Within music Library can anyone please explain why after I select the option to sort 'Album by Artist' a number of tracks are being treated as separate albums? How can I fix this? I have tried to manually correct by 'drag and drop' individual tracks but that doesn't work. My music library includes a number of repeat album artwork images simply because not all tracks are being listed under the one album making my library more difficult to use than it should. Any advise would be appreciated.

I have tried to open Firefox, but it just sits there and doesn't load. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but that works for a few hours and then it goes back to not loading. I don't know what else to do to get it too load.
Right-click on your Windows Taskbar and select Start Task Manager. Look in Task Manager for processes running that are Firefox-related, such as Firefox.exe or plugin-container.exe. Re-install Firefox (see: [[Installing Firefox on Windows]] for more help ) and try running Firefox again.

itunes had a upgrade and it said it failed and i have tryed to uninstall and then reinstall , i havve run a reoair program and nothing seems to work. any ideas

Just saw your thread, and it looked like a candidate for the Premiere Elements 10 NVIDIA GeForce Roll Back the Driver issue. If your computer uses a NVIDIA GeForce video card/graphics card, then the following applies to you. You do not want to update the driver. Rather you want to roll back the driver version, probably to about May 2013. For your convenience I have done a copy/paste of the forum announcement which gives all the details and fix of the matter.
Premiere Elements 10 NVIDIA Video Card Driver Roll Back
If you are a Premiere Elements 10 user whose Windows computer uses a NVIDIA GeForce video card and you are experiencing Premiere Elements 10 display and/or unexplained program behavior, then your first line of troubleshooting needs to be rolling back the video card driver version instead of assuring that it is up to date.
Since October 2013 to the present, there have been a growing number of reports about display and unexplained workflow glitches specific to the Premiere Elements 10 user whose Windows computer has a NVIDIA GeForce video card. If this applies to you, then the “user to user” remedy is to roll back the NVIDIA GeForce video card driver as far as is necessary to get rid of the problems. The typical driver roll back has gone back as far as March – July 2013 in order to get a working Premiere Elements 10. Neither NVIDIA nor Adobe has taken any corrective action in this regard to date, and none is expected moving forward.

ID on the Mac can produce reports that may (or may not) prove helpful in diagnosing the problem. I suspect this is something not directly related to InDesign, and maybe not to any of the Adobe apps directly since you seem to be having a problem in more than one. That often inidcates a problem at the system level.
Nevertheless, it won't hurt to try to gather the reports. You'll find driections for how to generate them, and to post them on Pastebin.com (then put a link to them here) so we can see what's going on at Adobe Forums: InDesign CS5.5 Not Responding

My iPhone 5 only charges with my lightning port cable and only on one side. I've tried buying a new cable but that doesn't work.

I cant seem to get cd's that I have uploaded onto my iphone 5 via itunes. I have tried to highlight the items and drag and drop them into my phone but this isnt working...; This is really starting to frusterate me!!!

click on the black arrow in the search box and untick Search Entire Library
Now you should be able to drag and drop onto your phone or use the sync pages

Macbook Pro imovie 11 trailer says to "just drag and drop photos" but it doesn't work????
You cannot put photos in a trailer. They are designed for videos.
However, there is a way around this.
Go to the Project Library view. Select your Trailer. Now, click FILE/CONVERT TO PROJECT.
Now you can add photos. -

I just bought a New Apple Pro Book. Tried getting Facetime up and working with no luck. Won't accept APPLE ID and won't accept a new account. Tried to buy app thinking it was that but told me it was already installed on the mac. Do I have to fix a setting or something that I am not aware of.
My whole family used the same APPLE ID and I have this apple ID on my IPHONE for facetime. Do we need a new one if so why can't I create a new one???You can use the same AppleID for App Store purchasing Apps, Books and Music. (So you can share between family members, no need to re-purchase)
But for other Apple services like FaceTime, Message, Game Center (next Mac OS release) etc You should use a different Apple ID.
To start, you need an e-mail address (Gmail from Google, Yahoo from Yahoo, or Hotmail from Microsoft: there are all free). Use the browser for example to search for gmail.
1. Create an e-mail account following the instruction given. (Take note of email address you created and password use, password should include numbers, letters and uppercase letter)
2. Test that new e-mail account by sending a test email to that account (GMail mails can be view using the browser)
3. use this link to create a new Apple ID: https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/ using the new e-mail address you created.
Not wanting to overload you. After you have all that come back here again and we go from there.

Drag and drop to Collection doesn't work
I have successfully created a Collection but cannot add to it by dragging files from the grid view as suggested in Help. There does not seem to be a menu command to do it either so I am a bit stuck. I am using 1.3.1 on a PC running XP. I have tried it on my laptop which uses Vista with the same result. Has anybody else had this problem? Are there any fixes?

hi i use an old black 60G photo/video ipod. Suddenly it won't recharge, when connected to the pc it emits several cicks in serires and then it shows at intervals a low battery signs and another sign, a sad faced ipod icon with the apple support email address. I am having essentialy the same problem, but my iPod came from a PC and is now on a PC. The person who gave me the iPod didn't give me the wall adapter piece, so I bought a "Griffin" brand that was said to be compatible with this model. When I first plugged it into the wall, the Apple appeared with a bar underneath as though it was loading the new software. When the bar got to the end, the "plug into the wall" icon reappeared, but when I plug it in to the wall now, that icon is the only thing that shows, even after resetting and trying to run diagnostics.
When I doc the iPod on a charger I have or plug the USB into my computer and "reset" it, a battery with a charge icon appears, but there is no "motion" in the icon so it doesn't appear to be charging. The screen eventually goes back to the apple then to the "plug it into the wall" icon. HELP!!! Is is possible the wall adapters isn't the right one? Should I be charging through a firewire cable instead (which I also don't have...)?

To repeat my problem, I've put together a slide presentation and am trying to get it on Youtube...have compiled photos and music under IPhoto, then moved it to ITunes to dump into YouTube, but can't get anything to go thru. Have submitted two previous slideshows and don't remember ever having this probem. Am sure I'm doing something wrong. Anyone have suggestion(s) as to how to get this on to Youtube. Have been stonewalled for the last two hours. Thank You.
Sanjam....you are having the identical problem I'm having. Re the response to your dilemma, I'm gonna see if there is a way to export. If I figure something out to get on YouTube will let you know and would appreiate you doing the same.
