Why isn't the download installer working ?

I have been trying to download adobe flash player for two weeks. I tried to download an older version as I am on an older computer. Found old versions in Adobe archives but when I clicked on them they took me to the page that only downloads the current adobe flash player. I have tried over and over to download this but it only gets to step 2. The installer comes up but it is totally black. I click and click on it but nothing happens. I am desperate.
My computer runs xp prof, ser pack 2 and I am not upgrading this computer as it is very old but still good. Ideally I could get an older version of flash, but seems they don't allow that. So how do I get the current flash downloaded?

Running an old version of Flash Player means that you're missing security updates for publicly disclosed vulnerabilities. The archives exist for developers to do testing, and using them for general web browsing puts you at significant risk for malware infection.
Are you running any plug-ins that modify how the download page behaves? Things like ad-blockers and anti-tracking tools are typical suspects.

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Apple is in the midst of announcing new products and they normally take the Apple Store offline while a keynote is in progress. The Apple Store will be back up when the keynote is over. Try back in about a half an hour or so.

I check for updates to my plugins very often. The Plugin Check page has been saying that all my plugins are up to date. However, twice now I've clicked the button to check anyway, and found that a plugin was not up to date after all. Why isn't the Plugin Check page detecting when my plugins need updating?

They are not showing up at all in my library. They only show up under the "on this iPhone" section when the old phone is plugged into iTunes. I have tried syncing again and still no solution. The music that is missing is all from CDs that I previously imported into iTunes.

I can get into the App Store but I can't update, download or search for apps. It just has the little twirly circle icon, never asks me for my password or comes up with anything. This problem started 4-6 days ago in the middle of app downloads. I have tried numerous times to get it working again but I can't.

Okay so after updating my iPad this morning my App Store isn't working, like AT ALL. And I have yet to update my iPhone 5 because it also will not let me use the App Store. What's up with it?

I think you just have to keep retrying throughout the day.
Once you get in, perhaps just update the Apps that are most important to you for now.
The servers are still going to be very busy today.

Why isn't the SD option working for some tv shows?

For convenience sake, I download a lot of tv shows, and I have always had the option of choosing SD or HD. For some shows (for example, Devious Maids) it will only let me choose HD now, though I have bought it in SD before. Most of the shows are still available in SD on Amazon, but I prefer iTunes. Anybody else experiencing this and does anyone have an explanation?

Either your words are not 3D layers or your Composition is set to Front View. You must be looking at the Active Camera view to see what the camera moves will look like when rendered.
If that doesn't solve your problem then select the camera layer and the text that is not moving, press the U key twice to reveal all modified properties and send us a full resolution screenshot by dragging it into the Reply field on this forum.

Its working fine for me.
Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.
If the issue persists, check with Twitter support.

Why isn't the bucket tool working?

I have several line drawings i did in flash and i can't fill any of them. Iv done all the drawings with the pen tool and they are all sealed but the tool wont let me use it.

It probably 'isn't' closed. I've seen that many time where you think the line is closed but it's not. Some things to try are to select the whole drawing and zoom in and then try to fill. Or smoothing the lines one time sometimes closes lines that were only one pixel open. Also using the gap size helps a lot. If all else fails you can upload the drawings here and we can try to help further.

JRE stands for "Java Runtime Environment".
I'd head over to java.com and make sure you have the latest version of Java installed. If using a 64bit system, be sure to download both the 32bit version, and the 64bit versions.

On your Touchpad be sure to have:
USB cable.
The battery is charged to at least 30%.
Computer:
Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista
Available USB port (not a hub or secondary port).
Java 1.5 or later is installed. If you are not sure about what version of Java you have, or even if Java is installed, go to www.java.com and click the Do I have Java? link to install the latest version of Java.

Get your TouchPad ready to update
Hold the Power Button for several seconds until a menu appears.
Tap Shut Down to completely power down your device.
Running webOS Doctor
Double-click the file that was downloaded to run webOS Doctor.
Follow the on screen directions up until you are asked to connect your device.
Select the language you selected on your device, and click Next.
Confirm your language choice.
Click Accept to accept the terms of use.
Click Next. webOS Doctor checks your system. BE PATIENT! I've seen this part take a few minutes to complete.
After webOS Doctor finishes checking your system, you will be asked to connect your device.
Connecting your device and finishing the webOS Doctor update
Connect your device to your computer using the USB cable. You must connect your device directly to your computer, not through a USB hub or other intermediate device.
Now the tricky part. Hold the Volume Up button on the device and insert the USB cable. After the large USB symbol appears on screen, let go of the Volume Up button. If you see the HP logo instead of the large USB symbol, you may have let go of the Volume Up button prematurely. If this occurred , wait until your device boots up, shut down your device and then repeat step 2.
Windows will find your device and may offer to install two different drivers.
When asked to install drivers of OMAP, select No, not at this time.
When asked to install drivers for Palm Novacom (bootie), select Yes and let the drivers install. This may take a while. Once the drivers have been installed, the Next button will become available in webOS Doctor.
Click Next.
Do not disconnect your device from the computer during the update process.
When the Reset Complete screen appears, click Done.
Wait a few minutes for your device to reset.
You're done!

Why isn't the Searh box working??

No matter what I type into the search box, I don't get ANY results. Is it broke?

I'm using IE 7. The popup blocker is shup off. I was finallly able to search by going to the main forum page and typing my keywords in there. Then I was able to filter on down to Crystal Reports forum by using the left naviation. Now...here's the stumper....this morning, the search box is working for me. I guess it could have been a temporary computer browser gltich on my end. Thanks for your ideas anyway.
