Why does my FaceTime stop working?

I have an iPhone 4 and I was able to use FaceTime, but I just notice that the FaceTime icon is not longer on my contacts. I tried to turn on the FaceTime settings but I never getting on back again, I tried to reset my device a couple of times but still not working, I'm locating in Guatemala and my SP doesn't give to much help…

Not sure if this will resolve your issue... but worth a try...

Turn the Phone Off... ( if it isn’t already )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear and then Disappear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... (But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...
Turn the Phone On...

That would be a filter, yes. Didn't know Verizon handed out phone/DSL wall split filters. I would honestly take a look at the physical jack it is connected to for corrosion or lose connections as I doubt the filter is bad out of the box. Anyways, what was the original problem you had with the Phone and DSL that prompted Verizon to send out a filter?

Why does Airport Extreme stop working when I plug in a USB hard drive? The USB drive has its own power supply. I've tried isolating the hard drive from Airport using a powered USB hub to no avail.

The USB port on the AirPort Extreme is borderline as far as its ability to supply adequate power to a hard drive. Another way of saying the same thing is that this is not a high power USB port, like you would find on a computer.
Your 2TB drive likely requires a bit more current than the USB port on the AirPort Extreme can supply. It is also possible that the drive's firmware may not support a network USB connection....only a "local" connection to a computer. Check with Seagate support on that possibility.
Try using a powered USB hub with the 2TB drive....and make sure that the drive is formatted correctly in Mac OS Extended (Journaled) or FAT32....which the AirPort Extreme USB port can accept.

Try expanding your question a little bit.... how is it not working? Just saying it "stopped working" isn't really saying much.
Like does it work sometimes and it intermittendly stops? Is the light on the power button not on?
Does it sometimes not click things? (always remember the actual trackpad buttons are actually on the buttom of the trackpad so you have to give a decent click on the pad to make it work)

go into System Preferences and check the settings for the trackpad and mouse and see if the gestures have been disabled.

I have an all-in-one computer (HP Pavilion 23-h017c TouchSmart All-in-One Desktop PC (ENERGY STAR) )that I purchased just about a month ago. I had the exact same problem. I had my HP Pavillion for less than a month when the screen stopped working all together. At first the screen would just shut off or not turn on when I tried to power up my laptop. It eventually stopped working all together. I had to wait 30 minutes on the phone for a customer service rep to tell me "press the power button" over and over again. Then I had to wait four days for HP to send me a box and then a week for HP to receive my laptop. I just found out after waiting on the phone for 45 minutes that it will take another month to receive my laptop. HP should recall HP Pavillions. They suck! The worst part of my customer service experience is they said they might not even send me anoher Pavillion. Apparently they are going to send me whatever is in their stock that has the same specifications as the Pavillion. I can honestly say the BIGGEST MISTAKE I ever made in my life was buying an HP product. HP SHOULD SERIOUSLY RECALL HP PAVILLIONS. Clearly they aren't working properly. No laptop should crap out after less than a month of use.

Seems odd, it should work. I would do a test. Add a new slideshow widget onto the tablet layout, leaving the images that Muse has and test to see if that works. If it does then there is an issue with the file you are coping in.

I'm having some trouble using ctrl + "any button" in illustrator CS6 (v. 16.0.2 64-bit) with windows 7. I'm not sure how or why it stops working but I usually go on with my normal job and all of a sudden ctrl-commands stops working. (I will try to look into exactly when it happens and get back to here) I can't use ctrl+c, ctrl+v or even ctrl+n for a new document. Alt-commands such as alt+drag and drop with left mouse button to copy still works. I try to reboot illustrator but it's the same thing, ctrl-button doesn't work. I
All ctrl-commands (and just the ctrl-button in general) works well in windows and in my browser (firefox).
Things I've tried but with no success...
- Re-plugging my keyboard
- Looked over settings for short commands (they're set to standard)
- Reboot illustrator
- Killed illustrator.exe through "ctrl+alt+del"
Things I've tried with success...
- Restarting the computer makes ctrl-button work again
However, if I open a saved document (pdf or ai) ctrl-commands all of a sudden works.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! /Fredrik

I point my browser to "http://localhost/cgi-bin/examples/comments.vi" and I get the comment form.
Next, I quit the G Web Server, set the server root to "c:\ats\www",
I copy the comments.vi and comments.llb files to c:\ats\www\cgi-bin and point my browser to http://localhost/cgi-bin/comments.vi. Instead of showing the form as before, I get a dialog box prompting me to either "Open with..." or "Save to disk". I'm using Firefox. Why does this happen? Is there a configuration that I must set up to get the G Web Server to work at other than the default location?

To your browser, you're looking at a website (served on localhost in this case) and pointing to a specific file (in this case a VI). Just as if you point your browser to an address of the form www.website.com/file.pdf it will ask you what you want to do with the file--open or save it. In this dialog box, you should have the option to automatically do what you select for the file type from now on.
The dialog box itself has nothing to do with changing your server root, it has to do with what your browser is configured (or not configured) to do with the VI file type. As for why this didn't happen the first time and it's prompting you now, maybe the action got changed for the VI file type. This can be configured in Firefox by going to the content tab of tools->options.

Why does home sharing stop working?

Home sharing with my windows 7 desktop suddenly stopped working about 2 months ago. I went through the recommended steps online for troubleshooting home sharing but that did not help. A friend said I should uninstall and then reinstall iTunes which works the first time I connect via Apple TV. The second time I turn on Apple TV, home sharing does not work; i.e. it will not connect. I should remark that uninstalling and then reinstalling ITunes does not always work in allowing home sharing to make the connection. Any ideas to try?

I have had the same frustrations for months. Then I read a suggestion and tried it and it worked, at least for me. Here is what you do.
Go to Control Panel
Then click Network and Internet
Then Network Sharing Center
Under Connections, click your internet connection.
In the pop up box click on "properties" and when the box pops up, say yes.
Then uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6 and click the okay box.
After I did that mine started working and has worked even after turning off itunes and getting back in.

It goes offline even though I'm connected to the net and can browse on safari. I try to click on 'Take all accounts online' but it does nothing. It shows that its connected to the net but does nothing. I have to delete the account and remake it and then it starts again. How do i fix this problem?
