0CRM_OPPT_H Datasource in CRM Quality system.

Hello BW Experts,
We are using 0CRM_OPPT_H Datasource in our CRM extracts. We are facing an issue with 0CRM_OPPT_H datasource in CRM Quality.
We are able to extract data into BW Quality system for this datasource without any issue. Both FULL and Initialization loads are successful to BWQuality. But when we check extractor checker (/nrsa3) for this datasource in CRM Quality, we are getting 0 records. The extract checker in CRM Development for this datasource is returning us some records.
I am sure that we don't need to run any Setup tables for this datasource. We have this datasource as active in BWA5 tcode in CRM Quality. Can someone please let us know how to fix this issue?

upps sounds crazy....extractor works fine if called from BW system, whereas zero records if directly run via RSA3.
Check various option for FULL/DELTA, any filter value.
I will also reactivate the datasource (if you are allowed to do in QA) via RSA5, and then try to run it using RSA6 (execute button).
Yes you are right there is no concept of set up table in CRM Opportunity.

    Transaction code     RSA9
    Confirm the security check: Do you want the content application Transfer Component Hierarchy? with YES.
    If a dialog box appears requesting the user to enter a development class, enter a development class in the customers namespace and choose Save or choose Local object.
    If no error message is sent the application component hierarchy has been transferred successfully.
    Cross Connectivity:
    It describes all settings that are necessary to connect the components of the SAP.system landscape with each other. The settings for each combination of two components to be connected are described in a separate structure node. The separate section headings make it possible to identify the activities required to connect certain components with each other. The section headings for components that are not part of the installation can be skipped
    Connecting SAP BI with SAP ERP, SAP CRM
    Procedure
    To carry out the activity, choose one of the following navigation options in the SAP BI system:
    Transaction Code     RSA1
    SAP BI Menu     Modeling  Data Warehousing Workbench: Modeling
    1.     Choose Modeling.
    2.     Choose Source Systems.
    3.     Select SAP in the window on the right.
    4.     Choose the Context menu (right mouse click).

    The building block CRM Lead Analysis describes the all the required activities to analyze the Marketing Lead Analysis data from SAP CRM in SAP Business Information Warehouse.
    The analysis is carried out with the following queries of the InfoCube 0MKTG_C01 CRM - Lead Management (SAP BW Business Content).
    The Lead Management InfoCube contains all the characteristics and data used for the administration of leads. This InfoCube enables you to execute the following standard queries available in SAP BW:
    1.     Channel Analysis: This query is used to determine the best channels by which business partners are contacted in the context of a marketing campaign. Following each marketing campaign, the lead manager can compare the success of a given channel to those of others.
    2.     Efficiency Reporting: This query is used to analyze the efficiency with which leads are qualified. By navigating to the sales organizations and the responsible employees for the leads, it is possible to assess how efficiently lead teams are working and to identify areas for improvement.
    3.     Historical Evaluation: Use to help analyze and compare leads over different intervals (comparison of different quarters or years for example) to see if general characteristics in the processing of leads can be identified for these periods.
    4.     Lost Leads: Provides an overview of the number of lost leads in a particular period and the reasons (implemented as a navigation characteristic) for the loss of the leads. This query is used to analyze the main reasons why leads might be lost, with a view to developing new strategies for overcoming these weaknesses.
    5.     Channel Mgmt.: Top-n Lost Leads (Current Year): In a Channel Manager Portal, this query provides an analysis of the leads lost by a Channel Manager over the past 12 months. Channel Managers can also view the leads lost by their Channel Partners. In a Partner Portal, this query shows the top-n unsuccessful leads distributed by a Channel Manager to a Channel Partner. Partner Manager can see the lost leads of the Partner Employees over the year. Partner Employee can view his lost leads over the year.........
    Before starting activities in this building block, you need to perform or check the following steps:
    1.     From the BW Connectivity building block the following activities have to be completed:
    a.     Local Settings è SAP CRM: all activities have to be completed.
    b.     Local Settings è SAP BW: all activities have to be completed.

  • Issues in CRM Quality

    Hi,
    We transported all our activated datasources to CRM Quality. Replicated the Data sources to BI Quality system and then transported the BI objects to BI Quality. All the objects are in active state in Quality systems.
    But when I am trying to check the data in RSA3 its saying that “Error occurred during the extractions" Message No: RJ012.
    I did the testing in Development system. Every thing is fine in Development. I am facing this problem only in Quality.
    This error is coming for all the CRM related DS.
    I observed that in BWA5 Transaction check mark is there against the activated data sources in CRM development system. But the same is not there CRM Quality system even though the Datasources are active.
    But we retransported the Datasources to Quality but still facing the same problem.
    Basis person checked all the setting again in CRM Quality. He said everything is maintained as in CRM development.
    Could you please suggest and help me in solving this issue.

  • Data source inactive in the quality system

    Hi all,
    I transported R/3 datasource from DEV to QA and replicated datasource in to BWQ but the datasource in QA is inactive eventhough it is in active mode in R/3 QA system. When I checked the RSOLTPSOURCE  table there is no entry for my datasource. When i try to transport the transfer rules it is giving error 'DataSource xxxxxxxx does not exist in source system XYZ of version A'. How to activate the datasource in BW quality system.
    Could any one help me to resolve this issue.

    Hi,
    Firstly nly the active data sources in the source system will be available for useing in the bw.
    R/3 check whether the datasource is active or not. If not active activateit.
    If active , on the bw side replicate that particular datasource. and activate it again through program <b>RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL</b>

    Hello,
    I am working on a 3 system landscape on Netweaver 2004s. As I know, for every sourcesystem,
    there is produced a different datasource. When I want to Test a transformation
    between a datasource and a datatarget in the develpment system, quality system
    and productiv system, does this mean that I have to implement a transformation for
    each of these three systems?

    that you test your object in every system ist clear. The problem I have is, that
    I don't want to implement the same transformation 3 times.
    So if I understand your answers, I always have to implement 3 transformations
    that have as source a datasource:
    1. The first transformation references the datasource in the development system.
    2. The second transformation references the datasource in the quality system.
    3. The third transformation references the datasource in the producitv system.
    The only alternativ I see ist to transport first the datasource from the development system
    into the quality system and the producitv system and than reference in the
    transformation only the datasource in the productiv system. In this case I need
    only one transformation. Is this right?

  • Error while Replicating the Data Source in Quality System....

    Dear Expert,
       I have created a generic data source in R/3 Dev system and I replicated the data source to BW DEV system.  Everything is fine in DEV system.
    I have transported the Data Source to R/3 Quality System. And transported the related  objects in BW DEV system to BW QUALITY system.
    Now I am getting the error as follows :
    BW QUA System --> RSA1 --> Source System --> Data source Overview --> Sales & Distribution --> _REPLICATE_
    *DATASOURCE*.( clicked )
    Its moving to another screen (R/3 QUALITY) , but it is coming as a LOGIN screen. Its askong for the USER name and Password. And when I click on BACK button , its givin following pop-up
    RFC connection to source system LOGSYS is damaged  ==> no Metadata upload
    What could be the issue ?? Please suggest.

    Have you checked the source system assignment and conversion of logical systems names after the transport?
    RSA1 --> Menu bar -->Tools -->conversion of logical systems names
    Enter the original source system (Dev) and Target source system (QA) save it...

  • Interactive Reports Issue Quality System

    Hi experts,
    This is regarding Interactive reporting fucntionality available in SAP CRM 7.0
    I have configured this fucntionality in our DEV environment & actually created the various types of reports by assigning 10 custom fields which have z extensions.
    Now, i have transported every custom field to Quality System but while creating a report, & while selecting the fields, i am unable to see those custom fields which i use to see in DEV box. I can only see the standard field
    I would appreciate if someone can suggest or give some solution on this in order to fix in our Quality box.

    Provided you created the extension fields with the Application Enhancement Tool, you will have to transport the enhancement into your target system first. Then generate it locally with report AXT_EXT_ACTIVATE_LOCAL.

  • PSGUID Field in the Hide in the Quality System,Unhide in Dev System

    Hi all,
    We have applied note 929584 to get the GUID filed in the Standared extractors.
    That is perfectly applied & we have tested in BW development & R/3 Dev.
    same request we have trasported to Quality system but in some data sources GUID , CPR_GUID & OBSNR fields are in the HIDE .
    I have done the following things:
    1. I have checked in RSA2 of Quality system those filelds are "Fileds to be trasfered" check box is unchecked *( But not in DEV)
    2.RSA6 also those filed are with HIDE Check box ( But not in DEV).
    3. I have reactivated the datasources in DEV sytem once agin & Retrasported but still those fileds are in the same situation.
    So please suggest me How I have to unhide these fileds in the Quality System.

    Thank you very much for the quick reply. I created an entity adapter and did things as you said .. But start date field is not getting pre populate. what i want is once the user clicks on the "Users -- > Create" link create user page should loaded and system date need to be shown as the start date..
    For an example in create user page 'change password at next logon' chek box is already checked(prepopulated) once the create user page is loading. Likewise what i want is when user creation page is loading display the current system date as the start date..
    I think now my problem is clear to you..
    will it be possible to do.. can you please help on that....

  • Problem to initialize delta queue of datasource from CRM 7.0.

    Hi all,
    I've some problem to initialize delta queue of datasource from CRM 7.0.  After initialize the Init in BW, the delta queue was created but after the user changed data, this changed didn't populated into delta queue.
    I tried the steps below  but without any success. Anybody know how can I correct this issue?
    Suggestion 3: Please check the following.
    Please Check if the services have been generated in transaction GNRWB.
    If they are not active(not marked 'X' before their names) then activate
    the services following the steps here.
    Go to transaction GNRWB
    Select BUS_TRANS_MSG
    Select (on the right, the services) : BWA_DELTA3, BWA_FILL, BWA_queue
    Press Generate.
    Also check for the following:
    1. The delta should have been initialized successfully.
    2. Confirm that all Bdocs of type BUS_TRANS_MSG
    are processed with success in SMW01.
    3. If there are queues in SMQ1 with erroneous status then activate
    these queues.
    In Transaction SMQ1 if there are Queues existing with
    names beginning with CRM_BWAn (n is number) then
    activate these queues in the same transaction.
    4.a)If required activate the datasource
    Go to transaction BWA5 > select the required datasource and
    activate.
    4 b) The Delta may not be active ,activate the delta in BWA7 by
    selecting the name of the datsource and pressing the candle icon for
    'activate delta'.
    5. In BW system
    Go to transaction RSA1 > modeling > infosources > select the
    infosource > right mouse click on the selected
    infosource > choose option replicate datasource
    Activate the infosource.
    6. Go to the scheduler for the infosource > select delta in the
    update >choose the option PSA only (in the Processing tab)

    Thank you for your answer.
    But we need to find out what the reason for this import error is.
    Our customer will not be very pleased to see that all IDocs from CRM system cannot be found in the IDOC folder.
    IDX2 import of metadata is no issue.
    We were successful for standard and customer Idocs here.
    Additional information:
    We are already importing Idocs from a SAP ECC 6.0 system into PI in another SWCV
    successfully. So this is a CRM system specific issue in our environment.

    i have following problem.
    I want to transport a  generic data source from our development system into the quality system.
    In the development system the hierachie looks like
    New-Hierroot
    ->CO
        ->ABB
             ->Datasource ABB
    When i transport the data source into the quality system the hierache looks
    New Hierroot
    ->Nodesnotconnected
      ->CO
          ->ABB
               ->Datasource ABB
    How can i solve this problem? Transaction rsa9? We dont have business content on our r/3 systems and iam not allowed to change such settings...??

    Hi Kiran,
    How can you be looking for the CRM datasources in R/3...you need to check in the CRM systems. You can use transaction RSA5, RSA6, BWA1 and BWA5 for this purpose. Common datasources....really depends on what is being used in CRM and what data has to be brought to BW. There are different things like Opportunities, Leads, Activities, etc.

  • Error while transporting database index into quality system

    I am getting an error while transporting a new index in quality system.
    I have created a new index for table VBFA in TRD and activity the object without errors. I even adjusted the database table using database utility.
    While transporting the request there was a strange error "R3TRTABLVBFA was repaired in this system".
    I retransported the objects using a new request. However I still got the same error.
    Please help.

    No idea about the error you have mentioned but check the SAP Notes 185530 and see if you can avoid creating an index.In this Notes it is clearly mentioned on how to use VBFA table without any performance issues.

  • Issue in Process Controlled workflow for Shopping cart in Quality system.

    Hello All,
    I ahve configured a Process controlled workflow in SRM 7.0  with custom resolver, and I am facing an issue taht the Workflow works well in Development but in Quality the approvers are dropped after SC is ordered in Quality system.
    The SC Workflow drops the approvers picked up from the Interface  method /SAPSRM/IF_EX_WF_RESP_RESOLVERGET_AREA_TO_ITEM_MAP and IF_EX_WF_RESP_RESOLVERGET_APPROVERS_BY_AREA_GUID of BADI /SAPSRM/BD_WF_RESP_RESOLVER. The approvers can be seen in the shopping cart Approval preview Tab until the SC is ordered.
    I have compared the OSS notes relevant for Workflow, all of them have been transported, Also I compared and checked general Workflow settings, BRF Config and  Process level  settings in Dev and Quality, everything is same.
    Also while debugging; the approvers can be seen in the decision set table in the create_process_forecast method of class /SAPSRM/CL_WF_PROCESS_MANAGER.
    Kindly let me know what else i can check to find the root cause.

    From what I'm seeing in from your 2 screenshot, i strongly believe that the problem is even before the Z implementation /SAPSRM/IF_EX_WF_RESP_RESOLVER~GET_APPROVERS_BY_AREA_GUID (in which the FM i ZSRM_GET_USER_FROM_PGRP is called. I think the problem could be in the process level determination  ZSRM_WF_BRF_0EXP000_SC_APP100. Let me explain:
    In your  cases where not buyer is determined,  in the approval tab there is not even a process level for buyer approval. If the problem were indeed in the implementation  /SAPSRM/IF_EX_WF_RESP_RESOLVER~GET_APPROVERS_BY_AREA_GUID  then the process level would be there, but the system will display, instead of the name of the buyer(if the buyer determination fails) a red label with the message:  "With the strategy "Buyer determination" an approver could not be determined (or something like that..please check the image at the end of the text)".
    I can propose a way to discard this: Implement the method /SAPSRM/IF_EX_WF_RESP_RESOLVER~GET_FALLBACK_AGENTS of class ZCL_BADI_SC_WC (in case you didn't know, in this method you can specify an "default" approver in case that the determination of approver in GET_APPROVERS_BY_AREA_GUID fails). The idea is to specify an default approval and see how it behaves:
    If the user you indicated in the method GET_FALLBACK_AGENTS appears as approver, then yes, the problem is arises from implementation GET_APPROVERS_BY_AREA_GUID, in which case it could be a data problem (peharps in pposa_bbp?). You could also check in TX SU53 with the users with this problem to see if there's a missing authorization objetc.
    If, in the other hand, the "default" approver is not shown, it means that the process level buyer determination is not even called, so you should check in more detail ZSRM_WF_BRF_0EXP000_SC_APP100 and /SAPSRM/CL_WF_PROCESS_MANAGER > Determine process restart –method ----- (i have never used this method, so i could not tell if  it could be the source of the problem).
    Also, you could implement the method GET_FALLBACK_AGENTS in this way so the default approver would be the WF administrator indicated in the customizing (or you could just append directly any user you want):
    METHOD /SAPSRM/IF_EX_WF_RESP_RESOLVER~GET_FALLBACK_AGENTS.
       DATA: lv_admin_expr TYPE swd_shead-admin_expr,
             lv_admin      TYPE swd_shead-wfi_admin,
             lv_admin_type TYPE sy-input,
             ls_agent      TYPE  /sapsrm/s_wf_approver.
       CALL FUNCTION 'SWD_WF_DEFINITION_ADMIN_GET'
         IMPORTING
           default_admin_expr = lv_admin_expr
           default_admin      = lv_admin
           default_admin_type = lv_admin_type.
       ls_agent-approver_id = lv_admin.
       APPEND ls_agent TO rt_agent.
    ENDMETHOD.
    Error of agent determination:
    Please let me know the result of the test with the implementation of method GET_FALLBACK_AGENT. By doing this we could ensure if really the problem is in method GET_APPROVERS_BY_AREA_GUID or before.  I just made the test in our system and I'm almost sure that you wont get the default approver, but i could be wrong.
