App Store Failure / Updates White Screen
Tap Settings > General > Date and Time > Set Automatically > Off. Set the date one year ahead. Then try to access the App Store.

Today When I tried to open the app store on my ipad I found out that's the store is not working,,, It's giving me the loading screen like for ever without any error message. So I tried my Macbook and my iphone and it was the same,,,, I thought it was from the connection so I tried several different connections and It was the same.
Any Idea what is going on with the app store ?The App Store app on your iPhone in your iPad is a different App Store than the app store app on your Mac. You use the same account for both app stores. So I would guess that the real issue is perhaps something to do with your Home Network. You might try rebooting your modem/router. Also, turn off any antiviral software, firewalls or apps such as Little Snitch.

Having the same problem. No response from Apple as I tried all the suggestions. Had to perform a system restore. Currently iy's working. Make sure you backup everything to your computer. IOS6 is still glitchy in other areas.

The company line we've been given is it's up to the app developer to rewrite their apps. ***** doesn't it.

Hmmmm... would appear that you need to be actually logged in to enable the additional menu features.
Have you tried deletting the plists for MAS?

A lot of my apps are not running. I tried downloading an app from the app store and it give me a message saying "Cannont connect to iTunes store" and a few of the games and apps i downloaded wont open and/or load... This didnt start until i updated to ios6 how can i reverse this or what can i do to fix this error!!!?????

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
This works for some users. Not sure why.
Go to Settings>General>Date and Time> Set Automatically>Off. Set the date ahead by about a year.Then see if you can connect to the store.

How do I revert back to IOS 10.8 on my 27" iMac intel version? Since I upgraded to 10.9 on Monday I am unable to use my mouse buttons in the App Store window, notes or ibook windows. It works everywhere elese but not in any Apple application system windows.
I'll try it. I don't have much confidence in it actually working since I'm having the same issue with all mouses (Bluetooth and wired) and my Bamboo Create.
Can you also tell me how to revert back to IOS 10.8 in case resetting mouse preferences do not work? I have already gone back and restored my system to before the up grade but it didn't restore the IOS system. -

Force close the App Store app and reset the iPad. No data will be lost when you reset the device.
In order to close apps, you have to drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it.

On your iPad tap on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on 'View Apple ID' on the popup and log into your account - that should give you a payments link on your account's page. Or on your computer's iTunes you should be able to edit your payment info by going into the Store > View Account menu option and logging into your account, and on your account's details page there should also be a payment link.

Using ios6 on my iPad I can no longer swipe to hide an app in the App Store. Still works on all other ios and devices. Anyone find the same?

The app store no longer works since iOS 5.1 update?
Ever since I did the most recent iOS Update for my iPod Touch 4G (purchased Dec 2010), the app store no longer works. I know for a fact it is NOT a billing problem with missmatched security code on my credit card. I had that before and resolved it.
This time, it seems that when I download an update to an app or a new app, it starts to download and then says "Waiting..." but in eternity. The download doesn't commence. I already tried resetting the network, powering off and on, deleting the apps and readding them as new and using different WiFi networks (FOUR) to make sure that wasn't the issue. Nothing seems to fix this.
Any suggestions?Just put you finger on the camera and drag it up and Lock screen will shift up.
