The Word Scramble Challenge Edition by Zynga doesn't work on my iPad. It is listed as a game there, but there is no "button" for "Play Game" like there is on the other games and on my iPhone. I suspect the game, although listed, is not present on the iPad. Is there a way to download it. I can't seem to find it anywhere. It was automatically there on my iPhone when I got it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)

When you are saying that the edit effect panel doesn't work, Do you mean there is nothing in the panel (It is an empty panel) or there are items but when clicked nothing is happening ?
Also, Is it the case with Edit Effect panel only or other panels are also behaving in same way ?

I bought, installed, erased, reinstalled again but I still can not see the photos. They seem to be existing in "open-in" folder. When I tap, it goes back to "Home" screen.

Look at no. 5 in this text which was copied from Apple's support site for troubleshooting Messages and FaceTime activation.
Troubleshooting Apple ID activation
After each step, toggle iMessage and FaceTime off and then on again in Settings > Messages and Settings > FaceTime.
Update to the latest version of iOS.
Ensure that you have an active Internet connection. You can complete activation using Wi-Fi or a cellular data connection. Check your Wi-Fi network using standard Wi-Fi network troubleshooting.
If you receive an error when signing in to your Apple ID, visit myinfo.apple.com, sign in to your account, and ensure that the primary email address has been verified.
Ensure that FaceTime has not been restricted: Settings > General > Restrictions > FaceTime.
In Settings > General > Date & Time, ensure that Set Automatically is on. If Set Automatically is on, but the incorrect time zone is displayed, turn Set Automatically off and then choose the correct time zone, date, and time. Then turn Set Automatically on again.
Enable iMessage and FaceTime while connected to another Wi-Fi network in a different location.

Headphone jack sometimes doesn't work for my ipad air, when watching a video or listening to music the audio in the ear or head phones cuts off. It's definitely not the ear phones it's the ipad because I've tried too many different headphones. It's been 7 months that I've bought it from the apple store so would you be able to fix it. Is there a fee?

The preset time (Edit Preferences General) doesn't work

The preset time (Edit>Preferences>General) of the Still Images Default Duration doesn't work.
I have several times tried. No result.
What to do?

Changing the value does not apply to already imported stills.
You need to delete them and re-import.
Or just change the duration in the Project Window.

Keynote Remote Doesn't work with iPhone, iPad

Hi,
I have the latest versions of Keynote on my iPhone 5S, iPad 4 and MacBook Pro 13" with Retina Display.
All three devices on the same WiFi network. Using WiFi I was able to remotely control/play the presetatnion between iPhone 5S and MacBook.
However, it doesn't work between iPhone 5S and iPad 4. Any help ?
I tried Bluetooth as well. They seem to not discover each other and neither able to remote control.
Any tips ?

After having to upgrade to the latest version of iOS Keynote (because I edited one of my presentations online through iCloud), I received the message that Keynote Remote is to be discontinued. The alternative they offer is to download Keynote onto your iPhone as they have integrated the remote feature into the full program.
The problem that I found is that space is more of a premium on my iPhone than my iPad and I don't use the full program on the iPhone, as the remote app takes only 3MB and the full app? 444MB.
I hope Apple receive similar complaints about this as nearly half a Gig for what will amount to a remote for Keynote is preposterous. I have already purchased my 16GB 5S, it's not as if I can put more memory in it now.

The mouse over doesn't work on iPads and mobile devices.
The menu opens up and the category highlights, but that is where the action stops.
It doesn't complete the action and link.
It has worked well for years on desk tops and laptops.
This is a serious issue for me as iPads and mobile devices are so popular and used a lot in this tourist town.

I am using an iframe on my Muse site to display a multi page pdf document. It works perfectly on any desktop, but it doesn't scroll on the iPads. Can some one advise, perhaps I need to add a code in the html or use a different widget.

The micro-SIM on an iPad is used only for internet data connection (web browsing, email, etc.), not SMS or voice.
Depending on what facilities are available to the people with whom you wish to communicate, you might be able to use one of the many internet-based forms of messaging. (For example, iMessage within the Apple ecosystem, AIM, Jabber, or GoogleTalk.)

I've had my Ipad 3 for 6 months and the iMessage worked at one time - from what I can figure from everyone elses posts since the upgrade to OS 6.0.1 iMessage doesn't work with this software upgrade.
Strange Apple would let this slide for so long. I have done all the resets, shutdowns, on/off of imessgea and facetime, change dns to 8.8.8.8 - and all the other 50 suggestions out there on the internet. Still nothing. Quite discouraging for an Apple device. I would expect such a problem for a non-Apple tablet...
Has anyone found a solution?

Try resetting your ipad,
Reset your iPad by pressing the 'Sleep' and 'Home' button at the same time for about 15 seconds or so. Your iPad will then go through a reset / reboot procedure and will be ready for use within about a minute.
Don't worry about doing this as you will not lose data
Also check,
Settings > Messages > iMessage > On
