Why does Creative Cloud keep signing me out

I am attempting to download (since Tuesday) my Adobe Pro Subscription.  Each time I attempt to download the subscription, I am prompted to sign in.  Each time I sign in I am immediately signed out.  I made sure the login name and password are correct.  I even changed them to ensure they are correct.  Please help.....

  • Adobe Creative Cloud Keeps Signing Me Out

    I have tries nearly all the methods listed such as renaming folders, deleting files, etc... as mentioned on the forum. Nothing seems to work as it keeps signing me out as soon as I sign in. Now I get an Error 16 when I try to access any other adobe program it tells me to uninstall and reinstall those. I tried reinstalling CC with no luck either...

  • Why does Creative Cloud keep offering me previously installed updates?

    I respond to prompts to update my Creative Cloud client and Photoshop CC whenever I receive a notification that an update is available. (Mac OSX 10.9.2)
    However, over the next few weeks I will receive further notifications for what appears to be be the same update, even though I have already installed it two or three times before.
    Are these really further updates (sometimes every few days) or am I getting the same reminder multiple times?
    How can I fix this please?

  • Why does Creative Cloud keep trying to install to Drive C?

    I have selected my F drive from the preferences for BOTH the installation and the file storage. But none of the apps will install to my 3 terabyte F drive because there's not enough room on C drive (it's a solid state with just enough room for Windows -- I don't install anything to C).
    My CS5 Master Collection worked just fine this way. I wouldn't have spent the money on this but my school is using CS6 Adobe Premiere Pro and Audition for our documentaries. I only had CS4 Adobe Premiere in my CS5 (not sure what the deal was with that) and it had Soundbooth instead of Audition.

  • Why does Creative Cloud continue to ask me to update CC apps, when, they've been replaced by CC 2014 apps?

    This is silly. I don't understand why, when I installed the 2014 apps, that it didn't overwrite the CC apps. Why does it keep the CC apps? And, why does it continue to tell me to update them? I've actually uninstalled all three of them.
