Issue with upgrading to Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium.

I am running into a serial number error. I am trying to upgrade from Adobe Design Premium 5.5 to Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium. When I am prompted to input the serial number for Adobe Design Premium and I copy it directly from my account it says "This serial is not for a qualifying product. Please try another." What am I doing wrong?

Is CS5.5 also an upgrade version or was it purchased as a full version? (This is somewhat of a gray area for me as far as not knowing if you need to enter the qualifying full version or not.)

I have purchased the Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & web Premium & it will not allow me to register the software --- I'm having to use the trial version --- will you please help me in updating --- the products that I have paid lots of money for?

Currently I have been the recipient of a very bad experience regarding the manner in which Adobe is forcing me to spend more money on products without allowing me to upgrade accordingly --- or in having to speak to a FOREIGNER --- who cannot communicate properly .... please respond as soon as possible ... please.
My experience in trying to speak to someone with a 'Extremely Thick Accent' was very unpleasant and aggrivating ... and ended up 'going no where.'
I need to speak/communicate with someone who can help in using the product that I have paid a lot of money for.

Upgrade path for Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium

Where do I get propper informations about the upgrade path if I´m owner of a "Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web-Premium Upgrade (MAC) - Upgrade from Adobe Creative Suite 5.5"
It seems to me that I have to buy one of the CS 5.5 versions listed on the package to install the upgrade but I´m unshure about the language.
Do I have to buy a english version or am I free to choose a version provided for the EU or Switzerland (as labled on the package, too)? I am a german user with a swiss background.
It would be very kind if you could help me with this!
I´m absolutly unshure and can´t find my way in this version jungle :.-(

Okay... it seems to me that one of the following versions should be a good base for a regular update path:
Design Prem/Std CS5.5, Web Prem/Std CS5.5, Production Prem CS5.5, Master Collection CS5.5
A regular version 5.0 shouldn´t fit the requirements. So I´m only unshure about any language restrictions?

Just bought the Adobe Creative Suit 6 Design & Web Premium and iv been trying to fill in the adobe student and teacher edition order fulfillment online but it doenst do anything when iv filled it out and pressed process???.... iv spoken to someone on the help chat thing but that wasnt really helpful as all i want to no is what do i do next?? How do i no if the information has gone through? I no that i need to wait to hear back and recive my serial number if it has, but while am waiting can i put the cd in as it says something about being able to do the 3o day trial while i wait?

You need to first confirm where you have purchased your Education version product from. If you have purchased the product from Adobe Online in US, you can send your Proof of Eligibility under "My Adobe" > "My Orders". There you will find the Order date, and once you click there, you will find the option called submit Proof. Click on this option and fill in all the details and attach the documents.
Secondly, if you have purchased the product from a reseller, it depends where you have purchased whether it is from your school or from a reseller and also it depends on the country from where you have purchased.

J'ai acheté la CS5.5 proposant une promotion avec une mise à niveau quelques mois plus tard. Je n'ai pas eu de problème pour accéder au téléchargement de la mise à niveau ces derniers mois (Nombreux problèmes de disque dur). Tenemos comprada una licencia para Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium.
Después de estar utilizándola durante más de 9 meses nos ha aparecido una ventana indicando que la versión de prueba ha caducado. ¿Por qué? Si tenemos la licencia comprada.

Aquí te adjunto los pantallazos.
En esta primera se muestra lo que nos aparece al abrir, por ejemplo, Photoshop. Desconocíamos el estar en una versión de prueba puesto que al tener comprada una licencia entendemos que es un paquete permanente, no de prueba.
Clickamos en Licencia de este software y nos aparece la siguiente pantalla.
Introducimos nuestr númer de serie y aparece la siguiente ventana.
La licencia la adquirimos el 18/03/2013 y hasta ahora se ha estado utilizando sin ningún problema. ¿A qué es debido la aparición del mensaje de versión de prueba?

I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 6: Design & Web Premium (software download card), the download package appeared on my destop. Then the zip files: Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium MAC.zip and Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium MAC.zip.cpzg. Whenever I click to unzip once it finishes it goes away and nothing happens. I've searched my computer for the files and the Adobe Creative Suite 6 application, but I can't find anything.

try removing the file extension and just leaving the zip.

I received a Product code and went to adobe.com/go/student licensing. I received my Serial number, but the disks will not install. I am trying to upgrade from Adobe CS4 on my desktop computer.

Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium Installation Stopped @ 61%

Hi guys
Hope someone can advise.
I'm installing Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium Education Edition and it's just waiting at 61% 'Currently installing Acrobat X Pro! It's been stuck at this point for about 30 minutes.
I'm reluctant to click the Cancel button but might be forced to How can I overcome this problem?
My computer is a Sony Duo 13 running Windows 8.1 Pro.

An Update:
After 86 minutes, I clicked the Cancel button and waited and waited and you've guessed it, waited some more - probably another 30 minutes and nothing happened! Had to uninstall from the Control Panel as best I could.
Just wondering if there's an updated installer/software version I could download - my version is probably a year or more old!

I did just as you suggested and installation proceeded without a hitch. Thankyou.
Now I'll need to find a way of getting Acrobat Pro installed - maybe updating the Adobe applications will help.

Installed Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Premium on MacBook Pro which uses OS X Version 10.9.5 with Intel Core i7.
The Dreamweaver won't open at all, click on icon and nothing happens no response.

If you own a registered CS6 product you can get the $19.99 per month month. If you own the CS6 product through an updgrade to an earlier product that is fine.
