Why won't Creative Cloud update past 43%? It gives error code 1. Contact Customer Support. Good Luck!
I have a fully paid Creative Cloud membership. but when I click on Creative Cloud it says an update is available. When I click to get the update it starts, then stops at 43% and I get Error Code 1. Contact Customer Support and when I click on that I am sent in an unending circle with never any option to get chat, or phone support!! There is apparently no way to reach real support or to get Creative Cloud to update normally. What a terrible lack of customer service!

Try the following Steps:
open activity monitor and close all Adobe related applications
navigate to: /Library/Application support/Adobe
In that directory you will see a folder named OOBE - Rename that folder to OOBEold
Navigate to: MAC HD /Application/Utilities directory
In there you will see a folder called "Adobe Application Manager" - delete it
Download the Adobe Cleaner Tool from here: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-cleaner-tool-installation-problems/_jcr_conte nt/main-pars/accordion_container_1/accordion-par/accordion-item-1/accordion-item-par/proc e dure/proc_par/step_3/step_par/download/file.res/AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.zip
Open the Cleaner Tool and choose to clean "Creative Cloud" only.
Download and install Creative Cloud again - https://ccmdls.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/KCCC/1/osx10/CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg

Hi, I am trying to install 4 Adobe apps onto a new iMac but Apps in Creative Cloud doesn't list any apps but says there is a download error and to contact customer support.
I can sign in fine with my username and password.

Why can't Creative Cloud update my Illustrator and PS?
I keep trying to update my CC Illustrator and PhotoShop, but when the progress bar gets towards the end it pops up a red warning Update Failed. This has been going on ever since I got on Creative Cloud and downloaded these Apps. Is there problems at your end or do I need to reset something on my end or what. I would like to have a trouble free subsciption to CC. I have waisted a lot of time watching the progress bar run and finally say Update failed.
Run the Cleaner tool, reinstall and tryy again.

Delete Adobe Application Manager and OOBE
Navigate to
Finder/Applications/Utilities.
Delete Adobe Application Manager
Run CC Cleaner tool
Remove Adobe Application Manager ( do not choose the option clean all)
Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
Download and install Adobe Application Manager
Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Macintosh : Adobe Application Manager : Thank You
Once it installed, launch Adobe Application Manager it will update to Creative Cloud desktop.
Check if it is working. -
Why won't Creative Cloud load and open properly?
I have installed creative cloud on my desktop but when I open the application it looks like it is going to load but never does. I am left with an empty window and a timer icon rotating. I am not being impatient- it never loads! It did this previously so I uninstalled everything and re-downloaded. Please help!
