Why when i download an album does the library seperate certain songs from the album? And why can't i just place them in where i want to???

You need to change the 'Info" for the songs.
Go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Manage Your Music Library>Add and Edit Information>Edit Song and CD information.
You want the Infor pane for each song you want tther to be part of the same album.

Photos in the Camera Roll or in the Imported Images album can be deleted within the album. One the album and select the icon with the curved arrow. Then tap on the photo or photos you want to delete to select them. Finally tap delete.
For photos in other albums you delete them by moving them out of the albums they were in on your computer. If you're using a Mac open iTunes on your Mac and move the photos out of the album then go through the sync process with your iPad.
If you're using a pc then move the photos out of the folders they are in and go through the sync process.

I am running Firefox v28. When I open firefox, I get the toolbar and I can even open preferences window but that all! No browser windows (or even help pages).

I use a Macbook pro 13" version 10.9.1. I have tried the obvious fixes ie turning pc off and on. Chrome and Safari run fine so no network issues. I followed the advice to turn Proxy setting off but this made no difference. Really dont know what to do so help appreciated. My iPod won't let me delete certain songs from the device

I'm not sure why, but there are certain songs that I've bought that my iPod won't let me delete. You know when you swipe over the song and red delete button shows up? That just isn't happening for certain songs on my iPod and I can't figure out why. The album cover art should show on the album in the Music part of your library. For other pictures and/or notes, does the album description page in the store say that it's an iTunes LP (does it have an LP label against it in the store) ? If not then you will just get the tracks.

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entries, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

I would be concerned too if the songs I purchased from iTunes were not downloading to my iPhone. You have taken some great troubleshooting steps already, and thank you for providing the details of the steps you too. I have a few additional suggestions to get it downloaded to your iPhone.
First, I recommend checking to see if the download was interrupted:
If your download was interrupted using your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
From the Home screen, tap the iTunes app.
For iPhone or iPod touch, tap More > Downloads. For iPad, tap Downloads.
Enter your account name and password if prompted.
Tap the blue download arrow to resume.

Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then try deleting the incomplete track from your iTunes library and redownload it via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if it re-downloads in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that song and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in the details (iTunes support should reply within, I think, 24 to 48 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

This certainly implies that the alias is not required to be your registered name, and only becomes the prefix for a new @me.com address. There might be something going on with the servers right now as they are probably very focused on getting ready for the iPhone 5 pre-order release, which is supposed to happen any minute now. You might have better luck if you waited a while.

you don't need a cc subscription to use the purchased copy.
download the installation file and use your serial number to activate when given the licensing option during installation. you should install 5.7 instead of installing 5.0 and updating.

Issues when i download an album from iTunes

when i donwload music from iTunes 10.6.3 the content is located in the folder called iTunes Media
it is not a good way to have the files, when i download two albums both of them are located in the same place.
does anybody know how to fix it, in the past, the download normally created a folder with the artist name and inside other folder with the Album name
