You cant sign in to your pc right now

I have been locked out of my pc. I purchased a new hp laptop yesterday, set up a local password. hooked it up to the internet downloaded a free trial version of microsoft office. then when i turned my computer off and went to log in again it had changed
my user name to my hotmail email. and my password didn't work anymore. i tried my hotmail password, it didn't work. it told me that you cant sign into your pc right now please log into accoun.live.com and follow instructions. So i pull out my smart phone log
into account live and it is asking me if my email adress is correct which it isn't, it ended in gmail not hotmail. so i tried following the steps and they didnt send me any sort of code to my email adress. after being frustrated for an hour i try my email
password another 10 times and on the last time it worked.... the next day i got to log in and i experience the same problem, this time no matter how many times i type the password in it wont let me into my new pc This isnt human error i carefully typed in
my simple password every time.
I attempted to call microsoft and every time the customer service agent said it had to be human error. i looked through forum and they said that it takes a little while for the internet to connect and i should wait to type it in.
I waited and waited and tried and tried and i still cant get into my laptop.... and if the password to get into my computer is internet reliant then what happens if there is no internet.............
please help it feels asthough i have a defective laptop. i just want to get into my computer and have a basic local user/password set up that doesnt go through microsoft live. the same style of password entry i had before conection to the internet. please
help this 15 year pc customer is about to switch to mac.

How about your problem now? Can you access to your account? According to your description, you might encounter some problem logon Microsoft account to your system.
As you said, you have create another local account, Could you choose switch account at logon screen? If not, you can try to change your current mirosoft account password at websit. After that, try to use new password to logon system for test again.

Sure sounds like a Facebook setting. When you look at your Privacy Settings in Facebook (on facebook.com), you should see something under "Apps you use" that says
Turn off your ability to use apps, plugins, and websites on and off Facebook. After you turn this off, we will not store information about you when you use apps or websites off Facebook.
The "Turn off" is a hyperlink that shuts down the Facebook platform. If you don't see this, or if the wording is different, you may have (inadvertently?) shut this off, and should be able to turn it back on.
Edit: The sequence to that screen on facebook.com is: Privacy Settings (from the upper right dropdown), then "Ads, Apps and Websites" will have an "Edit settings" link to the right. This is where you'll see the "Apps you use" screen.

I have used the solution below to fix mine and others that have run into this issue.
Start --> Programs --> Accessories (Right Click on Command Prompt) --> Run as Administrator
then type in: "Netsh winsock reset" (-without the quotes-)
Hit enter, restart PC, iCloud For PC should now connect without any server errors
(This solutions will work in some instances when trying to fix errors associated when you are unable to connect to iTunes also.)

Trying where? What sort of email address? The following answer is based on a guess as to what you are talking about.
If you already have an @me.com address, perhaps as a result of having had a MobileMe account, and you are now setting up an iCloud account with an Apple ID you will find you will be asked to create a new @me.com address, and that you can't add your existing one because it is already an Apple ID.
You can do one of two things:
1. Sign out at System Preferences; sign in with your existing @me.com address and enable Mail.
2. Stay signed in with the present ID and add your @me.com address in System Preferences>Mail, Contacts & Calendars.

This simply means it is set to Automatically update and you should not have to do anything with it.
When you put new music in iTunes , it will automatically go on the iPod next time you connect it.
This is the default to make it very simple and very easy to use.
If you want to do it all yourself, iTunes prefs -> iPod.
Set to Manually manage songs and playlists.
You have to drag songs to the iPod and delete them from the iPod.

One of my user was unable to receive email from her desktop outlook, browser and her phone. On her outlook, the status of her exchange is disconnected. Then when she tried to access her OWA, this error prompted below "
"Something went wrong. We're having trouble getting to your mailbox right now. Please refresh the page or try again later. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk."
Her emails started coming in again after about 45minutes later. It happened twice today.
Anyone have the same symptoms as mind?

When user is disconnected to Exchange, please test outlook anywhere connectivity for this user.

Getting "Sorry! We're having trouble processing your request right now. Please try again in a few minutes." when trying to set auto-replies in OWA

I have an SBS 2011 box with Exchange 2010 on it. All updates are installed. Whenever a user tries to use Outlook Web Access to set an Auto-Reply the error "Sorry! We're having trouble processing your request right now. Please try again
in a few minutes." pops up.
I have reset the OWA and ECP virtual directories.
I have verified the that anonymous authentication is enabled for ECP in IIS
I have verified that ECP is using .NET V2.0 for the Application pool.
What else could it be?

In addition, Is there only one user have this issue? or all users have this issue?
If just one user have this issue, you can try to move mailbox to other DB and check if any helps.
