0BBP_DOC Complete process for Datasources

This is for a BI implementation on SRM 5.0.
I have followed OSS Notes 501836 and 931998 for creating the datasources for 0BBP_DOC. It talks about creating two reports and tables. But im not sure how to proceed from thereon. How to create the generic datasources, and how are they populated?

For Pipeline Process,
1. Create Pipeline Material under material type PIPE
2. You need to maintain the Pipeline Info Record in ME11. Here maintain the Prices and Tax Code mandatory
Also in SPRO > Enterprise Structure > Assignment > Materials Management > Assign standard purchasing organization to plant
There will not be any PO and GR Process for Pipeline materials. We consider that materials are available via Pipes in our plant and we have tp directly book consumption and then settlement of the same.
If Stock is directly consumed from Pipeline Stock via 201 P or 261 P via transaction MB1A or MIGO then following FI Entry will appear;
(GBB-VBR) Consumption Account - Dr
(KON) Pipeline Liabilities - Cr
Now do Pipeline Settlement in MRKO. Here you can not change the Invoice Value. Here following FI Entry will appear;
Vendor Account - Cr
Pipeline Liabilities - Dr
Prerequisite for MRKO: -
- Maintain condition record for output type KONS in MRM1
Then take printout of the Settlement Document in MR91.

I dont think this is a standard error message. Some exit is applied for sale order to meet some requirements. You need to check with your ABAPer.
In fact, you can conclude yourself based on the error message number. If it starts with Z, then the above holds good.

Approval Process Completion Conditions for different stages

Hi
I have an approval process with 2 stages. The first stage has multiple approvers running in parallel. Only one user needs to approve for it to progress.
In the second stage it needs to be approved by all users.
I can set the completion conditions to complete after one person approves but this will also set it for the second stage.
Is it possible to have different completion conditions for each stage or im i better just having a second approval proccess action?

According to your post, what do you mean “you have an approval process with 2 stages”?
In SharePoint 2013 workflow, a workflow can add many stages into it, and a stage can add many same or different actions into it.
So, each separate action you added in a workflow must be in a stage, will not be in two stages.
If you want to make the workflow complete when one user approved the task process in a stage, I recommend that you can directly set the “Completion Criteria” option to “Wait for specific response” as below in the “Task Option” of the “Start a Task Process”
action.
If you want to make the workflow go to the second task process in the second stage when one user approved the task process in the first stage, I recommend that you can set the “Completion Criteria” option to “Wait for specific response” as below in the “Task
Option” of the “Start a Task Process” action in the first stage.
Then, you can set the “Completion Criteria” option to “Wait for all response” as below in the “Task Option” of the “Start a Task Process” action in the second stage.
And, you can go to “Start Options” to check “Start workflow automatically when an item is created”, publish the workflow and test whether it works in your environment.

When I enter "%temp%", it goes to " "my username"/ appdata/temp" which is a list of file 1718 file folders. Many are empty but I did a small sample. Is that the right place to delete? I tried Windows- Disk Clean, but that did not help.

Database for Completed Processes

in our business case, we need a possibility that user can search for completed processes.
I know about the Runtime View in GP, but there is a problem when the user, who is searching, wasn't attached to a processrole like Overseer, or Administrator.
Is there any solution?

If you are using iOS 4 (or earlier) there is no Software Update in Settings. That feature was first added in iOS 5.
To update you will have to connect your iPad to iTunes on a computer (preferably the one you sync with and backup to).

This is not possible because the sequence of requests has to be followed.
Delta- and init requests have to be updated to the DataStore object in the request sequence.

The error is triggered in the process chain, the request is already green, how do i resolve this, i already tried RSRQ is showed the request green, do you have any more idea to resolve this?

Hi Ver Baylon,
After having deleted the request in the manage ODS you should run DTP not the info package again. Better yet I think you should do the following steps.
1. Double click on the corresponding info package. Then go to scheduler on the top left tab of the window and click on the initialization options for source system. There delete all the queues that exist.
2. Manage the PSA and delete all the requests
3. Delete form manage the DSO all the requests from the DSO.
Then go to the info package in the update tab and do a Initialize without data transfer
In the next step do a delta update.
After that execute a full DTP.
Check the results then

The Above code does the Goods Reversal but then i will update one Z Table with fields like

That is happening correctly.
But Then actual issue is i have do Goods Issue for those Z-Table records.
There i will give Production order Number's & Storage Location in Selection-Criteria.
Then i need to do Goods Issue for that order.

Delivery Status in VBUP/VBUK is showing as 'C' completely processed though

Delivery Status in VBUP/VBUK is showing as 'C' completely processed though invoice for the delivery is already cancelled, and delivery in document flow says being process. So now I cannot invoice this delivery. Is there any utility to correct the VBUP/VBUK status from 'C' completely to 'A' Not yet processed As I belive SDVBUK00 is to update the VBUP/VBUK status from A to C only.
Please help...

Try using SD_ACTUAL_OPEN_DATA_RESET & SD_ORDER_SUBSEQUENT_ALLOWED FMs to change the values in VBUK table. I have not used it myself but i think this would be of some use to you.

After a fresh installation of Essbase Server (11.1.1.4), I'm experiencing the following error when attempting to perform basically any action on any Application (Start, Stop, Delete) through EAS:
*Error: 1056603 Unable to spawn process for application [Demo]. Please ensure that adequate memory is available.*
System memory seems abundant at around 5% usage with all relevant services started, but I even doubled it (since it's a VM) to 16Gb just to make sure, the issue persists.
Having a look at the Essbase server log, I didn't find any additional info that could be helpful:

Did you try increasing the Heap size for EAS ? Try the following and check if you still get the error -
increase the Java heap settings in the EAS script on a Unix platform that was configured using the automatic deployment method, do the following:
1. Navigate to the $HYPERION_HOME/deployments/{appserver}/bin directory.
2. Edit the setCustomParamseas.sh(.bat) script.
3. Modify or add the -Xms and -Xmx settings to the JAVA_OPTIONS variable. For example:
