Windows 7 registration Key
Over the weekedn I bought myself a HP Pavilion dv6-3123tx laptop. however, the laptop did not come with any installatio CDs or anything. How do I get the Windows 7 registartion key in case I have any troubles with the system?

Your Windows 7 serial is on the bottom of the laptop. If you ever need to re-install, HP has a seperate partion dedicated for re-installs. You can also use any windows disc and download the drivers yourself (of course your windows flavor depends - you have windows 7 of course, but you could have ultimate, pro, 32 or 64 bit, etc - your sticker will also tell you what flavor you have). Just ask any IT person to borrow you a copy of WIndows 7 and enter the serial located at the bottom of your laptop (if you ever need to re-install). You can also use HPs recovery partition or finally you can order a recovery disc from HP.

Upgraded OS from Windows 2000 to XP, now my Registration Key won't work
Any reason why my registration key won't work when I upgraded my OS from Windows 2000 to Windows XP? Oh, and I also upgraded the QuickTime application.
QuickTime 6.5 registration will not work with QuickTime 7.
You'll need to purchase a new "Pro" key or revert to QT 6.5 Pro. -
Hi, it seems very comlicated getting around in Apple empire. Bought this registration key in the morning (GMT) but just been able to check order, according this i have got a MAC code which I did not buy. I clicked on Windows compatible software. Key is not registering. Any idea what to do? Not much but do not want to through out 30 USD.

QuickTime Registration Key doesn't work

I've recently upgraded to QuickTime Pro and have been sent a registration key. I copy and paste this into the Registration Code box in System Preferences - QuickTime and it says "Invalid Registration".
I've tried this a few times over the last week and it keeps giving me the same. I can't see who I need to contact about this. The email that sent the key out was a no reply one.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.Hey, I just bought Windows Pro tonight (Sydney time) and exactly the same thing. Followed the instructions and it says Invalid Registration, and of course there's absolutely no-one to contact or inform about it. Funny thing is, I know I bought Pro a few years back, maybe for an older version. I would have thought Pro would have upgraded with it. Not happy!

I received Oracle Database 10g disk set few months back.
I did not get around to install soon enough and started installation today.
I t asked to get registratin key from http://www.oracle.com/go/?&Svc=2758738&Act=56. I get error on this page and can not install the product.

If you are running Windows 7:
1) Go to Windows Explorer. Click 'Tools' then 'Folder Options'
2) Click 'View' Tab
3) Click radio button, 'Show hidden files, folders, and drives
4) close Windows Explorer
5) Re-open Windows Explorer
6) Naviagate to folder 'C:\ProgramData\Apple Computer\QuickTime\'
7) Delete the file, 'com.apple.QuickTime.plist'
Note: This file is readable in notepad and contains the registration name and serial key.
8) Reopen Quicktime Pro and the registration is now blank -
I have built the installer for my Javafx application using the documentation. In the installer, I have also specified license where the user needs to confirm. And it works well.
What I need to do now is that: There is a registration key for the application, which the user needs to put manually. How do I do that? Only if he successfully enters the key, should he be able to install it.I solved it by using Inno.
Build the installer with verbose="true" in build.xml. For example on my computer, it looks like:

I bought the upgrade to QT Pro 7 on internet the 13th january, and I had immediately back a mail with my registration key. Unfortunately, when I try to fill the registration fields, with my name and my registration key, the message "Registration key Not Validate" appeares.

It is very easy to enter a zero where the letter o is required.
Use copy/paste.
The name must match, too. You can't use "Jim" if you bought using "James". -

I bought my quicktime 7 pro for Windows four years ago. I recently switched to a macbook, my old registration key doesn't work in the other OS. Is there any way I can get one for Mac? (or I have to buy another license?)
You have to buy another, Mac-specific copy...the software cannot be transferred between the two machines.

Registration Key not available in Zenworks Adaptive Agent
No "registration key" is visible in Zenworks Adaptive Agent - Agent - Registration Keys.
The device is managed and imported in the correct folder on the server side and all assigned bundles and policies are applied and working. But i need a way to see which Registration Key a workstation is registered with, from within client. The keys is visible right after a new registration but if a new image is restored on the workstation everything is ok except the Registration Key. Any ideas ?

My Registration Key shows as invalid.
I just purchase Quicktime Pro and the registration key provided on my reciept shows as invalid. I know that I entered it properly because I copied and pasted it into the registration window. I have tried typing it in and resarting the computer. It is impossible to find a phone number to talk to a human being regarding this problem. Any ideas out there?

I wanted to install the 10g and self-study guide that Oracle sent me in the mail. The install requires a registration key, made available at oracle.com.
After filling in all the forms required to register, I wind up at a "Survey Error", and of course no key.
If Oracle 10g it is free, why asking for a registration key ??.
How I can solve this problem ?

I received the Oracle 10g Database + Software + Self-Study guide from the Oracle Company via Postal.
When I try to install the database, a windows appear asking for the registration key...
I follow the instructions to receive by email the key, but when completing the steps give me an error (404 page not found).
Consequently I do not obtain the key and I cannot install
the database.

Quicktime Pro Windows - Invalid Registration
Hi, I couldn't find anything about this, so I'm trying here. Mods, please move in the right area.
I bought a QuickTime Pro key for Windows back in 2004. It's no longer appearing in my order history and apparently Apple got rid of the purchased software page that had the key.
I do have my old email for it but when I enter that information it says "invalid registration key"
Anyone have any ideas what to do? I can't seem to contact Apple support about it either. There's never an option for this...
Thanks!Make sure you're entering in _both_ the user name and key code _exactly_ as in the email Apple sent you. Any error in either, including leaving off a salutation (for instance, if the email says "Mr. John Smith") will cause the registration to fail.
Also make sure you did indeed purchase a key for Windows. QuickTime keys are not cross-platform.
