My wifi has suddenly stopped working on my iMac, after working fine for almost a year. There is an exclamation mark on the wifi bars and when I click it, it takes me to a network diagnostics page. This page asks me for my username and password for the wifi, which I don't have. It is different from the WEP key and modem name, which I originally used to set up my connection. I have not experienced any problems on all my other wifi-enabled devices. Ipod touch, iPad, MacBook all work fine. What should I do?
The name is the name of the network you created on the router. The password is the WEP password. You shouldn't be using WEP at all, as it's insecure and also seems to cause connection failures. Use WPA 2 Personal. If your router doesn't support it, get a new one.

The nearest service center is 2 hours from my house and my computer isn't under warranty anymore, so I need alternative options. I'm just frustrated that my disc drive was totally fine until AFTER I took it in for service. I just paid a lot of money for a new hard drive from the apple store and now my disc drive has suddenly stopped working correctly. when you say that your disc drive is damaged, do you mean your MacBook Pro’s hard disk drive, or do you mean its SuperDrive (the CD/DVD drive)?
When you’d updated your MacBook Pro to Mavericks, did the installation succeed, and subsequently freeze up? Or did it freeze up during the Mavericks installation?
Which version of OS X was installed on your MacBook Pro before you’d installed Mavericks?
Are you currently able to boot into the Mavericks recovery partition? To see if you can do so, hold down a Command key and the R key while starting up your MacBook Pro. -
My iPhone has suddenly stopped working. It now says the battery is dying and to charge it. After charging it for over an hour, there is no change. The power won't come on, and I am left with a blank screen advising me to plug my phone into the charger.
Try different USB Cable, try different Charger. Clean iPhone charging port with clean dry toothbrush. If still problem and you have Warranty or AppleCare, make Genius reservation and take iPhone to Apple for resolution. If no coverage, most likely it could be battery or charging port assembly that need replacement.

We can't know. You have not told us what exactly the problem is. If there are any warnings, you need to provide them along with other info like the crash logs. If not you have to explain the situation in more detail. Just saying that it doesn't work anymore is not particularly useful.

iPhoto 5.0.4 has suddenly stopped working. It loads the photo library and then freezes. Rebuilding the library has no effect which has about 3.5MB of data. PowerBook G4 OS 10.5.8
Create a new account (systempreferences -> accounts or Users & Groups on 10.7) and see if the problem is repeated there. If it is, then a re-install of the app might be indicated. If it's not, then it's likely the app is okay and the problem is something in the main account.

Hi. My photoshop elements 12 has suddenly stopped working. When i tried opening it yesterday absolutely nothing happened. After a reinstallation I got to choose between opening picture browser or photoshop elements and when trying to open elements nothing happens. Now I have reinstalled windows but still with the same result. I was using the program for several months without problem until yesterday when it suddenly stopped working. Plug it into the charger/wall socket and let it charge for at least an hour. It just might start charging. If you have already tried charging it for a fair amount of time and it didn't work, try restoring the device with iTunes.

Gmail has suddenly stopped working on my iPhone4S. I am not getting any type of error message, it is just not updating any new received/sent messages since yesterday, but I can still send a message. My Gmail account is working fine on my MacBook Air and iPad, so it must be something with the phone settings that I can't figure out. The only thing that has changed recently is that I added additional iCloud storage for $.99 because I could not take any more photos... Any advice?

Do a reset, no data loss. Hold down the home/sleep button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.
If that doesn't work - then delete and reinstall the email account.
Buying icloud storage has no effect - just keep in mind you bought more storage to backup to icloud and not more memory to your phone - you would need to delete data off your phone to gain back memory. -
I receive Adobe updates on a regular basis without any problems. The other day, my Adobe Photoshop Elements 7.0 (Editor) function has suddenly stopped working. Windows cannot seem to solve the problem. I can open all the other function buttons without any problems just not the most important one which is the Editor Function. Has anyone experienced this situation and knows what to do?
