Workaround to archive email in Outlook 2010 as PDF portfolio?

We use Acrobat Pro 9.4.6.
Our office will not update to Acrobat X until CS6 becomes available for purchase.
We run Office 2010 Pro 32-bit on Windows 7 64-bit.
We need to archive email in a way that can be sorted in a PDF Portfolio by date or attachments to email.
I wrote VBA code to save email from an entire folder or several selected folders as .HTML files with the same folder structure on disk as was in Outlook. This works for sorting by date of email, but it does not allow for the attachments to stay attached to the email.
I thought about downgrading Acrobat to 9.0, but I am unsure if this is possible.
Has anyone found a way to archive email in Outlook 2010 as PDF portfolio which would allow sorting by which email have attachments?

P.S. A few extra steps would definitely add more benefit than cost.
To resolve error 0x8004010F , identify the current location of your default Outlook data file, and then create a new Outlook profile.
Step 1- Locate the default Outlook data file
Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
In Control Panel, click Mail.
In the Mail Setup - Outlook dialog box, click Show Profiles.
Select your current Outlook profile, and then click Properties.
In the Mail Setup - Outlook dialog box, click Data Files.
Select the Data Files tab in the Account Settings dialog box, and then note the name and location of the default data file for your profile (a check mark will denote the default data file).
Click Close.
Step 2 - Create a new Outlook profile
Step 3 - Configure your new Outlook profile as the default profile

Acrobat XI aborts when archiving emails in Outlook 2010
I'm trying to archiving emails in Outlook 2010 as a PDF. When I set the folders to archive and execute, it will run but abort and cancel the job after only partial completion. There is no specific folder or email where this happens. It appears to be random but I have yet to complete a full archive on my Outlook emails. I know others have had similar problems but there doesn't seem to be many responses. Perhaps Adobe personnel could provide some solutions to this. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

Please try repairing Acrobat from the Help menu.
Have you tried setting up automatic archival of the emails from the Adobe PDFMaker option?
What happens? Is this working fine?

Multiple emails in outlook 2010 with pdf attachments will not print
Here is our issue
1. Select multiple emails in outlook 2010 with pdf attachments (versie 10.0.1)
2. Go to file -> Print
3. Select Print Options. Check the box for Print Attached Files
4. click Print The emails will print but only the first attachment will print.
After that we recieve the following error
There was an error opening this document. The selected file cannot be found.
We have tried turning off enhanced security mode but still get the same resultYou can also extract these pdf attachments via email attachment extractor from here and then send the pdf file for printing. I think this will be easier for you to print them all.

I have the latest version of iPhoto running on a new mac mini. When I try to email via outlook 2010 on the Mac it fails. I've seen that this is a long outstanding issue that apparently neither Apple or MicroSoft wishes to address. Is there any current workaround?
Have you searched the iPhoto community for Outlook issues? Try these topics. Also report your problems to Apple via http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphoto.html. We're just users like yourself and can't affect any changes.

So is in that program or some link with FirefoxIf you are talking about your sender name (the one that appears on the From line when you compose an email) rather than your @icloud.com email address, to change it on your iOS device, go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars...tap iCloud under Accounts, tap your iCloud account at the top of the next screen, tap Mail at the bottom of the next screen, then enter the name you want to use in the Name field at the top. Also go to icloud.com, sign into your account, open Mail, click the gear shaped icon on the bottom left and choose Preferences, go to the Accounts tab and enter the name you want to use in the Full Name field and click Done.

Can't read attached files to older emails in Outlook 2010

I have Outlook 2010 connected with MS Exchange.
I can’t read attached files to older emails than 3 months. In attached elements there are only small files and I’m not able to open them (size in Bytes!) - double click doesn't work. I've tried different solutions:

Can you read the attachments if we logon in OWA? If attachments can be read in OWA, we may try to delete the original OST file and restart Outlook to sync a new one to see the result. If still no luck, we can create a new mail profile in Control Panel to
check the result. See:

Everytime I send an email in Outlook 2010, I get a message asking if I want to open Firefox Document E9B557DD-DAE3-4088-988A-9123DAC2AAC7.html. There are brackets around the number. It's extremely annoying. I had an issue with the latest version of WinZip, which I mistakenly downloaded and installed--it automatically zipped my files, which is not what I want it to do. I removed WinZip and reinstalled the older version, and then I started getting these messages. My program will send email through Outlook 2010(in cache mode). Sometime it may prompt the address book out and pend here, and we need to manually click "OK" to let the program run again. Although we re-write the program in
Java and send by JavaMail now, but we are interested why the address book will prompt out.
There are no pattern that we can guess the reason. Different recipient, different subject/content/have attachment or not can casue the address book prompt. But same email with same content/everythings may not cause prompt before and/or after.
We try to change to offline address book and need manual sync, problem still occur.

It only trusts COM addins, all other applications will cause a security prompt unless you have an up-to-date anti-virus app installed (if you can control the client environment).

I am receiving multiple duplicate emails using Outlook 2010. The email receiving, can go up to few hundreds copies. Not
all emails i receive will be duplicated. There is no common sender for those affected emails. Usually when i received email from my Outlook 2010 the email in Outlook Web Access will be gone. But this time round for those affected duplicating emails, it still

I would need to go into the Outlook Web Access to delete the affected email then the duplication will be stop. Or I would need to cancel the Send/Receive & restart Outlook. But this 2 method is only temporary solution. The problem will keep coming

I think you are working with a POP3 account and issue of replicated emails in Outlook is common in the case of POP3 connection. So, first of all uncheck the
“Leave a copy of messages on the server” option and see the results.
Also, see the TasK Manager, if there are multiple “Outlook.exe” are running under the
“Processes” tab, then end the unnecessary programs as each of them downloading the same email multiple times.
Apart from it, if there are numbers of factors behind the replication of emails in Microsoft Outlook such as:

Cannot send email from Outlook 2010 without disabling iCloud Outlook Add-in
I have seen a few discussions on this but no answers. I have bought a new PC. Installed Outlook 2010 and iCloud latest version 3. All seems to work fine but emails go into the Outbox and dont get any further. If I remove the iCloud Outlook Add-in then I can send my emails but of course now cannot see my contacts nor my calendar! So it's one or the other and I'm currently going backwards and forwards between each. I have uninstalled and gone back to an earlier version 2 of iCloud with no success, same problem. I have uninstalled that and now reinstalled version 3. The problem remains. Can you advise on how to solve this please?

I can still receive icloud ( ME email address) emails fine. I have not changed my settings at all. I have however tried all the settings I can find on the support pages. PLEASE HELP. Nothing has changed. This suddenly just started happening around a month ago. To frustrate me apple does not seem to have a support email or any method to contact them with this issue to do with their email product. I have spent ages going through the apple support sites and I keep getting asked for an apple product to mark it against. I have no apple product as I am using a PC but I am accessing and using their email product. Is there even a phone number I can call? Surely there is a support area for their Email server issues. Can anyone help? It is driving me mad and causing me major issues. My outlook is Outlook 2010 on a windows 8 PC. As I have said it worked fine then one day decided to stop sending emails.

If I want send an Email from Acrobat with "Datei->An Email anhängen" (don´t know the english menü) I got that Error-Massage that my Outlook isn´t the Standard-Email-Programm. But it is - you can see on the Screenshot below.
Every other Programm hasn´t such Problem with Outlook. mailto: Protocoll is working perfektly.
Is there anyone who has solved that Problem or has any idea?

Images Do Not Display on Signature Reply Emails _ Outlook 2010 Professional
I created a company signature which display fine when sent, however when replying to an email the signature shows up with out any of the images. There are simply blank squares where the images should be displaying. Can anyone help me resolve
why this would be happening?
*Would the device (i.e. iPad) one is viewing the email on be the reason for the issue?
