Z30 won't display text message sender or message body

Although I love my Z30, it will not play ball with texts. When I receive any message, even if the sender is in my contacts, their name is not displayed, just their number with the international + format. In the conversation however, the sender's name IS usually displayed with each message, just not in the hub or text message list view. Also, sometimes the message itself is not displayed at all - I just see the start of the message in the hub but when I open it the message is empty whichever way I turn the phone round, and there's no coversation history. This usually happens where the sender is on iPhone.

Uprgrad to ios7 calender won't display text entered. the appointment entered is there becauwse it alerts me to appointments entered

Calender won't display text entered for appointments.
The appointments are there as the phone alerts me as requested. Also the appointments are synced with icloud and Outlook on my computer.
Any appointments entered in computer do not show on phone but are there.

I've managed to fix this!
In case it's helpful to anyone encountering this problem, here's what I did.
I went into the preferences (through the Calendar app, not the System Preferences - didn't want to remove the entire account info, in case I encountered problems getting my email to link again), clicked on the Account tab and removed the Exchange account (by clicking the "-" (minus) sign below the listing of accounts). I then added an account (clicking the "+" sign) and re-entered the information. When asked if I wanted to add these settings for Mail and Contacts, I unclicked those options (bc they're already installed and work fine). Once I completed the information, I closed the settings window, and hit ⌘+R to refresh and all the Exchange appointments appeared.

I keep getting this message:Sending of message failed (see below)

My email was hacked recently so I changed my password. I can receive emails but not send them. My email is a talktalk one and I use the Thunderbird system. Now, when I try to send I get the following message: Sending of message failed.
Unable to open the temporary file C:\Users\LynWW\AppData\Local\Temp\nsmail.tmp. Check your 'Temporary Directory' setting.

It looks like you are trying to select a patch of grass with the rectangular marquee tool.
OK. Do that. Now place the patch on its own layer (Layer>new>layer via copy or CTRL+J)
Use the move tool to position the patch where you want it.

Message send failure message

I cannot send messages my iPad, I get a "message send failure" message, also I cannot send from my work e-mail acct, but ok from my yahoo acct

Firefox doesn't display text of certain gmail messages seen correctly by IE

One email correspondent sends me messages which only occasionally fail to display on my gmail account browsed using current Firefox version. Same messages display fine in IE (how humiliating!). He has no idea what he's doing differently from one message to the next. I suspect it might be something about "pasted" in content. The header looks fine - just the body comes up blank. Forwarding to myself doesn't help. I've seen this about 6 times in 6 months - all from same sender - most of whose email comes thru fine. I'd suspect something else except for disturbing fact that IE reads these messages without any problem.

I think it depends on how it got there. If it was dropped by Safari for Windows, which is no longer a product that Apple supports, I think it's safe to remove. If it belongs to some other software, then that software might object to losing the font. I'm not sure of the best way to determine that. I suppose you could hedge your bets by dragging it into a different folder so Windows just doesn't see it.

Why won't my iphone 5 send picture messages

So I had an iphone 4 which was configured to another network, a GSM network but now I have an iPhone 5 which is on AT&T's network. It seems that my iPhone 5 wont let me send picture messages unless its through imessage. Could this possibly be due to the network setting that were on my iPhone 4 ? if so how do i reverse this

It shouldn't have anything to do with the iPhone 4 if your iPhone 5 has been activated properly. You would've received a new sim since they use different size sim cards. Try going to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. This will give your phone a reboot and fix any network related issues. Also, try going into Settings>Messages>Make sure MMS Messaging is turned ON.

TS4006 FindMyiPhone won't allow me to send a message to my iMac as it used to. Now it just provides options to lock, erase, or send a sound.

Error message: "sending the message content to the server failed"

Not sure what I did, but when I try to send email (yahoo account) I receive the following:
"A copy has been placed in your Outbox. Sending the message content to the server failed. I am still able to receive messages."
How can I correct this?

Z10 won't display text message

Hi,
I upgraded the Z10 to the latest realse 10.2.1.2179 .   After the upgrade i am not receiving the TEXT meaage under "Text Messages" . When i select the TEXT Mesages it always says "No entries in this view" , but the TEST messages are available in HUB .     I tried by removing the battery , sim and everything it doesnt work.
I want it to be fixed immediately , because it very difficult to see the text message in the HUB.

Z10 won't display text messages, can't receive

I performed a security wipe yesterday because my contacts were a complete mess, numbers were associated incorrectly, and I have no idea how that occured.
After the security wipe, and when I highlight and click text messages, the Blackberry hub only displays the phone numbers of numbers that I have sent a text to; when I click on the message, I see the number plus a grey screen.

No need to do a security wipe as it only removes all your data from the phone and puts it into a "factory-default" state. You should try doing a reload of the OS using BB link. If you don't want to lose any of your contacts or settings. Perform a backup of everything before doing the reload. Instructions are as follows:
Open BlackBerry Link and connect your device via microUSB
Select Settings (gear icon)
Select Reload under Reload Device Software
Follow the on-screen instructions to reload the software. When complete you can disconnect your device.

E71 won't display text messages

hello, i tried looking around for a solution for this but couldn't find one, i was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this problem, i cannot open my text messages in any way other than when it shows i have a new message in the homescreen and highlight the message and entering through the preview if that makes sense, so after i have read the message i can no longer go back to read any messages in my inbox, sent, emails etc.
if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Hey thanks for the tip, i have changed the memory use to my phone, but it hasn't fixed the problem i've also found that i cannot open the message details either..

The memo field in forms won't display text?

I am using Firefox 33.1.1 on a WindowsXP Pro system and have been using FireFox for quite some time . . .
Recently, I must have done something, I just don't know, but I can't seem to remedy the problem.
I create and use a lot of forms. Standard <form></form> HTML forms.
Whenever I pull up a form, I can no longer see any text as I type into the MEMO field. I also don't see any contents of the MEMO field when I recall a record fromn the database within the form.
This is happening ONLY with the MEMO field.
This very message I had to type in notepad and copy and paste it into this bug report form.( OMG - when I pasted this text into this form, I can see the text!! But still not in other forms)
YET, the text is indeed in the form. This text will display when recalling a record to the webpage and displaying the memo field contents on the page.(Not in form)
I have done all I can according to FireFox problem resolution suggestions including uninstalling and reinstalling a fresh pristeen copy of Firefox to a diff location on HD.
I do NOT have this problem when I go into Windows IE. I know there is no problem with the form itself or database contents. This happens on ANY memo field at ANY website, not just mine.
I cannot say if this began after an FF update or not. I feel it may be a simple fix. I may have hit a key or combination of keys that changed a setting causing this, but I dont know where.
Any clues would be helpful.

Try to disable OMTC and leave hardware acceleration in Firefox enabled.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
*Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.

This can be a problem with the font that is used to display the text.
You can do a font test to see if you can identify corrupted font(s).

You can try different default fonts and temporarily disable website fonts to test the selected default font.

TS2755 I cannot text or send photo message to non iphone users since update.

Since the update to ios7.0, I haven't been able to send text or photo messages to contacts that don't have an iphone. Is it an iphone problem or does it have something to do with my carrier (VERIZON).

ITunes store won't display open. No error message or connection problems.

For the last few weeks I've been trying to access the iTunes store but it will not open. I click on "iTunes Store" but it just shows me a blank screen. It seems to load it judging by the bar that displays the song information but it just doesn't show any content. It also does not give me any type of error message nor does it have any problem when I go to sign in and view my account information. The problem is only on iTunes, my App Store works perfectly fine. No matter how many times I try refreshing the page it just shows me the same blank page. I have tried re-installing itunes multiple times with no results.

If that does not help... As a test, to narrow down the cause, you may want to create a new user account in System Preferences Users & Groups pane. It can be Standard or Admin. Log out and log in to the new user account (do not use Fast User Switching).
Try running iTunes from the new user account, and accessing the iTunes Store.
If the problem does NOT occur in the new account, the cause is likely to be something in your primary user account. For example, it could be user preferences settings, or something related to your iTunes library, or a background process that runs in your account that is interfering somehow.
If the same problem does occur in the new account, the cause is likely to be related to the overall OS, the iTunes application, or maybe network settings that block access to the iTunes Store.
Either way, you'll be able better focus additional troubleshooting.

Mail: photos won't display, only "missing plug-in" message

My wife's old G4 PowerMac running OS X10.5.8 recently stopped displaying photos in Mail. Instead, all that displays is message "Missing Plug-in" and the photo number or caption. This happens with all incoming e-mails, as well as outgoing e-mails generated from iPhoto, or just standard e-mails composed in Mail with an attached photo. The photo is there when she clicks on "Quick Look" but not in the field of the message. HTML images in ads display fine...only individual photo attachments are missing. Please help. Thanks.

I have the same problem with the "missing plug-in" message...but everytime I close out and try a second time the photos appear.
Is the path "applications" "utilities" "java"...if so I don't see "Java" in utilities, even though I was prompted to do a recent "java update" and did so?
Wondering where my "Java Preferences" file would be since I don't any file for "Java" in "utilities".
Any help/advice would be much appreciated!
