your wife is using so that we can better assist.
Thank you,

created by chris.campbell in Using Flash Player - View the full discussionHi Luetta,I think the confusion here is that you are seeing a message that was meant for Flash Player developers, and Namisha assumed you were debugging your own flash code. If you are simply trying to use Flash Player, we'll need to uninstall the debug version of Flash and install the regular version instead.  Assuming you are on Windows, here are the steps required: 1.  Uninstall Flash Player by downloading and running this program:  http://download.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player.exe 2. Once uninstalled, open your web browser and navigate to: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer 3. Walk through the steps on that web page to get the right version of Flash Player installed  Once you have the normal version of Flash installed, you will no longer see these error messages. If you continue to have problems, please email me at [email protected] and we can do a quick desktop sharing session so I can help you out. Thanks,Chris If the reply above answers your question, please take a moment to mark this answer as correct by visiting: https://forums.adobe.com/message/7503430#7503430 and clicking ‘Correct’ below the answer Replies to this message go to everyone subscribed to this thread, not directly to the person who posted the message. • Why do I keep getting alerts for shared calendars?

I have a calendar set up in Calendar, it syncs with iCloud.
My wife has a clanedar set up in Calendar, it syncs with iCloud.
Both calendars are shared, so we can see what the others availability is on a given day at a given time.
But why do I keep getting alerts on my iPhone (and only on my iPhone) for my WIFE's events?  I've turned off the "show shared calendar events" button in the calendar preferences on my iPhone, but I'm *still* getting alerts for all her events.  I don't need this, I don't want this, I turned it off... why is it still happening?
My iCloud calendar is defaulted to my calendar.  I do not get alerts on my iMac for her events, only on the iphone.  Can anyone help?  I never want to see her events unless I manually go and look at them on my calendars or in iCloud calendar.

Your System Details list shows that you use a Firefox 31.0 release.
That is not the current release.
The current release is Firefox 34.0.5.
If there are problems with updating or with the permissions then best is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox application and save the disk image file to the desktop
    *Firefox 34.0: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
*Trash the current Firefox application (open the Applications folder in the Finder and drag the Firefox application to the Trash) to do a clean (re)install
*Install the new version that you have downloaded
    *https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Installing+Firefox+on+Mac
Your personal data is stored elsewhere in the Firefox profile folder, so you won't lose your bookmarks and other personal data when you uninstall and (re)install Firefox.

  • HT1338 why do i keep getting a spinning wheel and my computer freezes

why do i keep getting a spinning wheel and my computer freezes

Check your RAM. If you are running lion and have 2GB, you need to upgrade. I was with a genius yesterday who told me Lion needs over 1 GB to run.
I installed the new RAM myself and it was not hard at all - and I have never opened a computer before in my life. It was as if my mac is a whole new machine.
    Good luck!

  • Why do I keep getting a storage full message after deleting most of my photo app, on 16gb iPhone6

    Hey,
I just purchased the new iPhone 6 16GB.upgrade jump T-mobile not paid in full $700.Nevertheless, why do I keeping getting a message about storage full? And it says...Go to setting and manage storage with iCloud. I have deleted most of the app, photo, and just about everything else, and still keep getting this message. It's almost as if I will be paying additional 3.99-19.99 a month to manage the icloud for apps that I already had. Perhaps this is the gimmicks to order the 64GB iPhone 6. In fact, the 64GB is offered as an upgrade to new or additional line customers. Come On give us a break for the loyal customers Geezh!!
Plus can't even upgrade software update to iOS8.1.1 because there is not enough storage. What sense does that make to even upgrade to the new iPhone 6???? Hurry up and fix this problem!

Purchasing iCloud storage will not help your issue. Also, if you want to upgrade, do it via iTunes rather than OTA - it doesn't require as much available storage to do it that way.
To check to see what is taking up so much of your storage, go to Settings>General>Usage>Manage Storage, and you will see a list of the items on your device and the amount of storage they are taking up.
T-mobile's offer of the 64GB iPhone 6 to new or additional line customers has nothing to do with Apple. You need to take that up with T-mobile.
    Cheers,

  • Why do I keep getting an error when I try to sync my phone with iTunes?  It says I don't have enough privileges.

Why do I keep getting an error when I try to sync to iTunes? The error says "you don't have enough privileges?"

Copy all the content on your iPod back to your PC and into iTunes. Then go ahead and sync the iPod with your new library.
See this older post from another forum member Zevoneer covering the different methods and software available to assist you with the task of copying content from your iPod back to your PC and into iTunes.

When I try to update Acrobat 2.1.0.0 to 2.3.0.0 , why do I keep getting download failure, error #16820 ?

If you have problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the DMG file to the desktop
    * Firefox 5.0.x: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html
    * Trash the current Firefox application to do a clean (re-)install
    * Install the new version that you have downloaded

Why do I keep getting the "Your purchase can not be completed at this time"? I change the email address, credit card, confirmed new billing information and still can't make an In-App purchase.

This sounds like an error in the activation of your device, not to do with syncing. After the restore, did the device activate?

How about the cookies for that domain - did you delete those cookies?
"Keep me logged in for ..... weeks/days" is usually done via setting a cookie in the browser so the website recognizes the browser when you return and automatically logs the user in to the website via that cookie.
It seems that some websites have a problem recognizing the "remember me" cookie after a Firefox update, and the user need to set a new cookie with the updated version of Firefox so the website will recognize your preference. This particular problem with some websites not recognizing their own "remember me" cookie started like 4 years ago, shortly after Firefox 3.0 was released with an all new method of storing cookies. In the last 4 years this problem is mentioned less often as the years went by, so some websites must have fixed it at their end - where other websites evidently haven't gotten a handle on it.
Websites really need to get involved in the various "programs" out there like Browser ID / Persona - https://login.persona.org/about - and get rid of that hokey "cookies" method of remembering the users preference for being automaticall logged in upon their return to their website.

Same thing can happen to any electronic good.
If that was "one tusday OCT 16 2012", you have till tusday 30 to take it back return it, no questions asked, to get a new and presumably good one.

  • Why do i keep getting an Alert message saying "The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded "?

Why do i keep getting an Alert message saying "The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded "?
This happens a lot regardless of the web page. I continually have to restart FF and it persists still

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
    * Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
    See:
    * [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]]
    * [[Troubleshooting plugins]]
If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
    * Use "Disable all add-ons" on the [[Safe mode]] start window to disable all extensions.
    * Close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit")
