Zen V Plus Keeps Disconnect

Hello all. This is my first post so I hope I provide enough information to acquire a fix for my problem. I have a Creative Zen V Plus - 2GB. Zen V Series Media Explorer (v.5.4.06)?is installed on my computer which is running Windows XP Professional. I have a problem that has recently surfaced that is becoming more and more annoying. When I plug the player into a USB port, it is recognized and the usual window pops up asking me what I would like to do (open with windows explorer, open with creative media explorer, etc.). I usually open with creative's explorer but now it tells me that my player is not compatible. If I close the option window and manually open the Zen V Series Media Explorer, it says I have one device connected, so away I go browsing and adding media to the player. The problem is that the player (device that is recognized) will not stay connected. It may stay for a few minutes, it may disconnect in a few seconds, sometimes during file transfers. I tried re-formatting the player as well as installing the latest firmware upgrade, all to no avail. Someone, please help me!?Cheers. ML?

Hi:-I don't know what to tell you about the disconnect problem, but I can help you with that $#&& window that comes up and asks you what you want to do, open with Windows Media Player, etc. etc. If you scroll all the way down to the bottom of that screen it gives you the option to select "None". If you select that option, it will not come up again when you connect your device. Instead, the Creative Media Explorer will open up and it does not give you that message saying it doesn't recognize your device. The disconnect problem sounds like it might be a loose connection. I would double check my USB connections to make sure they are tight, or even try another USB port to see if that will fix the problem.

  • Zen V Plus keeps connecting and then disconnecting to the computer. HEL

So when I plug in my Zen V Plus into the computer using the USB cable, it pops up in windows XP as usual, but then 2 seconds later it disconects. I move it to the side and it re-connects, then 2 seconds later it disconects again. Can anyone tell me what's going on with my Zen??Thank you !!

I cannot guarantee that this is the answer to your question (I'm not an electrical engineer), but the same thing happened when I tried once to charge my Zen V Plus at work. But after reading this forum for a while, I came to the conclusion that the Zen waits for a specific signal from the USB port that says it's okay to charge it. If it doesn't get the signal, it goes to "sleep" for a while, then wakes up to check again. If still no "okay" signal is received, it cycles back and forth between sleeping and checking. That's why the screen lights up, then goes off for a while, then lights up again.
This is a GOOD thing I guess because it means I don't have to do the "disconnect USB dri've" thing since the Zen knows when it's receiving power.
At home I don't experience this behavior.

  • Zen Nano Plus keep shutting d

dear creative support team & community
I own a Creative Zen Nano plus 28MB, which I start to use since Jan 2006.
But since 6 months ago, the device is keep shutting down after uncertain time playing MP3 song or radio. And need several attempt to turn it on (by pressing the power button for 3 seconds). Sometime need to press until minute, or retry it over and over again.
FYI, the battery indicator is full (and i'm doubt it while the battery indicator is always displays full). But the symptom kept happening even I replace a new battery.
I've update it with latest firmware ZENNanoPlus_PCFW_L6__4_03.exe
I'm wondering if this symptom is a bug or what ? Is there any hardware error rather than just software error ?
    TIA

i dunno about a deal anywhere but to look anywhere you would be best to check circuit city, fry's/outpost, walmart pretty much any big "MP3" player stores

  • OfficeJet Pro 8500A Plus keeps disconnecting from computer

I have had this printer for about 4 years, the same length of time I have had my hp pavillion laptop computer.  I have been printing wirelessly with no problems until 2 days ago when I began to be unable to print from my PC.  I would print a document and the screen on the printer would say "Now Printing" and nothing would happen.  My wife had the same problem printing via AirPrint from her MacBook Pro.  I have tried everything:  uninstalling the printer, drivers and then re-installing; changing to a static IP address; deleting the printer adding it back on again.  I got the printer to print once or twice after doing the above changes but half an hour later--it was back to NO PRINT mode.  I had an IT expert over to my house and after spending an hour with the system, he had it fixed (went back to factory default mode).  But half an hour after he had gone, it was not printing.  I am at my wit's end and ready to order a Canon printer which the IT recommended.
I would appreciate if anyone has any advice for this very frustrating problem.  My wife is telling me not to spend any more time on it as I have already spent far too much.  Help please!!

  • Creative Zen V Plus keeps saying it's fully charged?

Then refuses to charge anymore. However, when i plug it out, it says that there's no battery? HELP!
Should I update the firmware or something?
I've had it for 4 years without doing anything to it aside from transferring songs...

I'd say the battery's dead. You'll need to get it replaced. Contact Creative support for more info on replacement batteries.

  • ZEN Nano Plus free

Well, I have the following problem:
Well for some reason my ZEN Nano Plus keeps showing the Creative logo, i just can be turned off by removing the battery. I tried the updater from the website (already using latest firmware). But whenever i connect my ZEN with the computer and try to access it my explorer freezes for at least -2 minutes or freezes completely...
    Plz help!

I'm having the exact same problem with my Nano Plus, and I've only had it for a little over 3 months. I contacted technical support and they told me to download the Firmware update and gave me these directions:
    Zen Nano Plus Firmware Update:
    http://uk.europe.creative.com/support/downloads/download2.asp?Product=2720&dlcentric=9423&Product_ Name=ZEN+Nano+Plus&OSName=Windows+XP
To install this firmware upgrade, do the following:
    - Connect your player to your computer.
    - Double-click the firmware upgrade file.
    - When prompted to set your player in Recovery mode, disconnect your player from your computer.
    - Press and hold the Play button while connecting your player to your computer's USB port.
    - Continue to hold the Play button for about 0 seconds after connecting your player to your computer.
    - Release the Play button when the "Find New Hardware" dialog box appears on the computer screen.
    - Follow the instructions on the screen to install recovery drivers for your player.
    - Double-click the firmware upgrade file and follow the instructions on the screen. Ensure to select the "Format Data Area" option within the Update.
However, at step 6 my computer did not recognize my player with it being on and neither did the Firmware. I responded to Technical Support and told them this. They said it seemed like it needed repaired or replaced! Even though there is a -year warranty, there is only a 3 month labor warranty, which means if you send it in to get fixed and it has passed the 3-month labor warranty, you have to pay a $24.95 diagnostics and handling fee. If you're in this situation, they said the best thing to do is try to exchange it wherever you bought it first. I hope this helps!

  • Zen V Plus Help, Keeps Scanning Through Music.

I just a Zen V Plus today and I loaded some music onto it right away. The moment I tried to play the music, it scans through the list and then stops, without playing anything. You don't need the Creative software to transfer music.
You do need Windows XP (SP2) & Windows Media Player 0 or .
You can get manuals from the 'Support->Product Documentation' link in the page banner above. The link includes the longer manual that comes on the disc. It's probably worth downloading them & having a read.
does not normally appear as a removable disk. If it does, the 'Removable Disk' feature is enabled. That means you can add data to a section of the Zen VP memory just like a USB disk. But any music you put there will not be seen by the player in its music library. And it uses space up that you could otherwise use for music.
The manual explains how to enable and disable the removable disk feature.
With XP SP2 & WMP 0 or , you can drag & drop content using Windows Explorer and the Zen VP icon in 'My Computer'. Make sure you put it in the right directories (the director names will help you).Message Edited by daytona955 on 07-05-200707:4 AM

  • Zen Stone Plus won't turn

Hi,I recieved a new zen stone plus for christmas and it told me to charge it for at least 3 hours.Well...it's been 2 days and I can't get it to respond or turn on. It responds when i plug it into the usb and it says it's charging, but the light never blinks. It just keeps charging. When i hit menu, it does nothing at all.Any ideas?

One might want to read this thread..... right here..... http://forums.creative.com/creativelabs/board/message?board.id=dap&thread.id=2477
You know, the one that is stickied.....
    More specifically, this part.......
    "Battery - Lithium-Ion Polymer
#. Battery won't charge "out of the box" new player.
    A. First, read above "Getting Started"
    B. Next, try a different USB mini cable.
    C. Next, there is a battery manufactuer's failure rate < %, in which the Lithium-Ion Polymer battery refuses to charge.
Creative, ships the Zen MP3 players with no charge so there is very small probability that? you could have one.
I call it the "Deep Six Discharge Battery" Call / Contact Creative.
#2. Battery won't charge properly after using the player for some time.
    A. When you plug in your player into the USB port via mini USB patch cable, the connection resets the player to the "docked screen" with the battery level gas guage , in the right hand corner.
Sometimes this action does not reset the player properly but there is no indication to you that the player is charging.
Just disconnect/connect the USB cable again.
    B. Sometimes, the Zen player gets confused and you have to do a Recovery Mode "paper clip reset" which forces the player into a "special menu screen" to clean-up the player and to reset the player which allows showing the "docked screen" while charging the unit. See Zen User's Guide for explicit instruction und FAQ.
    C. Since the Zens came out late in 2007, the maximum of 300-500 charge/discharge should not apply YET? but users beware, as with any other Lithium-Ion Polymer battery it will not charge fully "like new"? because of a " fixed shelf life" (2-3 yrs)?OR too many charge/discharge cycles. A battery replacement is in order."
There is a reason why that thread is a sticky guys. You're supposed to read it.

  • Zen Nano Plus transfer prob

Am having trouble transferring .wma files to my Zen Nano Plus even though it has 590MB free. When I try to transfer anything using Creative Source I keep getting a "transfer error" message. • Creative Zen Nano Plus Firmware Problem, AGAIN! (PeeBee HEL

    Hi all,
I am new here and have read all the posts and FAQ's but couldn't solve my problem. Actually there is a post http://forums.creative.com/creativel...d=68923#M07024 which tells exactly my problem. Have tried the solution but didn't solve it.
So I am here asking again.
I bought a zen nano plus GB and downloaded the latest firmware(ZenNanoPlus_PCFW_LF__0_03.exe) and the latest mass storage driver (MStorage_PCDRV_LB__07_00_250.exe). When I put the player in recovery mode as the firmware is detecting devices the player takes it self out of recovery mode and back in mass storage mode how do i stop it from down that?
I am trying to update it because my player doesn't play wma files :angry:I have tried PeeBee's solution but it didn't work. I have taken the battery out, reconnected it and it is recognized in recovery mode. I run the firmware and the computer plays a sound, the icon of connection appears in the nano's lcd and it is out of recovery mode. Then firmware program tells me that the 'device state is not set' and after that the message 'put into recovery mode before updating firmware' Aaaaaarrrrrghhhh!
I'm also running windows XP SP2
    Can anyone help me?
    Thank you in advance

    Hello-
I had a similar situation develop. Did your error message say, "Media state not initialized?" Here is what the creative support site says:
If you receive a message "Media State is not initialized ..." while updating firmware for a MuVo or Zen Nano Plus player, it will be necessary to install the Player Recovery Device driver and then update the firmware.
. Download the latest driver if you have not done so. You can download it from http://us.creative.com/support/downloads, and file name is MStorage_PCDRV_LB__07_00_250.exe.
    2. Install the latest driver by double clicking on the file name.
    3. Unplug the player from a computer if it is plugged.
    4. Remove the battery from the player (except Zen Zeeon which has a built-in battery).
    5. Press and hold the Play button while connecting the player to the USB port.
    6. Continue to hold the Play button for about 0 seconds after connecting your player is connected to the USB port.
    7. Keep on holding the Play button till Windows displays the Find New Hardware dialog box.
    8. If this is the first time a player is installed as Player Recovery Device, Windows will find a Player Recovery Device (or USB Device), and prompt you for drivers. Click on No, and select "Do not search. I will choose the driver to install". Windows will install the drivers automatically.
    9. Double click on the latest firmware upgrade file that you have downloaded previously, and follow the instructions on the screen.
    0. Format the player if you are prompted to do so.
It is recommended that you stop your player properly before physically disconnect it from your PC.
To stop your player in Windows XP, Windows 2000 or Windows ME
Click on the Safely Remove Hardware icon on the Taskbar, click Safely remove USB mass Storage device, and disconnect your play when you are prompted to do so.
To stop your player in Windows 98SE
Make sure that the icon below appears on the LCD screen again for at least fi've seconds before disconnecting your player.
Now, I did all of the above and still got the error. What solved the problem finally was to connect (using the above method - remove the battery - hold the switch, etc) to a DIFFERENT USB port. Then all worked well, and the firmware transferred. Don't ask me how or why.
    Good luck.

  • ZEN V PLUS - Depleted Batte

I bought a Creative Zen V Plus (pink version)?for my neice for her birthday on 7-2-2007. She only used it a few times and then it stopped working. Recently I was wondering why i haven't seen her using it so i asked her. She told me that it hasn't been working for a while. So i had her bring it o me to see what the problem is. I am a little familiar with the Creative MP3 players because i have the Zen M 30gb and i also purchased 2 more ZEN M 30gb for my brother and sister and also a Zen V Plus (black and green) for my nephew. So as you can tell i love the Creative brand. I am not sure what is wrong with my neice's Zen V Plus. When i try to turn it on it won't turn on. So i plug it into the computer using the USB cable that it came with. Here is what it does when i connect it to the computer.
    1. Blue leds lights up under the play button.
    2. Then the blue leds turns off and then turns back on.
    3. Then the led flashes again and then my computer detects the mp3 player and ask if i want to sync.
    4. I click No for syncing.
    5. Then the mp3 screen shows the battery on low with the red chunck on the battery. Then the red chunck turns green and then the battery starts to ncrease to /4 full then half full then 3/4 full then it shows the completely full battery icon/symbol ***All this happens within less than minute.***
    6. Then the blue leds turns off and the battery image on the screen disappears.
    7. The icon on my computer shows that the mp3 player has been disconnected.
    8. I push a button on the mp3 player to see if it is still on. When i do that the full battery icon appears along with the blue leds.
    9. I goto the side and turn the player on and then the screen turns on then goes to the docked icon.
    0. As i wait a little bit the screen turns off and then the blue leds turns on again and flashes (showing me that it's charging).
. Then after a few seconds of blue led flashing, the leds turns off and stops flashing.
    2. I push scroll button again to see if it's still on, and it is.
    3. I then goto support page to update the firmware. I follow the processes as stated on?Creative site and completed the update successfully.
    4. The player restarts after firmware update, and computer lets you know that update is successful, but it still won't turn on.
    5. It does exact same thing as it did before. I repeat steps -2. Same things occur.
    6. When i unplug the USB from the mp3 player it turns off immediately. i press the play button with the USB connected to make the screen turn on and then unplugg the USB to see what would happen and it also shuts off immediately.
    7. I have also tired letting it stay connected to the USB over night and over the weekend with my computer staying on. Hoping that it might charge up?but still nothing.?I contacted Creative and they gave me a few things to try that i have already tried and still no luck. The last option in that list of things to try was to request a RMA (which basically consists of me paying $25.00 for them to diagnose the problem because i only have the 2months hardware manufactures warranty left) in which i am hesitant to pay for because it seems to be a commmon defect in the ZEN V and ZEN V Plus. I have been reading around and it seems like the problem?might be that?the battery might be on the verge of being dead or is completely depleted. I have read alot about people with similar symptoms with their players and it seems to be very common with the battery.?My neice probably only used it less than 5 times. And its been sitting in her room for months because she didn't know what to do with it because it stopped working. My little nephew's ZEN V Plus i acting up also. He says it's not working again. So I will be taking a look at it sometime this week too. I?tried being as detailed as possible so that u guys can better understand the situation. Hopefully someone knows a fix to this and help me fix it without having to cough up another $25.00 PLUS SHIPPING AND TAX to have then take a look. But i can't resolve the problem within the next week or so then i guess i will have to send it in.

  • Zen Nano Plus WON'T START / RECOVERY / RES

Hello ZNP friends and fellow victims of frustration,
I have the GB Zen Nano Plus and a Windows XP operating system. My Zen is just over 3 months old, and a few days ago I started having the "stuck on Logo or hour glass (building library) problem". Like many of you, it has frustrated me beyond belief in my attempts to correct it. I'm certainly not a computer whiz, but I'm fairly good at following clear, numbered, valid instructions. I have tried many of the offered cures for this problem as provided in the discussion forum. None have worked for me.
I have just stumbled onto/into the fix for the WON'T START / RECOVERY / RESCUE problem. At least, I hope it lasts. The bad news is that I don't know or remember the steps for the cure. The good news is that the problem can be fixed. In the frustration of trying a million variations on the steps offered in the discussion area, I happened to fix my nano plus. I was becoming like a hyper zealot playing a slot machine.
What I do remember is this:
) I did download the application ZenNanoPlus_PCFW_LF___0 and install it, and put an icon on my desktop so I could activate it easily.
    2) I did double click it to call it up.
    3) I attached my nano plus via USB to the computer. I don't remember if I had to do that before or after bringing up the above application. (You may have to try both.)
    4) I did leave the battery out of the nano plus during this operation.
    5) I was required to reformat the nano plus which eliminated anything on it. When the instruction came on to reformat, it said "... area" so I was worried that the reformat might include more than the device itself but it didn't.
    6) Then I loaded a song, disconnected the device from the computer, put in a battery, and it started fine.
What a task that whole process was! Of course I'm not telling you anything new. I was tempted to just get on with life, but then I thought I should really share this with those of you who have been in the trenches...to let you know that a cure is possible.
Creative should really have a clear set of instructions by now for fixing this problem.
    Good luck!
    Buck

Have you updated the firmware? this could be the major cause. Also, MP3 has far fewer kinks as a uni'versal format than WMA. If possible, I highly suggest using MP3 on MP3 players.

  • HELP! Brand New Zen Stone Plus WON'T TURN

Just received the product today, downloaded and installed the latest software. Charged the unit for 3 hours and successfully loaded mp3 onto the player. Following every direction and clicked the "safely remove hardware" option. All ready to go... press the on/off button... NOTHING HAPPENED! No screen! LED light did not turn on! NOTHING!
So went to Creative site and follow the "fix it myself" direction, reset the player did not work, formatting the player did not work. There is no firmware download available for Zen Stone Plus (only Zen Stone), so I could not try that option.
I am starting to think there is a defect in my player. Do you guys have any suggestion on what I should do? Does any know how to contact Creative's US customer support (email address and/or phone numbers)? And please don't refer me to the 3 dollars to 30 mins support because I already spent money expecting to buy a non-defecti've product.
I tried looking for the customer support number before posting this message. I did not know Creative have such a poor customer support system! I clicked the "email support" on its site and it directed me to some "fix the player yourself" page (I also tried those solution but did not help), and does not lead to any customer support number! HORRIBLE!Message Edited by misellu on 07-3-20070:6 PM
    ****** UPDATE*********
    Thanks for everyone's suggestions.
Since I didn't want to spend more time to fuzz over a defecti've product, I returned my Zen Stone Plus to Amazon (I did this because I know sending it to Creative would take much longer time before I receive a replacement). Amazon sent me a new one in about 3 days at no charge (and free return shipping). The new one works fine now and does everything its suppose to do (so far...).
Just like I wrote it when I posted the problem, I tried different time intervals and it still wouldn't turn on. I couldn't have lock the unit because it requires power on to turn on the lock (which I was unable to turn on the unit).
The lesson I learn here is think about the product's customer support and where I am buying from before purchasing anything online. I would definitely think twice before buying Creative's products again.

mine wont turn on after almost two weeks since i bought my player. i went to the store where i bought my player, asked them to replace my player right there and then (because i firmly believed that it was a factory defect) but to no avail. so i let the creative support checked my player and voila! my player was infected with WORM VIRUS!!! they fixed my player, deleted the virus and was all set after 2weeks. i scanned my computer, found A LOT OF WORM VIRUS, deleted them before connecting my player to this computer. after transferring files to my player & disconnecting it from this pc, it wont turn on again!! and i havent used it for at least 0mins since i got it back! darn!! i'm gonna return it again to the storea and ask for creative support's help again. does anybody know if there is an anti-virus available for zen products?

  • Zen V Plus recognized by device manager, but not by Media Explorer/Windows Media Pla

    Hi,
I just got back from Best Buy after buying a Creative Zen V Plus. I installed everything from the CD and plugged in the player, but the Media Explorer doesn't recognize it (even after restarting PC). The Device Manager recognizes it but there's an exclamation mark next to it. The Windows Wizard came up numerous times asking me for permission to connect to the internet and install the driver for me, and after a while I tried doing so but it said it couldn't find anything (I would like to shave that wizard's beard off).
I went through all the stickies in the forum and about 3 different troubleshooting sessions with no luck. I googled it and asked this question on Ask Yahoo!, but no luck yet.
    Here's my PC info:
    Windows XP SP2
    768MB Ram
    Pentium 4 2.8Ghz
USB 2.0 (I tried different ports, the player does seem to be charging as there's a little lightning bolt flashing on top of the battery icon)
I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me out.
    Thanks!

Ok. I checked my version of XP. It is XP Pro, Version 2002, SP2. I checked and already had the 2 hotfixes that were listed as being needed before proceeding. I followed all the steps and changed the registry key on "everyone" as the instructions stated to do. My ZVM is still not recognized by any of the software for transferring or organizing MP3's. My computer still recognizes that it is attached. It still gives me the device icon in the task bar. It still says it's A-ok in the Device Manager. It does everything, except it is not detected by ANY of my music software. <sigh>? Frustration is at its peak for me right now. I really appreciate all of the efforts. I'm at my wits end now. I have done everything you have indicated I should, but am getting the same results. I did purchase an extended warranty from Circuit City where I purchased this last summer. Is that the next step? Do I need to get this replaced?I love this player and really don't want to go through this again. We had to exchange it twice in the first month because it froze up and wouldn't do a thing. This last one has been perfect. I keep it in a leather padded case at all times. It never has the battery drained. It never gets jostled or bumped or dropped or anything that might damage it. When not being played, it stays on my desk in the case.
Thanks so much for any and all help.

  • Zen V Plus firmware wishl

I could not find a wishlist for the Zen V / V Plus, so here it is.
Plain and simple just like the other player wishlists. No questions and no discussions. Just topics with firmware improvements for Zen V / V Plus. Hopefully, the Creative developers will see this.
The Zen V Plus is a great multi-function DAP, almost perfect for its niche. It only needs a few improvements.
A list in order of importance to me (most important first):
) Improve the current bookmarking mechanism by saving the current playlist along with the current audio track position. Currently, if you are listening to track number 0 out of 20 tracks for an audiobook and save it to a bookmark, restoring that bookmark will restore only the one saved track to the current playlist. You have to manually add back the other tracks to the current playlist.
    2) When powering-off on a paused audio track, the Zen should power-on paused to the same position in the audio track. Currently, the Zen V powers-on paused to the beginning of the same audio track. I listen to a lot of audio books and track position is important in a power-on resume.
2a) Option to treat an album as continuous audio content so that a rewind started in track 6 will back into track 5 continuously (in other words from the beginning of track 6 to the end of track 5 and so on). This is very important for listening to audio books.
    3) Add FM tuner radio recording.
    4) When scrolling a long list of songs, the scrolling should accelerate.
    5) The lower end of the volume scale in terms of loudness should be quieter. I listen with high sensitivity IEMs at night and level one is too loud.
    6) Audible.com tracks should be in their own album named Audible. Right now they fill up the Album selection list. I have about 40 Audible.com tracks on my Zen V Plus and about 20 music albums. The Audible.com tracks clutter up the album list.
    7) When configuring the menu, unchecked top level items should move into the EXTRAS menu. In other words, unchecking PHOTO would move it into EXTRAS.
    8) Option to backup all Zen V settings and radio presets to the PC.
    9) Allow charging of the Zen V from an ordinary (not Win XP) USB port or from an ordinary USB charger.
    0) Add a sensitivity (low and high) option and/or an AGC (auto gain control) option to voice recording for close and distant recording.
) An option to select all tracks EXCEPT speech tracks like Audible.com tracks, podcasts, and audiobook tracks, so that Shuffle mode will play only music. This might be done by having a setting for genre exclusions (speech, audiobook, podcast, and so on)
    2) A fade in/fade out option.
    3) A configurable HOLD option (lock all, not volume, not play/pause, not both).
    4) Scheduled FM recording.
It would be nice if the Zen V Plus could play compressed video, but I presume that with a small battery and low power processor, this is not possible.Message Edited by IpaqMan on 2-05-200609:2 AM

Glad this form is here. I was considering buying a Zen V Plus. I currently use a zen nano plus to listen mostly to audible books. My complaints:. Can't lock it so that if it's sitting in a purse it sometimes accidently turns on and then keeps going until it sues up the battery2. You have to scroll through everything on the zen nano plus in order to get to the book you want to listen to.I thought I would change to the Zen V Plus but am very concerned that you can't rewind within a track. Iuse that a lot and don't want to only be able to go back or forward to a a chapter or track. I tried using a Sandisk Sansa?c40 which had this characteristic and it drove me crazy and I went back to my Zen Nano.
I 'd like a player that has a menu so that you can choose the book or music you want to go to from a menue - withhout scrolling , but that allows you to rewind\fastforward inside the book by the second. ANy ideas? Thanks?Message Edited by lisamp3 on 05-0-20072:26 PM
