My iPad 2 lost contact with my AirPrint printer when using the standard AirPrint command, but it will work with quick print pro. How do I get it to AirPrint again?

Reset everything: power down your iPad, your router, and the printer.

It's on the box or you can also find it by clicking the Apple Symbol in the upper left of this screen, then click About this Mac and where it says Version 10.7.4 click 2x and the serial number will appear.

It probably has to do with your security and/or browser configuration.
When my laptop crashed last year and I had to get a new one, I dealt with the same thing. First, go to your control panel and select the security section. See if your firewalls are up or not. If they are, turn them off. If you have any software to speed up your browser, that can affect the connection as well. Go into that software and disble/turn it off. If this doesn't work, contact customer support. They have a few other tricks they had me try that worked, but I can't remember them now.

One of the biggest reasons why people prefer chrome over IE is the built-in print to PDF.
while you can easily get around this on full 8.1, on Windows RT, print and apps are very limited - so we depend entirely on what Microsoft puts in the OS.
Please Microsoft, allow print to PDF as a built-in feature of IE 11 and Windows 8.1 RT.

I upgraded to PSE 13 so I could edit RAW files from my Sony a6000 but PSE 13 is not recognizing any of the RAW files. My Sony a6000 is on the Camera Raw list and uses version 8.4. PSE 13 uses Version 8.6. Why isn't it recognizing the files?.

Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP
or
Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Features app in the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

Welcome to the HP Forums.
I see that you are having a few issues when it comes to printing from your mac as well as some two sided printing issues.
I do have a some suggestions that we can try in the attempt to troubleshoot this issue.
First off, please make sure that you have the printer power cable connected directly to a wall outlet and not a power bar/strip. Here is a document that uses a LaserJet printer as an example but it is meant for HP products in general. Please click on the following link that explains the Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector.
Please remove the usb cable (if using wireless, disregard this step) from the printer and from the Mac and leave it disconnected until further notice.
Please click on the first link that will give you instructions on Uninstalling the Printer Software.
Once the software has been removed, please disable any anti virus protection that you may have on the Mac.
The next step we are going to take is downloading the HP Photosmart 6520 e-All-in-One Printer Full Feature Software and Drivers - OS X 10.9 Mavericks.
The installation will prompt you when to connect the usb cable (You will see a prompt for a wireless connection as well if that is the connection type you would like to use) so please do not connect the cable until prompted to do so.

When you say hit and miss do you mean sometimes you print a whole document with no problems, or do you mean each document has problems? This is from HP's website for your printer:
Your sig says 10.6.7 but your message says 10.7. So if it's really Lion, this printer isn't officially supported. Elsewhere on HP's site it says updated drivers will be available on your Mac via Software Update. Have you run that recently?

Does the iPod charge?
Some 5G iPods were shipped with defective Lightning cables.
Try on another computer to help determine if you have an iPod, cable or computer problem.
