Why is the initial question "how can I help you" silent on siri
When I first bought my iphone the siri application would verbaly ask "how can I help you?" but now that is the only part of siri that does not say it aloud.
Can any one shed some light on this?
Try a reset: Hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until you see the apple, then let go.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

But when I creat the my Apple ID first time I did not put any email the Rescue Email Address I keep it empty.

How to make Siri say "What can I help you with"
I just got the iPhone 5 (my very first iPhone as well), I hold the home button to activate Siri but she won't say anything and it only shows the text of "What can I help you with?" at the bottom. How can I make her talk? I know that I have it activated for speech because after that when I say a command she'll respond when it stops loading. Also, I added my name as a contact but I haven't had her address me once by it. Does anyone know how to fix these two things? Thank you!

Uninstall iTunes and all of its components by following this guide: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1925, then reinstall iTunes. This will not trouch your iTunes library or data.

I've downloaded iTunes 12.0.1.26 3 times after the update and it still doesn't work! Every time i start it up it comes up not responding, why is this happening? how can it be fixed? I currently cannot use iTunes!!!!!!

Without knowing your version, I just picked 11.2, so you made need to look for that chapter in the documentation for your version to find applicable information.

My photos are syncing from my iPhone to the iCloud PhotoStream and to our iPad, but they are no longer syncing to our home computer (Microsoft operating system, not Apple). Why would this happen and how can I get it resolved? I have since tried to remove and reinstall the iCloud application in my computer's control panel. I have verified that I am using the latest Apple operating system and the latest iTunes. I have reset my photo stream. Not sure what else to try... I was also having an issue with my calendar where it would sync from my computer to my iPhone but not vice versa. Somehow in all the resetting that's resolved, but the photo issue is not. Again - photos are going into the photostream, but not wirelessly being put into the file on my computer.
To change the iCloud ID on your device you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone when prompted, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.
