Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)

my ipad 2 did its own update as usual ( 7.0 to 7.1) except this time it will not load anything to do with game center even its own app............is there anything I can do?
Try closing all of the apps on your iPad and then reset the device.
To close an app, drag the app up from the multitasking display. Double tap the home button and you will see apps lined up going left to right across the screen. Swipe to get to the app that you want to close and then swipe "up" on the app preview thumbnail to close it. Close every app this way.

K7N2G will not load windows xp with any type of dvd/cd drive installed?
This is on my old computer, the specs are as follows
k7n2g
athlon 2600+
radeon 9700 pro
Caviar SE wd800
1gb samsung ddr333
It does not matter if it is keyed as master or slave, primary or secondary my old k7n2g will not load windows with a cd drive installed. I have tried three different drives and everything that I can think of, changed cables, channels, drives, everything. Windows just hangs. I cannot even get into safe mode. Is this an IRQ problem? The drives keeps trying to eject themselves, no matter what kind I use. This has never happened before, but there was a point before this problem where the vga wouldn't kick on (at the login screen) until I hit eject on the cd drive. This is driving me crazy and I have a girlfriend who just has to play her stupid sims and will not stop bothering me about it. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help me!

This system used to work fine? Yes? Then what prompted you to reload the OS?
You mentioned that didn't happen when you owned it. Are we to assume that at some point you sold or gave parts of this system to someone else? If so, what changed?
A little more history might prove useful in helping us to give you better suggestions.
Look at the PSU and give the Amps for the +3.3, +5v, & +12v lines.
***Edit, from what I see on the net, that is a dual rail PSU and the amps are as follows:
+3.3V@22A, +5V@21A, +12V1@18A, +12V2@16A
Is this correct?
Both the 3.3 and +5v seem a little low to me, but I am not entirely convinced that would be your problem. However, the fact that the 12v rails are split, can lead to other problems such as overvoltage protection circuitry getting in the way. Especially if the 16amp 12v rail is overloaded.
This is something to consider. Just because it is supposedly capable of wattage over it's rated power output doesn't mean it can handle what you're throwing at it all at once. If you have a single rail PSU that has at least 18 amps on the 12v rail to test with, we could almost definitively rule out power as the sole problem or a contributing factor.
I have never had a CD rejected, but if you could be more detailed about what you have connected to the board while attempting to load the OS, and then a detailed description of at what point the OS installation fails, and the CD is ejected, that would be helpful as well.
The fact that you've tried several drives, cables, with the same result. And also had a blackscreen event, does point to at least one problem that could point to a power issue. The CD rejection issue is foreign to me since I usually use the same type of PSU in all my builds or ones that I know work with a particular set of hardware, so I can't attribut that to a power issue.
Did you try clearing the CMOS and then initialize the default settings?
Do you have a cheap AGP card to try instead of the 9700? -
i have be trying to load facebook all day, but it just tries to load and the writing is all off to the left, and keeps trying to load. the face book login page is magnified and all wonky. i thought it may be a task bar , so i had the Zynga tool bar removed, but the problem still exist...

IBooks will not load Paid Books
All paid books wouldn't open on my MacBook in Mavericks. Upgrading to Yosemite was no help. Free books do not have this issue. Also there are no problems on my iPhone or iPad. This is only a problem on my Laptop and then only with paid books. Cannot delete iBooks and re-install because it is part of the OS. Have signed in and out of iTunes and the iBook site and also reauthorized and re-authorized the computer many times. Deleted the books and reloading them is also an excercise in futility. Now what?
Apple was no help. Problem solved by downloading Kindle and buying all my books from Amazon.com.

do you know what format the audio file is? itunes has a hard time editing metadata with some some audio formats. try right-clicking the track(s) and choose 'create aac version'. see if you can change the artwork on the new aac version.

HT4059 my book will not load or open
My ibook will not load a book i purchased. It says "Failed to load book because the requested resource is missing".
I can't believe no one else is having this problem! I can load bookmarks that are backed up, but Safari will not sync the bookmarks. It claims to have successfully synced, but the added bookmaks that appear on .mac are not there. I just don't get it.

Firefox will not load Facebook.com, OR any of my gaming homepages. An artical Told em to clear history but it frezzes right in the middle. When i click on facebook itll Go to it And stop At "transfering data from (many diff things each time) And it frezzes, I ahve to open up task manager to get rid of it. Please help! it does this with many other sites also. This also started happening right after i came back with my computer from my grandmas.
You could try the new Reset feature. This duplicates certain key data from your active settings folder into a new one, bypassing some add-ons and custom settings. Your plugins will still be active, but could be disabled manually if you like.

i have a mac book pro with os x 10.5.8.......sometimes will not load google or yahoo, or any other search engine, but will load regular sites.....why is this?
Check System Preferences - Accounts
Choose you account - login items: If iTunesHelper
shows up - remove it it will prevent re-installation.
It did not have iTunes in the list, just mail and iCal alarm. Deadlines and emails are vital in my home office.
Now that I think about it, adding Mail to the list was the only thing that I had changed to the computer when this happened, but I can't imagine how that would alter permission to install on the OS.

Pogo will not load any games. I am a member of pogo and paying for this when it is not working is really getting on my nerves. Nobody on pogo seems to be able to help. They will not load and I can not play. I keep getting a message saying something is wrong with the browser. But everytime they tell me a way to fix it, it still does not work.
Is that a problem with Java or another problem?

CD will not load in mac book pro. Tried different cd's, tried same cd in different mac book but it works on other mac book but will not work on initial mac book. Tried pressing command/option/esc. Tried restarting and shutting down computer but still will not load cd. It goes in but pops back out. Any ideas?

Cleaning discs will load. On a MBP that has never been cleaned, run the cleaning 2-3 times. If you use the slot a lot, use the cleaning disc about every 3 months. -
My Safari will not load any secure website
Hello Everyone,
Recently my Safari will not load any secure webpage that I try to connect to, i.e.: Google, Gmail, YouTube, PayPal, but Safari will load insecure webpages that I have either bookmarked or that I manually type in their URL. Everytime I try and load one of these secure webpages like Google, i get the error "Safari can't establish a secure connection to the server www.google.com." I have searched through these threads and have tried a few of the remedies suggested, all to no avail. I've reset Safari, I've deleated all plug-ins, I've cleared cashes and history, I've removed all cookies and internet data, I've changed my Mac's dns to Google's 8.8.8.8 // 8.8.4.4, and still no fix. The problem even persists in safemode. Even the webpages I can load take forever to load. Just getting to this forum took nearly 3 hours as every page loaded took roughly 10-15 minutes. I am at a loss as to what could be causing this and how to fix it.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

If privacy is a concern, erase the data partition(s) with the option to write zeros* (do this only if you have at least two complete, independent backups, and you know how to restore to an empty drive from any of them.) Don’t erase the recovery partition, if present.
