Zero Price Item In Shopping Cart - where is IR flag in Shopping Cart?

HI,
I am relatively new SRM user.
I am interested in knowing how can I manually post the shopping cart with zero price to create a free of charge PO in back end? I believe there is IR flag in Shopping cart but I am not able to get where that IR flag is in shopping cart.
Please help me with the transaction & steps for removing IR flag in shopping cart.
Thanks
Nim

Hello Nim,
As written previously, if you created a Shopping Cart with a zero total value, as Invoice Receipt Expected flag comes from vendor data, according to vendor purchasing organization (tab 'Vendor Data' in "Manages Business Partner" web transaction), you won't be able to create Purchase Order if this flag is set: error message BBP_PD 045 will be displayed.
So, you have two alternatives.
a- First, you unset the flag for the concerned vendor. However, doing this, you won't be able to create purchasing document with total value upper than zero (same error message BBP_PD 045 will be raised)
b- Second, as no BAdI allows to manage further procurement information such as 'Invoice Receipt Expected', you will have to make some standard modifications.
Regards.
Laurent Burtaire.

  • Problems creating a PO with zero price items.

    Hi.
    We have SRM 4.0 (SRM_SERVER 5.00 level 13).
From the catalog I add 1 item to the shopping cart with price 0.00 per 1 item.
We use 'BBP_SC_TRANSFER_GROUPED' to group the SC items.
When running this program, I can debug in the DOC_CHANGE BAdI - here the value for IR_IND & GR_IND is blank.
However, when the program ends, we end up with a message BBP_PD 445 "Enter the price or set the follow-on document indicator" with long text "Enter a price for the material item or ensure that the follow-on document indicators 'Invoice expected' and 'Confirmation-related invoice verification' are not flagged.".
Does anyone know where to maintain these indicators?
    Thanks in advance!

  • Require ability to enter a zero price on service line items

We have a need to create a service purchase order (item category 'D') with one line item using account assignment 'P'.  We're creating as a 'limit' Purchase order and intend to create more than one service entry sheet. For example - the total expected services on the PO can be $20,000, and we will post service entry sheets weekly until the $20,000 is depleted.
Each service entry sheet will have multiple lines... some lines will include a price, and a some will need to have a zero price since the particular service was free and we'd like to acknowledge it as such. When entering a zero price on the line item on the service entry sheet, error message SE316 appears and we are forced to enter a price. When attempting to modify the line type to 'informatory' the 'informatory' radio button is grayed out and we do not have the option to change.
Please let me know if the scenario above is possible, and if so, please provide recommendation on how to accomplish.
    Thank you

    Use this in your SBO_SP_TransactionNotification
    IF @transaction_type = 'A' AND @object_type = '20'
    BEGIN
    IF EXISTS (SELECT T0.ItemCode FROM [dbo\].[PDN1\] T0

  • Bapi_salesorder_createfromdat2, zero price in conditions

    Hi,
I create salesorder with bapi_salesorder_createfromdat2 and give price for material in ORDER_CONDITION_IN table. When price is >0 it works OK. But I need in some cases to create orderline with 0 (zero) price. When entering 0 in COND_VALUE field it is not taken into account, instead SAP takes listprice for this line.
When using VA01 to manually change item price to zero, it works OK.
Does anybody have experience with this?
    br,
    erki

I usually do not send ORDER_CONDITIONS_INX (or any .._INX) at all. But I tried with:
      ORDER_CONDITIONS_INX-COND_VALUE = 'X'.
      ORDER_CONDITIONS_INX-UPDATEFLAG = 'X'.
    and just
      ORDER_CONDITIONS_INX-COND_VALUE = 'X'.
and it makes no difference. Always when COND_VALUE is zero listprice is taken.
    Any more suggestions?

    Hi,
If yours is a Free Goods Scenario. Then Mark the Free Item Tab ( Next to Returns) in the Purchase Order detail tab.
Now you can create a Purchase order with Zero Price. By the time GR thru. 511 Mov. Type (Material receipt with out charge) you can receive the material.

  • Always first item from the punchout catalog will get missed in SRM cart

    Hi All,
Recently we have configured the vendor punch-out catalog in our SRM system. We are able to get in to their catalog and able to select the items. However we have observed the following.
    1) When we select 3 items from the list we get only 2 items in to our cart.
    2) When we select 4 items we get only 3 items to our cart
It is noted that always the first item selected will be missing when comes to SRM shopping cart.
We have debugged the Badi BBP_CATALOG_TRANSFER and observed in that only 2 items are entering in to SRM server in the first case and 3 items are entering in to SRM server in the second case.
One more thing observed that when we select only one item in the catalog, that comes to our shopping cart without any issues.
Can any body help me in this, is this issue with vendor side or can there be an issue at our SRM server.
    Thnaks
    psamp1

I take it that you checked the CATALLOG_CONTENT table? Does the table CATALOG_CONTENT_ERRORS have any errors posted?
Checking if the error is at the vendor site:
Check the source code of the vendor just before the shopping cart is returned to SRM. Sometimes it's easy, just right-click in your browser and click 'show source'. This opens the source html of the page. Search for "NEW_ITEM" and see if all products are there.
The difficult thing is that sometimes the vendor catalog uses a self-posting form. Timing is important then. Right after you click press the escape key, this stops your browser from continuing. Now do the above again.
Things you can bump into: you're too quick, there is no form with the NEW_ITEM lines. You're too slow: you're back in SRM already. So if it doesn't work at the first try, try again.
Check all the NEW_ITEM lines and see if the first item is missing there.

  • Volume Based Price Item CCM 2.0

    Hi,
We are trying to upload items with the Volume Based Price Item. So we have/CCM/PRICE[2]#/CCM/AMOUNT, /CCM/PRICE[2]#/CCM/CURRENCY_CODE /CCM/PRICE
[2]#/CCM/LOWER_BOUND and so on. But when we buy a Volume Based Price Item the Price doesn’t change according to the quantity.
We were wondering whether the problem is that we need an Aditional Optional Parameter in the Integrated Call Structure as we had done with the Minimum Order Quantity characteristic. Or we have to customize any
other parameter in order to get a different price depending on the quantity that we buy.
    THANKS!!!!

    Chris,
This morning I also posted another message asking help for Interval for Quantity issue.
When we upload items with the Interval for Quantity characteristic (/CCM/QUANTITY_INTERVAL).Then, when we use the Shopping Tool to buy them we can buy quantities that are not included in the interval. For example if we set 10 as the Quantity Interval and we try
to buy 15 units, we don’t get any error.
Any idea? Could you tell us which OCI Field we have to assign to this characteristic. We were also wondering whether the problem is that we need an Aditional OCI (as we had done with the Minimum Order Quantity characteristic). Or whether we need to activate a BAdi.
THANKS in ADVANCED!!!! and THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR HELP WITH THE VOLUME BASED PRICE ITEMS!!!!

  • Completed shopping carts displayed in POWL as a Open cart

    Hi SAP Experts,
Whenever create a confirmation of full quantity or value without last delivery indicator in SRM then this shopping cart still displayed in POWL as a open cart tab.
Also we remove the include completed Shopping carts from the POWL query but still it is displayed in open carts.
Please let me know how to remove this completed shopping cart from my POWL (Open cart Tab).
Please let me know any standard setting or development for the same.
    Regards,
    Abhijit

    Hello,
I have recreated this in my system, but I got a different result.
I created a confirmation for full quantiy (without last delivery flag) and shopping cart is no longer displayed in POWL. It will be displayed only if I flag the "including completed shopping cart".
At shopping cart item level, indicator FINAL_INV is updated with an "X".
Check if this indicator has been updated in your cart.
Run CLEAN_REQREQ_UP and see if something changed.

  • Make notes on Fill/Kill and zero shipped item against p/o in SAP

    Hello,
I am currently using an inbound ORDRSP IDOC to process the following :
    1.  Create a confirmation line on a purchase order  ( currently processing fine)
    2.  Make note on Fill/Kill and zero shipped items. ( having problems)
I am having problems getting the IDOC to process inbound zero qty.  I need the function module  to automatically find the P/O in SAP which is happening  but is not posting  the zero qty in the appropriate line item.
I have placed zero qty in E1EDP20_WMENG (scheduled qty) and have inputted action "003"  ( item cancalled ) in E1EDPO1_ACTION segments.  I am recieving a 51 status in the IDOC and a rejection p/o error message.
    Question:
    1.  Am I using the correct IDOC type to process in the zero shipped items?  Does any one know which is the appropiate IDOC type to use in this scenario?.  I do not want to use inbound DESADV since we are not doign a MIGO.
    Thanks
    Satie

if you have moved from non-unicode to unicode system, then issue could arise in code where  extensionin-VALUEPART1 is populated.
character length 8 byte vs 16 byte

  • Stock issue at zero price

    Hello,
I am facing one problem. Price control indicator in material master is S. I have uploaded stock with quantity 5 at zero price. After uploaded, i set the standard price to Rs. 15/-in material master. While issuing the material from stock for delivery i require to issue it at zero cost, whether it is possible? I don't want to change my standard price.
Plz. help me whether it is possible to do this and if yes how to do it.
    Suitable answer will be rewarded.
    Thanks
    Veena

    Hi
If requirement generation is at different WBS element then how can you issue the stock from other WBS element in a single transaction? This is not possible. However try with requirement grouping (4th level to 3rd level) concept.

  • INVOIC01 fails that contain zero dollar items

    Hi Experts,
We are trying to implement electronic invoices by cXML transmission with an XI interface. During testing it was found that any invoice which contains a zero dollar item will fail at the IDOC with an error, 'Item not selectable'. This occurs due to the fact that when the zero dollar line item is sourced by the buyer agent, they must deselect the 'Invoice Expected' check box under the purchase order line item follow on documents. This is the only way to source a zero dollar line item. Is there a way to adjust something so that the IDOC will not fail for zero dollar line items?
I also posted a similar question on the SRM forum to see if there is a way for us to source zero dollar items and still keep the Invoice Expected checkbox checked.  I just didn't know if there might be an option here on the R/3 side to address the problem as well.
We are on SRM 2005 SP12 and on ERP 6.0 SP13.
    Any guidance is appreciated!!
    Cindy

    Hi,
    You can try following solutions.
    1. Try making the error message as warning and order the PO. See if ECC accepts the PO.
    2. Use BBP_ECS_OUT_PO badi to pass the invoice indicator in ECC PO.

    Hi
Try to do the summarization of FI document, so, this item will be merged with others. See SAP Note 36353 - AC interface: Summarizing FI document for further details.

  • All prices in apple online store is the same in real shop in usa?

All prices in apple online store is the same in real shop in usa?

Under certain circumstances. Also, the prices in the online store do not include sales tax. What I mean is, that you may see the iPhone 5C advertised for $199.00. Understand that is a subsidized price, which means that is the price with a 2-year contract on the device, plus it is locked to the carrier until an individual qualifies for an unlock.
