Wrong settlement in MILL_OC

Dear SAPper,
I use industry solution MILL and use order combination for slitting.
When i check the settlement rull, SAP always divide the cost from parent order combination proportionally with their child prod order quantity.
I think it is not right. For example
Order combination 1000 PCS
1. Child order 1 with order qty 500 PCS with use component 1000 KG
2. Child order 2 with order qty 500 PCS with use component 700 KG
When i check the order combination the settlement rule is
Category ORD receiver order1 equivalent no 500
Category ORD receiver order2 equivalent no 500
So when settlement the cost of good issue in the order combination proportionally to the child order.
This is not fair because order 1 use 1000 KG for the component and on the other han order 2 only use 700 KG for the component.
Did i miss something in the customising in PP (or maybe in CO) ?
or is MILL_OC always distribute settlement according ti the child order qty?
Please kindly help.
Best regards,
Freddy HA

  • Value wrongly settled on AUC from WBS

    Hello Experts
We are working on ECC 6.0.
We are using WBS to settle values on AUC & FA.
The issue is some values which were not to be capitalized have been wrongly settled on certain AUCs in previous FY 2009 (debit baalnce).
    1. So is it possible to reverse the settlement of previous FY 2009 in current FY 2010?
    2. If NO, then can we take out the values from AUC by some other way? I'd tried passing a FI entry using F-91 with posting key 75(credit) for AUC but system doesn't allow. Am i suppose to use some specific Transaction Types for AUC? However passing such manual entries are allowed for FA.
    Please suggest.
    Regards
    Kapil

You have to reverse it and post again in 2009.
The differences in FI you can post with the transaction ABF1 (SAP note 69225) and reverse in 2010. The only point is that then on the end of the years AA is not in line with the values on your G/L account!

  • Wrong settlement posted. How to correct?

    Dear CO Guru's ,
we have one case in service order that it was settled to a wrong receiver (e.g) wrong sales document (SDI).
we only found it out few months later, hence the period was closed.
is there any thing we can do to reversed the settled cost into the wrong receiver? and post it into the correct one?
    Please advise.
    Thank you in advance.
    Regards,

    Hello
As per my knowledge. The best practice is to reverse settlement and post it again with correct receiver.
let suppose settlement period is March and you post this settlement in March also on wrong receiver.
Now, in June you realize that its wrong it should be on corrected. so best practice is reverse on march and post again in march.
but if period is closed then you should move cost in controlling from one costing object to another costing object in month of march. but controlling period should be open.
Or other way is to transfer this cost in current open period.

  • Wrong settlement rule in production order

    Hi All,
I have a material which is assigned with strategy 70 through MRP group. In the same MRP group, production order type "XXXX"
is specified for planned order conversion. And this MRP group with strategy 70 & production order type "XXXX"  is assigned to material.
Production order type "XXXX" & is assined to settlement profile "YYYY" in OPJH Tcode. In settlement profile, material & WBS element are specfied as valid & optional receivers & default object type being "WBS element"
I have created  a planned independent requirement of "VSFB" type  which is having account assignment as "Q- Project" & is assigned to WBS element.
MRP run produces planned order in the individual WBS segment (i.e. planned order is WBS specific "MAKE TO PROJECT").
IF this is converted to production order, the order type used by the system is "XXXX" which as per the settings. But it should have 100 % WBS settlement rule which is not taken by that production order & it is taken as 100 % Material.
Can anybody explain me why this should happen?
    Regards,
    MHP

    > I have a material which is assigned with strategy 70 through MRP group.

    MHP,
Can you explain us as how you are creating a PIR with account assignment to Project?  Is this a component used in a BOM or is this your final product?
Planning strategy 70 is basically for MTS, so I dont think it would work for you. I feel you need to work with planning strategy 85 or 83.

  • IO Wrong asset settlement Issue

    Hi
We settlement rule for internal order 2500007 was erroneously set to settle costs to asset 11 (company 123). That asset is already part of a different internal order.
Costs from internal order ***0007 were settled to that asset in prior periods(from Jan 2104) and depreciation has begun. This is incorrect since the asset should not be related to that internal order.
We would like to reverse the amounts settled to that asset from IO ***0007 and settle them to a different asset instead.
This should result in a reversal of the depreciation booked to this asset from the costs settled from IO ***0007.
Do suggest how to achieve this.
    Thanks & Regards,
    D Dixon.

    Hi,
You have two issue, one is wrong settlement to asset, and wrong amount of deprecation is posted.
First of all you need to reverse the depreciation, to reverse the depreciation, just change the depreciation key to 0000 in asset master AS02, and repeat the depreciation run to reverse the depreciation for this assets. once you verified that depreaction is reversed for this asset, just go AS02 and again change the dep. key to original one.
Second step is to reverse the Settlement, you can reverse the settlement from the same t.code from where you have settled the order, lets say KO88, just go to settlement menu and Click on "Reverse"
After settlement reversal,  create the correct settlement rule, and post the settlement, then again run the the depreciation AFAB in repeat mode, to post the correct deprecation.
I hope this will help you.

  • New settlement parameters  in   sales order  does not  work

    Hi
I have a    sales order for  service material.    It is invoiced.    I  have to settle it.    The  existing  settlement rule  is  wrong. So  I have created a new allocation structure and   changed   settlement  parameter  in     the  sales order.   I save the  sales order.
But in VA88 the settlement does not work. I get error message ' receiver cost element not defined and thet cat. PSG not defined.'
But the same allocation structure work good for new sales order.
Pl advise how  I  can  do the settlement for  old   sales orders,  subsequently changed for  settlement parameter ie allocation structure.
    Thanks
    kamala

    Hello Kamala
Not an expert on this subject, but here is what I suggest, Try and see if it works.
    1) Firstly retract the changes you did in sales order and settle first with the wrong settlement parameter (Old data).
    2) Now change the existing allocation structure, don't create NEW ONE. If you change an allocation structure, the changes only affect future settlements.
    3) Then reverse the settlement.
    4) Now re-do the settlement.
Let me know how it goes. Take care.

  • Number of items on IHC bank statement

    Hi,
I am facing the following problem: when I have created an internal bank statement in transaction F9N7, the FINSTA IDOC contains 2 items but I have expected only one item. Can you confirm 2 items are correct or what should be checked in customizing to suppress one of those items.
    Details:
two company codes S (subsidiary) and H (headquarter, IHC centre), both in the same SAP system ERP 6.04.
Company code S has an open vendor invoice, 100 EUR.
Company code S runs F110, house bank in IHC centre is used, PAYEXT IDOC is generated.  Accounting: vendor (clearing) debit,  waiting account credit.
In the IHC centre, IHC payment order is generated, status flagged for posting.
In transaction IHC0, the payment order is posted.
F9N7 generates the FINSTA IDOC, but it contains two items, 100 EUR debit, and another item 100 EUR credit. If I post the bank statement in company code S, I would expect only one item with accounting: waiting account from step 1 (clearing) debit,  IHC liabilities credit.  With 2 items in the statement, I could trick it out by posting:
    a) waiting account from step 1 (clearing) debit / adjustment acct. credit
    b) adjustment acct. (from a) debit, IHC liabliities credit.
After a) + b) I have the same situation, but I have posted 2 unneccesary items to "adjustment account".
My feeling is that I should not have 2 items in the statement, only one..
Actually, when I post the payment order in transaction IHC0, I can realize that 2 new records are inserted into table BKKIT.
The only difference between these 2 records are the following:
Amount (+100 EUR vs., -100 EUR) (fields T_AMOUNT and A_AMOUNT)
    PAYMETHOD (0001 vs. blank)
TRNSTYPE (0150 Bank Transfer vs 5110 Credit Transfer)
ITEMTYPE (01 Ordering party vs.,02 Recipient)
REF_ACEXT (bank account no. of external vendor vs. virtual bank account number of subsidiary S with IHC) (similarly REF_BANKS, REF_BANKL, REF_NAME)
I am wondering if it is possible to suppress one of these records from being generated in table BKKIT.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Just noticed this is sill marked as unanswered.
The problem was that the wrong settlement account has been assigned, that's why company code S has received a statement for both items (outgoing and incoming).

  • Asset transaction cancel.

Auc transaction wrongly settle with other asset  transaction done  through MIGO & MIRO Done & payment made to vendor  can we cancel that migo transition and repost again with write class or is there any other way to correct this.

This are the steps that I made:
    1. Go to Assets -> Asset workbench
    2. Look to the asset and click on retirements
    3. I complete all needed information and save it.
That´s all what I did. If I go to the transaction, the field status shows "Pending".
Is there any way to cancel this retirement?

  • Rebate type

We get wrong settlements for a rebate type:
    1. The system does not ask for an assignment.
    2. the related accounting document does contain a posting on the customer number when it should be the GL Code.
I already checked the Agreement type, and there is no error in it.

    Hi
A sales independant agreement 0005 would normally be associated with a fixed amount that will be paid at the term of the rebate. No accruals are therefore booked on the billing documents associated with the agreement.
If you had the condition BO06 in your pricing procedure it would have a 0.00 value in all billing documents until a partial the final settlement is posted against the agreement. If you look at client 000 you will find that the BO06 condition is not in the RVAA01 pricing procedure so it is not relevant for your regular billing documents if you use different pricing procedures etc. The BO06 condition just needs to be present in the pricing procedure that is used for your rebate payments and settlements
sales document B1 and billing document type B1 etc.
I hope this helps you further
    Kind regards
    Brian

  • WBS element short closure.

    Hi,
I have one case where AUC cost is not transferred on Fixed asset in last fiscal year due to which it is not allowing Full settlement in this year.
And due to some config changes the same WBS cost got reposted on AUC in this fiscal year.
Now, First I need to reverse the wrong settlement done on AUC in this fiscal year.
and then need to Capitalize the AUC cost in last fiscal year (This is not possible, as it will disturb the account balances and reported figures).
Please let me know if it is ok if,
    1. I Reverse the worng settlement by posting JV of same amount.
    2. Get the remaining cost of AUC from last fiscal year transferred on new AUC created wrt. new WBS.
    3. Settle new WBS in this period.
    4. short close old WBS. ( system will allow me to close the WBS, as there is no remaining cost on it?? )
    Regards,
    Nilesh Pimpale.

    Try KB15N for manual posting.
the process u mentioned is fine.

  • IHC Bank Areas

We are reimplementing IHC in our company, we would like to know how many bank areas a global company should have, having in mind that we have operations in countries like
    Ukranie,
    Russia,
    China
    Africa countries
    Lationamerica countries
Where legal restrictions about bank account ownership applies.
There is any global company working with less than  10 bank areas?
    thanks

  • Wrong process run partial settlement line item wise in KOB5

    Hi All,
I run the one process partial settlement line item wise in KOB5, But its run wrongly, Please give me suggestion for reveres the settlement for wrongly process it is possible OR not It very important issue.
    Regards,
    Seema

    Hi Seema,
KOB5 is just for distribution of line items, I assume you have done KOB5 as well as KO88.
if you want to do a reversal of KO88 then just click on settlement option on menu bar in KO88 transaction. it will take you to reverse that settlement.
