XSL Mapper JDeveloper plugin fails to launch from App Engine

XSL Mapper JDeveloper plugin fails to launch from App Engine ONLY WHEN THE TARGET LOCATION OF THE SERVICE CONFIGURATION POINTS TO AN HTTPS URL.
If I make the target location field of the service configuration point to an HTTP url, the plugin launches fine.
The error message indicates that there is a missing certificate in the chain:
oracle.tip.tools.ide.common.xsdgrammar.SchemaGrammarException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: No trusted certificate found
A basic google search on this error leads me to believe that I need to add a key to the java clients keystore on my PC. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Has anyone else encountered this?

After digging pretty hard I believe I've found the cause and two possible solutions...and I quote...

"testing has yielded that the Audio Media III card can be used with Pro Tools LE 6.2.3 on a platform as high as OSX Panther 10.3.9 as long as you do not (I repeat do not) install QuickTime 7ever. The QuickTime 6.5.2 re-installer will not remove problems created by installing QuickTime 7."
"Basically if you are running what Digidesign refers to as “Legacy” hardware. Audio Media III/ Toolbox or the Digi 001. You are running a version of Pro Tools LE that is incompatible with QuickTime 7. If at any point QuickTime 7 is installed you must re-install (the OS and all programs) to delete its effects, and are stalled on OSX 10.3.9 (w/o QuickTime 7)."

The other solution is to upgrade equipment, or re-install OS and other Apps to go backwards.

ADE Plugin for JDev launched from a view

Hi,
I want to install the ADE versioning system plugin in my JDev which I launch from my view. Earlier, I used to get the plugin from "Check for Updates" item under "Help" menu . But I am not able to search for this plugin in my recent Jdevs. Can anyone point me to a location from where I can download and install this ADE plugin in my JDev?

Final cut pro fails to download from app store

Final cut pro X fails partway through downloading from app store. When I try to re initialize it immediately fails. Reboot creates the same result. I have 350gb available on this drive. It appears to consistently fail at around 2.2gb of download.

Solution is:
1) Close App Store.
2) Open terminal and run: open $TMPDIR../C/
3) Delete folder: "com.apple.appstore."
4) If FCP file exists in the applications folder - delete that too.
5) Launch App Store
6) Restart downloads.
This worked for me and others as well.

Apps fail to download from app store

I am having trouble downloading or updating several apps from the App Store. I get the error message, " ...app failed to download. Use the Purchases page to try again." Gets caught in that cycle.
I'm on 10.9.5, 2012 MacBook Pro.
Gatekeeper settings ar correct, and I've disabled Sophos virus protection. I've checked other community support answers, have not come up with anything that works.
My Apple ID login is correct and confirmed. No problems downloading and installing system updates.
I've also tried downloading as a new user (with the same apple ID).

I have no idea how my reply could be "misleading". I stated the exact situation: there are millions of apps in the iTunes Store, and providing a comprehensive, accurate list of which apps support which version(s) of iOS would be highly impractical. You can perhaps help with your search by going to AppShopper:

That will give you at least some starting points, but AppShopper is neither comprehensive nor completely accurate. I've found a number of apps listed there over the time the site has existed that either are no longer offered or which have been updated beyond the iOS version indicated. But it might help.

Purshace Failed, Lost $10 from App Store

I have tried to use the Kindel app on my Imac with OS Mountain Lion 10.8 but get the following screen:

There after lots of code after this. I have used Disk Utility to use the Fiorst Aid app and re-booted thye system, also have trashed the app then re installed the Kindel App. No joy so far, can anybody help me.

Custom filename in place of default filename from App Engine

Hi All
I am wondering if it is possible to generate output files from AE/SQR/Crystal with custom names rather than the default names as ProcessName_ProcessInstance?
I am aware that this can be acieved in SQRs as we set the filenames in most of the cases, but I need to check this for AE & Crystal processes.
I have a crystal that creates a bill in pdf format. The pdf bill file is created with name as ProcessName_ProcessInstance. I am exploring if it is possible to create a pdf billfile with name as BillId_Date or as PI_BillId or ProcessName_PI_Bill_Id.
I googled and searched in PeopleBooks but couldn't locate anything that could say if it is possible or not? If possible, how we can achieve it.

For AE, have you tried changing the override paramenters in process definition. you can probably use the OT, OF and FP flags to achive this.

IChatAgent fails to launch sometimes

Since upgrading to Snow Leopard, and running the kernel in 64 bit, I have problems occasionally with launching iChat.
Tailing the system.log shows:
iChatAgent failed to launch from path /System/Library/Frameworks/IMCore.framework/iChatAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/iChat Agent
There are now running iChat related processes, so my only solution has been to repair the disk permissions - which shows nothing related to iChat that I can see, and then a restart.
Anyone else facing this?

I am not having that problem nor have I seen it reported before.
There are two possible Issues.
1) iChat itself is not calling on iChat Agent correctly
2) iChatAgent is not responding properly.
iChat itself can be Reinstalled from the Install Disk > Option Installs
When this is run you can pare down to the applications then just iChat within the Installer.
iChatAgent will take Pacifist

You Need the Hard Way and possible problems but obviously the Path to the IMCore.framework is different to the listed InstantMessage.framework of iChat 3 and 4
Install the whole of IMCore.framework if you do it rather than trying to isolate just iChatAgent.
We normally say "Run the Combo" after doing this.
There was no iChat Update in 10.6.1 but it may pay to cover bases

Elements 13 fails to launch

Installed a new copy of Elements 13 and it fails to launch from desktop icon. I can launch the Organiser and Edit from its retrospective file location but they do not interact and I get error messages from Organiser (The required componets were not completley installed. Please reinstall the application, click ok. Next error msg is: Online services could not be initialised. Please reinstall. Press ok to continue without online services.) Operating system is Windows 7 64bit Home Premium Edition with more than the minimum system requirements. Adobe chat responded quickly, told me to hold on while my record was accessed and the no response for 6 hours and then they withdrew my query! Repeated online chat and after 4 days without any communication, query withdrawn again! Have tried reinstalling from hard drive, but no change.

Are you trying to load Elements Editor or Organizer?

ESB RoutingService, routing rule, xsl mapper fails

I've got the next situation.
I need to create a routingservice in ESB from the next wsdl (http://www.egem.nl/kennisbank/informatievoorziening/uitwisseling/stuf/stuf30stufsoa/stuf3familiepakket?searchterm=stuf) > bg030002.beantwoordVraag.wsdl
The wsdl imports some other wsdl's and those import some xsd's.
And ..i assume .. this is where is goes wrong.
When i create the routingservice, and use the wsdl from the url i just mention, everything is ok.
After this i want to routing from 1 operation in this wsdl to my testbpel, just to test if the routing from the whole process. I create in the routingservice the routingrule, and click the "create xsl mapping".
Next error pops up :
Failed to open the source schema:
The schema does not contain the global element
{http://www.egem.nl/StUF/sector/bg/0300}:adrLv01
i checked all the namespaces/imports/xsd/etc...element is there in the xsd and the imports should all be ok.
Any of you got an idea of what could be the problem of this ?
Possible solution would be to create 1 wsdl with just 1 import for the xsd, but in this case i need to refactor all the existing files, so i would rather hope one of you could help me into the good direction before i start on this.

Some things I've came across, maybe it helps:
* Are all the used namespaces declared in the XSL file? Maybe the mapper tool only declares the namespaces + prefixes from the top-level XSD's, not those of the underlying imported schema's.
* Do any of the imported XSD's have the same targetNamespace declared? Do all imported XSD's have a targetNamespace set?
* All WSDL's and XSD's are probably valid according to JDeveloper?
* If you create a routing service and do not use your WSDL but let JDeveloper generate it (Generate WSDL from Schemas) and then use the toplevel XSD, do you get the same error?
* Are some of the imported XSD's deployed more than once in the ESB; e.g. as part of more than one ESB flow?
Refactoring usually reveals the problem, but as you said not the nicest thing to so :-(

After exporting, i dont see the tag <?oracle-xsl-mapper?> inside xsl/*.xsl files.Because of this i couldnt open the transformation from Jdeveloper.Is any one faced this issue.Is there any workaround for this.

Most of the deploy files are also BPEL Unix server. Login to BPEL Unix server and looking for deploy files /apps1/u10/BPEL/bpel/domains/default/tmp. Identify the .xsl file and replace in it your Jdevelper work folder.

JDeveloper extension with XSL mapper

We want to develop a JDeveloper custom extension (a wizard). In one of the wizard pages, we want to use the JDeveloper's XSL mapper for one of the function.

you should have SOA composite application extension for this..
if you dont want a visual transformation then you can use the jdeveloper project properties -> Run/Debug -> edit run configuration -> XSLT

I have been struggling with this problem from a long time now but havent been able to figure out the solution.
I have added export button via personalization on Summary page (/oracle/apps/cz/runtime/oa/webui/templates/buttonBar/regions/SummaryPageButtonBar) to export the data in spreadsheet .
This is site level personalization. Export button works fine in configurator when its launched from OM, Quoting, custom oracle form used to launch configurator for vewing booked orders and saved quotes.
Problem lies here :
I developed a custom OAF page and lanched configurator from that page. I am able to launch configure and save the session. But this export button fails and gives me null pointer exception.
Any suggestion in this direction would help me greatly.
I had posted the question in OAFramework forum but got no solution. May be its a wrong place to ask configurator question.

AP Downloader-"Failed to load plugins to get media from devices"

I'm using Photoshop Elements 6.0/ Premiere 4.0, the problem comes up if I try to load to either program. I have it set to automatically download my pics when I insert a media card into my computer; the following dialog box comes up when I insert a card; Adobe Photo downloader- “Failed to load plugins to get media from devices”. I tried to fix the problem by using the Adobe CD, but the program asks for “Disk 1”, the original disk is in & I have no other disks. What needs to be done to correct this problem?

Dave,
Please close Organizer and delete the folder Organizer inside your user folder @ path: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\6.0\Organizer.
This would delete your APD preferences. If relaunch doesnot fix the problem, remove your card and restart your system and try again. Let me know if this works.
