0.25 mb download profile. Help!

Question

The problem started when i signed up for BT Smart Talk. (not sure if that's the cause of the problem). My broadband connection is then lost, ended up with 2 weeks of flashing orange light. I spent hours on the phone and chat with BT in vain. Telephone line seems to work fine. Now the internet connection is back, but the line only has 0.25mb maximum download speed. Can someone help? thanks in advance.

Found it. The noise margin is super high. Do I need a reset?  DSL noise margin: 26.50 dB upstream, 20.40 dB downstream   ADSL Line Status
