0CO_PC_PCP_10 System not Proposing Transfer Rules

Hi All,
I want to install and get the transfer rules for this 0CO_PC_PCP_10 data source but when I activate the data source it is not proosing content transfer rules also when I checked in BI content I am not able to see any tranfer rules for this data source.
Also when I check in RSA3 extractor is throwing error without any error details.
My BI content version is 703 level 5
and SAP BW version is 700 level 20
I think it might be due to content version.
Please suggest what coulld be the problem.

Thanks for you answer, but the problem is not on the bw, but on the ECC. The field quantities is using the data definition from menge in the function module. Menge is defined as 3 decimals. The problem is that when the function module loop over the levels of the exploded cost estimation the precision of the calculation is getting lower and lower.
So my question is if there exits a hotfix from SAP to the solution or do SAP provide any other business content datasource with exploded costestimation which do not have the same limitation as 0co_pc_pcp_03.

Hello Bi experts,
Actually i am implementing standard Purchasing module in BI system.
While implementing , i have installed cube 0PUR_C04 with data flow before options.
After installation , i am not getting transfer rule for 2LIS_02_HDR , 2LIS_02_ITM and 2LIS_02_SCL .
I am getting transfer rule for 2LIS_02_S011 only.
0PUR_c04 contains these 4 dataspurces - 2LIS_02_HDR , 2LIS_02_ITM and 2LIS_02_SCL , 2LIS_02_S011 .
So how can i get these transfer rule. and if we want to implement std Purchasing module in BI , which Cubes are required or necessary.
In metadata repository also , for Cube 0PUR_c04 , it does not showing transfer rule HDR/ITM/SCL. there also it is now showing transfer rules.
I will be also very thankful if anybody just give me overview of purchasing.

2LIS_11_VAHDR right-click not showing Transfer Rules

Dear gurus,
I have 2LIS_11_VAHDR under my SD Application Components at DataSources tab. I replicated the datasource with ECC and activated it. Now I want to install the rest of the dataflow - transfer rules, infosource, update rules, sd_c03, and the queries.
I am right-clicking on the datasource, but it is not showing the Transfer Rules. My understanding is that when we right-click -> transfer rules -> in the content tab we put our datasource name again, and takes it to the BI Content tab.
Why is 2LIS_11_VAHDR not showing Transfer Rules after right-clicking?

If not from the Right Click,you can install it from the Business content 3.x flow ,which is at the end of the Business Content.

CLIENT of the source system in the Transfer Rules

Hi,
Can I get the CLIENT of the source system dynamically in the Transfer Rules (and assign it to an InfoObject)?
I have a generic extractor from a R/3 source system. The table in the source system & the extract structure the DataSource both contain MANDT, but its not coming in the RSO2 screen (which, if I'm not wrong, is how it should be).
I need the CLIENT info. in my BW data targets. I do not want to hardcode this value in Trans Rules as the client in Dev & Prod is different for my R/3 sys.
If I can't get it directly from the DataSource, is there any way I can get it from any system field using routine?
If I'm not wrong - SYST-MANDT in the Formulas will give me only my BW CLIENT.

hi,
i think if your bw dev and prod client is different you can try in transfer rules
if sy-mandt = xxx. ( bw dev client number)
result = 'yyy'. (source system dev)
else.
result = 'zzz'. (source system prod)
endif.
or enhance the extract structure/ append structure with zz field for mandt and field in user exit zxrsau01 with sy-mandt
or if use infoobject 0LOGSYS, populate in transfer rules with result = g_s_minfo-logsys.

NO PSA for InfoSource and source system 120 : Maintaing Transfer Rules

I am working on Generic data source extraction.
Earlier I mapped all fields infoobjects in Transfer Rules and then loaded data to ODS properly.
But later on I made few changes in Generic data source view and exits in the R3 and replicated the data source to BI.
Then Remapped the fields to infoobjects in Transfer Rules.
Now I can see Transfer Rules Green and all fields are mapped properly.
But when I activated Transfer Rules I am getting message that ,
"There is no PSA for InfoSource ZPS_DATA_BB and source system 120 "
Data source is active in R3.
Communication Structure and Infosource are Active in BI.

RSUPDINFO does not contain transfer rules CODEID's

I did the following:
1) Go into table RSAABAP and got all the CODEID's for my search string.
2) Take those CODEID values and use them as a filter for table RSUPDROUT. No entries came back which tells me that these CODEID's are NOT for update rules.
3) Tables RSUPDROUT and RSUPDINFO only contain update rule code and not transfer rule and not start routine code.
Where can I get the same info as table RSUPDINFO for transfer rule and start routine CODEID? Any input would be very much appreciated.
I am trying to come up with a list of transfer routines, update rules and start routines that contains a certain search string. I can get the list of CODEID from RSAABAP table but based on the CODEID alone, I can't locate the name of the cube, infosource, etc. if the CODEID is not an update rule.

Thanks - almost there because of your help! I executed SE16 for table RSRSRULES and entered CONVROUT_L = 10 CODEID's and got back only 4 CODEID's back. Why didn't it show me records for all the 10 CODEID's I entered?
This table holds transfer rule info, do you know what table holds start routine code? Maybe the 6 missing CODEID's are start routines and are held in a different table.
(I switched company so that why was I had to create another SDN user ID).

No rows selected in table Transfer Rules

I have a Generic master datasource which is working fine. I am trying to append a field ZEINH to generic existing master datasource which uses user exit in R/3. It is working fine in R/3.
I have replicated R/3 datasource to BW and assign source system and datasource to infosource.I can see the ZEINH field in Transfer structure .I have tried to map ZEINH with infoobject of same domain and data element in the Infobject assign column of Transfer rule.
When It does not propose transfer rule for new field,however old fields are there. When I select new field and try to transfer to the comm.struc/Trns. rule column, it gives me error"No rows selected in table Transfer Rules"

In 'Transfer rules' tab, in the right frame, in the 'Infoobject' column, type in a name of infoobject to which you want to map incoming data from datasource.

Change Source System in Transfer Rules

Dear All,
I need to change the Source System assignment in Transfer Rule from System "A" to System "B", as the System "A" no longer exists.
I came across the T-Codes BDLS/BDLSS but aint sure if this can help me rectify the issue.

if you change the source system you may face the problem.
first you can replicate the Dat sources on B, then you can map the info source with your respective data source.
else it will not allow you for thr mapping.

Transfer rules are missing for selected source system in BI content

Hi All!
The problem is: in BI content (Release 704, level 0003, SP SAPK-70403INBICONT) when I select needed source system (for example, A) only I can not find any transfer rules (0RPM area, 3.X transfer rules). When I select more than 1 source system (B, C..), I can see lot of different transfer rules for 0RPM area, but with assignment to another systems (B, C..). How can I get in Business Content transfer rules for data sources from needed source system (A)? Any help appreciated!

Transfer rules not activated

This is Venkat, unable to activate Transfer rules.It doesnot Showing any errors while activating the Transfer rules and also in the DISPLAY LOGS.But while trying to transfer the field(0crm_guid)from assignInfoobjct-field by using propose transfer rules spindle to Communication str/Transfer rules it was not allow this field to transfer into the transfer rules.After activating it was showing the message Transferstuctute was activated.

BI Content Error when activating transfer rule / SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC

when i want to iinstall the transfer rule /CRMBW/OLTP_OPPORTUNITY_ITEM
from Data Source /CRMBW/OLTP_OPPORTUNITY_ITEM to InfoSource
/CRMBW/OPPORTUNITY_I (all Business Content Objects) Iam facing the following situation:
1. When I use "Simulate Installation" i get the warning for all of the fields: Field APP_SERVER is not supported by DataSource /CRMBW/OLTP_OPPORTUNITY_ITEM in source system SLOGICOCRM. Transfer rules were deleted however, delivered.
2. When I use "Installation" i get a dump of the following type:
    Runtime Errors         SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC
    Except.                     CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB
    Error in the ABAP Application Program
    The current ABAP program "CL_RSAR_FORMULAS==============CP" had to be
     terminated because it had come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
    More details of the dump are:

The problem is, i can not map the transfer rule by myself because the the transfer structure contains some important Routines and Formulas which are missing in thereports and i dont know the source code they are using.

Problem in standard routine 0RPM_DSKF in transfer rules 0rpm_role_d

I am extracting the data from xRPM 4.0 to BW 7.0.Even though i am using BI 7.0 presently we are using 3.5 only.I have installed the transfer rules after that i am trying to activate the transfer rules .But i am getting the error with standard routine ( Syntax error ) written In transfer rules for one key figure 0RPM_DSKF.
Data source : 0RPM_ROLE_D
Data Target : 0RPM_C02
Info Source : 0RPM_SRAR_02
Routine :
if TRAN_STRUCTURE-&RU& <> 'FTE'.
RESULT = TRAN_STRUCTURE-ANUMBER.
else.
RESULT = 0.
endif.
There is no filed inT.Stru contains RU.
Please suggest me what would be the solution for this.
If is there any relavant OSS Note plz provide me that and also provide me the valuable suggestions.

Cannot See Transfer Rules in Transport Connection

I have searched Notes and Forums and have not found a solution for this!
I performed some configuration in our newly upgraded BI system. We
were on BW 3.5 and upgraded to BI 7.0
We also change how our landscape was interconnected.
Our BW Dev system used to connect to our R3 Sandbox system.
Now our BIDev system connects to our ECC Dev system.
This is the first project i have worked on since the upgrade was
successful. What I am finding is that I get the following transport
error when I look at the STMS logs from BID to BIQ.
Transport Error
Start of the after-import method RS_ISTS_AFTER_IMPORT for object type(s) ISTS (Activation Mode)
There is no DataSource with these attributes
Reference to transfer structure 1_CO_PA2900010_DS_BA not available.
No activation possible.
Here are the details when I click to get more info on the error message:

Diagnosis
Transfer structure 1_CO_PA2900010_DS_BA should be transported into this
system.
However, no DataSource mapping refers to this transfer structure.

structure 1_CO_PA2900010_DS_BA is on the same transport request. Use
the transport connection to create a consistent request.
Wierd Behavior
The big issue now is that when i go to the transport connection in RSA1
and I want to collect Transfer Rules, I see a small subset of all the
transfer rules I would expect to see. I am looking specifically for
the transfer rules: 1_CO_PA2900010_DS PCDEVC200
Similiar behavior occurs when i am looking for "3.x DataSources" in the
transport connection
I can see these rules in other areas of RSA1 such as Infosources.
Please assist with finding these transfer rules in the Transport
connection.
Other then this transport both ECC and BI system landscapes are up and running normally.

Thanks for jumping onto this thread. I am going to complete the transports and see if i have any system name conversion issues to address. I may need some guidance on ensuring that BID, BIQ and BIP have the correct entries in RLOGSYSMAP.
To answer your questions:
1. Was the new source system added as an additional source system or was the R/3 Sandbox source system renamed?
Bryan: The new source system was added by renaming the R/3 Sandbox source system/Executing BDLS. The original source system was PCSNDC200, and we BDLS'd that to PCDEVC200.
2. To what Source system do the transfer Rules belong to that you are missing?
---Bryan: The missing transfer rules (and all source system dependent objects that are missing) belong to PCDEVC200...I fixed the missing object issue, by going to "transport Connection" and clicking on 'Source System Assignment' (or Shift+F7) and then checking the box for my source system, in my case the box for PCDEVC200 was not checked previously.
3. Was the "conversion of Logical System Name" entries updated correctly after the new source system was added in BID?
---Bryan: The answer to this question i will find out tomorrow when I transport to Production (fingers crossed, the BID > BIQ transport went well with name conversion!)

Content for 0REFX_3 transfer rules missing.

Hi folks
We are trying to implement content for 0REFX_C03 cube. But the transfer rules from datasource to infosource 0REFX_3 is missing from business content.
Inorder to get that we have implemented SAP note
BW transfer rules missing in delivery
SAP Note Number: 1246385
And we installed BI_CONT 704 SAPK-70401INBICONT New support pack for BI content.
It leads to weird changes in the system like previously available objects in BI content are missing.
Did any body encountered same problem.

Cannot find transfer rules!!!

I have to delete an InfoObject which is no longer required.
when I right click and hit delete I get an error message that the IO is being used in a Transfer Rules.
I have searched for that transfer rule but can't locate it.
Is there any way to know where this transfer rules is?

Procedure
If this concerns an InfoObject for the InfoSource, check whether an application component is assigned to the InfoObject. If not, assign an application component to the InfoObject.
