  • Regarding Workflow mailer error

    Hi
Could anyone teach me how to troubleshooting these errors in log of mailer?
My customer made mailer available through OAM and could send notification.
However, a lot of errors were found in log of mailer.

  • Oracle Workflow mailer error

I have Oracle 11, which we tried configuring to use TLS encryption but it failed. So I installed IIS relay, to avoid enabling TLS on oracle.
Once I did this we did a simple email test and it was successful.  We then tried a live Workflow process,
According to the workflow/diagram above, every stage should send an Email and Oracle Notification, after an LPO is raised. What is interesting is Approver1 and 2 get both Email and oracle notification. However, The LPO raiser only gets an email notification, but not an oracle notification.
Note: IIS relay does not support IMAP, hence is IMAP inbound not configured.

    Hi Hussein
We Followed the above mentioned docuement but its not fixed. And atlast we resolved and fixed issue by following steps.
    1) Downed the Apps services.
    2) Runned the cmclean.sql as a apps user.

  • Notification Mailer Error

    Hi
We are upgrading our system to linux. Problem we are getting is whenever we clone our system, notification mailer is giving error. When I submit the timesheet, I am getting the following error in the mail
    Error
Your session is no longer valid or your logon information could not be reestablished from your session.
Any faced a similar issue. Do i need to do something extra at the time of cloning for notification mailer

I have gone through all the finishing tasks of the cloning and updated all the workflow related tables and restarted services but somehow a dynamic xml is not generated. That is the reason why we get the error. Mailer, CM are all fine. The error is still showing up in the notifications sent.
Your session is no longer valid or your logon information could not be reestablished from your session.

  • Problems in starting up the Workflow Mailer

    Hi,
I am pretty new to the Oracle Workflow.
I have recently installed Workflow 2.6, and when i try to start the workflow mailer wfmlr.exe, i am getting the following error :
wferr 2009 : Fatal error, mailer is exiting.
wferr 2102 : Could not connect to mail service using account 'my_email_user/password'.
wferr 2202 : Could not establish mail service connection.
wferr 2201 : Mail service connection refused. Error code 8.
The Environment is Windows 2003 Server, and Microsoft Outlook 2003.
Can anyone please let me know whether Workflow 2.6 is certified for use on Outlook 2003, and if not, is there any other way in which this issue can be resolved by making it run on Outlook 2003.
Your comments would be highly appreciated.

At install time there is a question that asked if you would like to configure adminstration now. (Something like that). By default this is not checked. If you did not check it you cannot access enterprise manager.
The is probably a way to configure it, but it might be faster reinstalling.
There is a simple way to de install by going to the ORACLE_HOME/bin and run the deinstall script.
    cheers
    James

  • Workflow status Error

    Hi,
I created a WF which has a fork creating two parallel processes. One process sends a mail to employee and trhe other to the supervisor. If one of the processes finishes, the workflow should end.
When I execute the workflow, mails are being sent to both the employee and the manager, but when I open one of these wo mails and process, the workflow goes to error.
The error message in the log says <b>"JOIN entry missing for fork on node,  Error when loading the callback component"</b>.
Someone please suggest what can be the reason for this error.
    Thanks,
    Suryakiran D.

    Hi,
That sounds wierd, never seen that before.
Just off hand it seems illogical for the system to try to end the workflow if there is a task (the other send mail)still being executed.  In your case what I would expect to happen is that when the flow hits the fork, both tasks would be exectued and regardless of which happened first, the workflow wouldn't end until both were done.
I'm not sure but your error referring to the call back component may mean that something has ended and the program can't find the call back program to send back the results of the task.
This is all guess work but the best way through this may be to give up the idea of dual processing and simply create an if statement, or just place the send mail tasks in line with the other tasks.
    Good luck,
    Brent

  • Inbound workflow mailer tags don't recognize Undeliverable system messages

We have an inbound Workflow mailer that was not set up initially to view or filter any custom tags. There are 2 "Undeliverable" messages, which seem to be looping in our inbox.
The undeliverable message comes in and gets filed to the "PROCESS" folder. It then seems to be triggering a invalid response template email to be sent, which then attempts to send another email to the invalid address, and gets received again starting the process over again. I have created a new tag on the workflow mailer Advanced setup with "Undeliverable" as the pattern, and "Unavailable" as the action. I have also tried the "Ignore" as the action but neither change sent the message to the Discard folder.
