Workitem not going to a particular user id

Hi,
I am having a workflow container element APPROVERLIST which stores the ids of the users to whom a particular workitem should go. But for a particular user id , the workitem is not going to that person, rather it is going to some other user ids. I checked if that id has been substituted but that is not the case.
Are there some other areas where I can check exception?

I have checked all the above scenarios.
There is no excluded agent existing . The bindings are correct. Let me describe the scenario little bit more in detail.
APPROVERLIST is a workflow container element ( multiline ). This container element is populated in a particular task. This task fetches the user ids from a table and stores it here.
In the next task which is a foreground task, in the "agents" APPROVERLIST is mentioned against EXPRESSION , so this workitem will go to all the users who are in APPROVERLIST.
Agent assignment is maintained correctly. Its not working for one particular id. Is there any place to check this outside the workflow design?
Also I checked the user id, it is existing.

I am having Exchange 2010 Environment with NLB having two CAS servers bonded with it.
One of OWA cannot authenticate ONLY ONE USER.
It just says user name or password is incorrect.
Please suggest as early as possible.

User account is not locked out, I even tried to reset the account password and tried unlocking the account too.
User is able to access through other CAS node in NLB.
User is not using any mobile device. He is using OWA in his desktop browser.
Please help!!

F4 not working for a particular user id

Dear friends,
I have one problem , for one user id for Material code - I am not getting F4 drop down values. If the drop down button is pressed , system put one fixed value for the field. This problem is there for all transactions (for material code field only).
I tried to replicate this using user profile but system still allow me to search value using F4.
What could be reason for not getting F4 help.

Dear Sandeep,
Check with your BASIS consultant,sometimes this occurs because of some technical reason and some
patch has to be applied and sometimes due to authorization problem.
Get the help from your basis consultant.
Check and revert back.

Remote / Home Sharing not working on a particular user account

I have recently purchased a new MacBook Pro 13" (Core i5) and I'm having issues using the Remote app on my iPhone 3GS, as well as using Home Sharing. I used Migration Assistant to transfer my account and files across from my previous MacBook (with which I never had any Remote or sharing issues).
If I try to connect using Remote it says "Remote can't connect to your iTunes library. Check your network settings and try again". Strangely, if I open the Remote app immediately after starting iTunes, it will work for about 15 seconds and then lose the connection.
For Home Sharing, if I try to click on "Shared" using my iPhone's iPod app, as soon as I click on my library it simply says "Cannot connect to Media library". Again, if I click on shared as soon as iTunes starts, I can select my library, which will then load, but once loaded it just cycles through any albums I choose without playing the tracks (e.g. it just silently shows each track name in turn for about half a second until the end of the album is reached).
As a test, I created a new user account, and when using that account these features seem to work fine. I have tried everything obvious, and have tried reinstalling iTunes and the Remote app. I have no firewall, and am properly signed into Home Sharing on all devices. As a test, I also just tried using my old MacBook again with the same iPhone, everything functions as expected. The problem seems to be directly related to this user account. Any ideas anyone?!

May of found a fix (could be temporary but is working fine for me). I had issues with itunes - iphone (remote app).
- Turn on Home sharing on iPhone
- Turn off Home sharing on Mac in itunes
- On iphone (remote app) Click Add an itunes library manually
- iPhone will appear in itunes device list - choose and setup (using passcode)
- Now turn on hone sharing again.
Should be working.

Receiver mail adapter error -mail not going to other domain users

in xi this error is coming in mail adapter -

any resolution.upto yday everything was working fine.i crosschecked scot settings they r ok.

In RWB , its showing error

When SC is partially rejected my manager no workitems are not going to user

Hi Gurus,
Below is our requirement:
Requester (User) creates a SC of multiple line items. Shopping cart is rejected by the manager for a particular line items and rest of the line items was approved, for the rejected line items workitems are not going to requestoru2019s inbox and also e-mail is not triggered to requistioner.(Informing that the SC is partially approved)
Help us how to implement the above functionality? We have figured out a BADI- BBP_WFL_SECUR_BADI will this BADI suit to our functionality.
IF then throw some input on this. Or please suggest any OSS note related to this functionality.

WF we used is WS14000133, Last approver is Manager further no approvers.
For Manger they havenu2019t set (BBP_WFL_SECURITY) any value.

Email not going to particular user id

hi,
when i send a email form SO01 transaction to a particular user with name say abc @ <xyz.org the user is not receiving the mail.
But when i send mail from SO01 to any other user say efg @ xyz.org or yahoo e mail id, g mail id, the users are receiving it
Please let me know if there will be a reason that blocks this email id somewhere in the SAP system

It has nothing to do with SAP. Problem is with the company policies set on network and firewall. That perticualar mail domain might be blocked in company.

User decision activity not going to the agents(Position Maintained).

Hi All,
I assigned a specific Position in the agent field of the user decision activity. But after assigning, the decisiion step is not going to the expected agent but it getting executed by the WF-BATCH user.
I have checked the same in the Tcode : PO13 and the corresponding user is the only one maintained for that position.
Kindly guide what can be the possible reasons. Is there any thing i am missing.

Thanks.Yes.Latest start and latest end are already maintained and there is a Rule when the latest start missed also. kindly let me know how i can avoid this also..
How to check whether the position is maintained to the SAP user id?.I have seen the user maintained under the position in Tcode PO13..
The deadline is calculated 4 days after sydatum.
One more thing the Workitem got reserved by the WF-batch and executed by WF-batch.

Tasks are not getting updated in the MSS under tasks tab for particular user in EP.can any one please share their exp and knowledge on this how to reslove it.

This message will appear if either the background jobs are not scheduled, or UWL cannot tell that the background jobs are scheduled. The message no longer appears once you ensure the background jobs are scheduled to run via the user id UWL_SERVICE and that user is mapped to my portal user ID UWL_SERVICE.

Mysite is not opening for particular user

We have configured User profile service application with permission to create mysite in our environment. One particular user is not able to open mysite. When try to open mysite it generate an unexpected error message and given correlation ID. When followed
the log file with reference to correlation ID. I found following error in ULS.
My Site: PersonalSpaceRedirect: Unknown error: System.Threading.ThreadAbortException: Thread was being aborted.
at Microsoft.SharePoint.Portal.WebControls.PersonalSpaceRedirect.RedirectToPublicPage(SPWeb web)
at Microsoft.SharePoint.Portal.WebControls.PersonalSpaceRedirect.LoadControl(Object sender, EventArgs a).
Please notice that this is for a single user so we dont to recreate the user profile service application for restore database. Any help is higly appreciated.

I am having the same issue. I traced it to a problem with the Microsoft.SharePoint.Portal.WebControls.PersonalSpaceRedirect part on default.aspx. I'm still not sure what the underlying issue is, though. This is in SharePoint 2013 SP 1.

Workflow in Project server 2013 online not going particular stage after Approval

i have created workflow using sharepoint designer 2013 for project server 2013 online. and i have also set the approver after the first stage. when i create a project using this workflow, project is created successfully and the approval task also go for
a approval to specific user. and i have set the property that after approval it has to go on specific stage. but the problem is when user approve the task it shows approved but my stage in workflow is remain same. it is not going to any stage.
i don't know why this type of problem is occur.
FYI, i have created same workflow for Project server 2013 on premise(Which is installed in my server) and
it is working fine but when i want to deploy this workflow in
project server 2013 online its giving error.
so please help me to solve this type of issue.

I am also experiencing issues with this. After the approval task is completed, the Workflow gets cancelled with the following message

All other desired workflow actions work as expected. Emails are sent, project is moved from stage to stage, however as soon as the workflow approval task is completed, either Approved or Rejected, the Internal Status is changed to Canceled and the
workflow fails.
What is interesting is when the Approval task is completed, the approver will receive an email notification that the task was CANCELLED or DELETED....
not COMPLETED, which is what would be expected.
Has anyone seen this - any potential resolution?

Role not appearing in TLN for a particular user in portal

Hello All,
We are working on Federated Portal Network. We are facing problem where a user is not able to view a particular role assigned to him in Top Level Navigation in consumer portal. There are many users assigned to the same role and for them its visible. This problem is arising for this particular user only.
Steps we took to resolve the issue are:
1)Unassigned and then again reassigned the role to the user.
2)Cleared the consumer cache.
3)User tried to login from another machine but still found the same issue, so local machine settings are ruled out.
Suggest some solution.

There are no children, nor other suspicious characters that have "played" with my computer. One moment I'm in, the next time I turn on/restart the powerbook I'm at a screen with the name of the hard drive and two fields: username and password. Not a list with pictures and names ie 'Katie Jo' with an orange icon and 'Guest' with a silhouette of a head.
In an attempt to remedy this problem, I backed up files using target disk mode and firewire cable. I then, rebooted in single user mode, typed in the correct script and essentially made the computer appear virgin again. Original start up welcome screen display with multiple languages, and then set up prompts such as language, network, and registration. After completing the cues and the "just a few more questions" page, I press continue and am left at a grey standstill, with the continue button greyed out, and no other actions. I'm only able to "go back" by clicking the go back button, all the way to the beginning of the set up, and as I proceed through the steps a second time, I'm greeted with the same halt. What is this?

Ship-To Address not getting picked for one particular user

Hi SRM Gurus,
I am working on SRM5.0 system with ECC6.0 as backend.
For one particular SRM user, the Ship-To address number which has been maintained in his attributes through transaction PPOMA_BBP, as default delivery address, is not populated when he creates a SC.
This default ship-to address is not seen while creating the cart even though the address can be found via the F4 search help in the same SC.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening for one particular user?
Please note that this problem is occuring even when the user is shopping for self and creating a new SC (no copying from template). So SAP note 1055203 is not valid in my case.
I have checked the ADRC table, and this address number exists. Infact, when I assign this address number to some other user's Ship-To attribute, this default delivery address is picked in the SC.
So, I understand that the problem is not with the address, but with the linking of this address number to this user. I even tried deleting and re-assigning the address number in the attribute to this user. But, it doesnot work still.
Can anyone help me out?

Ship to address not being picked from attributes for any user it was being picked from Org address data , and I had reset the value
now , when I am trying to create a SC and I have tried to add delivery address bby 2 types .
1. By adding through the portal
2> i have tried to add the same throgh ppomabbp in user attributes "Delivery address"
I have also made it default however when I raise the SC it again shows me as blank :
I am not too sure how do I populate the value that I need . Please see below still the delivery address is blank !!
