Why won't Elements work on both of my laptops?

I just bought a new laptop and I installed Elements on it and copied all my files and I am installing them. I just found out I should have copied my catalog and reinstalled that with all it's attributes. When I try to ope Elements in the old one I get the wellcome screen PE starts to open and than closes down. What's wrong.

t. By the way, I've always transferred PSE Catalogues by doing a Backup in the File menu
to an external disk drive and then restore using Elements on the new PC.

Are the other iPods models, same version as yours. The 2 New FM Tx may need a new iPod software, which you can update via iTunes.

Why won't Elements 5 run?

Why won't Elements 5 run on my Win 7 Pro machine? When this custom machine was first set up, all the programs running on my prior Dell Win XP machine were installed on this machine, including Elements 5.
Recently, my hard drive crashed and the mfg couldn't install most of the programs I had, including Elements 5. I still had the original disk and installed the program. It went through the installation and put a shortcut on my desktop. Unfortunately, when I clicked on the short cut, nothing happened. I went to the location of the the executable file and clicked on it. Same thing.
I went to my tech support company and they helped me uninstall the program and we "repaired" the program but it still wouldn't run. We reinstalled from the CD and it still wouldn't run.
Is there anyway, I can get my program to run? If it comes down to having to purchase a new program, I'll just use the Windows photo program. I think whatever is going on is lousy!

Did you try right clicking and run as administrator?
You could also try setting up a new user account an see if it will run from there.
I'm running version 5 on one machine with W7 Pro 64 bit with no problems.

Can't update ADOBE after many attempts. Why won't it work?

Keep getting messages saying I must update ADOBE. Keep following directions for update. Then I'm disallowed access to anything that requires ADOBE update and a red typed message appears again saying I need to update ADOBE. Why won't this work ? I am a senior citizen and am not a computer savvy user. Need help with this ongoing problem.

My opinion on this....from the Photoshop Elements perspective...
Nikon D810 is supported by Camera Raw 8.6 and higher (latest version of Camera Raw is 8.7)

At the same time, the Camera Raw version needs to be supported by the Photoshop Elements version.
Photoshop Elements 12 appears to support Camera Raw up to 8.5 which does not support the Nikon D810.

a. switch to Photoshop Elements 13 (comes with Camera Raw 8.6 and can be updated to 8.7).
b. use the DNG Converter in Photoshop Elements 12

I have tried numerous times to put in the password when opening Elements 10. It would not accept it. so I decided to get a new password. In filling out the outline they want you to click yes on the Personal URL. Meaning I assume that you put your pictures on the wed for others. I do not want this. Am I not understanding that.
