0crm_sales_act_1 delta

Hello,
I have this problem,
I ran an initialization to my cube 0csal_c01 from datasource 0crm_sales_act_1 and i got all records that i had in my datasource. But then i added 5 new records to that datasource, and im able to see those new records in rsa3, but when i run my delta to bw, 0 arecords are added. I went to rsa7 and i dont have any new records there either. So i deleted my initialization and ran it again, and i got all my records (including those 5 i added)
The delta is not working, and i dont know why.
can somebody help me?
we are using bw 7.1

First check if you have data source active in the system or not, if it is active then just do delta initialization from BW system and then check whether your DS appears in delta queue or not.

Hi,
I need to work with the delta queue for 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 extractor.
I ran the init process with data succesfuly and I can see the the extractor "green" in TC RSA7
I checked if the BW Adapter is active in TC GNRWB and the BWA_DELTA3, BWA_FILL, BWA_QUEUE AND BWA_REL_CHECK are active (with x)
What do I miss..? No Delta in the Queue
My working environment:
CRM : 5 BBPCRM 500 level 11 SAPKU50011 & SAP_BW BI 7.0 700 level 0015 SAPKW70015.
BW : SAP_BW BI 7.0 700 level 0016 SAPKW70016.

Can you please check in CRM,with transaction code SMW01 and execute with no limitation in 'Send Data and Time' as well as 'Update Date and Time". Now check is there any yellow 'State" and if you found any yellow state, delta is not process and you have to process Queue name. I faced this before.

0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 delta loading

Hi all,
We are loading delta in 0SAL_DS01 ODS from the notorious extractor 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1.
Yesterday we had a problem in the source system and the loading have failed. we marked the monitor red and deleted the request. than we tried to load delta again and every time the data filled but monitor stuck on yellow. Only after we marked the monitor green the process continued (with delta to another 2 ODS).
We feel that the problem concern the Delta queue and we're looking for a solution to this problem without deleting the ODS and no damage to other 2 ODS.
Any ideas?

meaning it's still running!

0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 - Problems on Delta with several Inits

Hello Friends,
I try to load Deltas for 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 from CRM System. Due to the amount of data I had to split Init-Loads by month.
So 1st Init Load loads 01.01.0001 - 31.12.2003
2nd Init loads 01.01.2004 - 31.12.2004
3rd Init loads 01.01.2005-31.01.2005
and from 2005 on there are monthly inits.
Now I scheduled Delta loads - but there are always 0 Data coming. In CRM System the queue is filling up - close to 1 million Data sets.
It seems 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 can´t work when Inits are devided into several Infopackages - but I can´t load all of them in just one InfoPackage due to system sizes.
Do you have an idea where the problem ist?

Delta not working for - 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1

Delta has stopped working for standard extractor 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1.
1] I deleted delta queue from RSA7 in R/3 to load new init, but init is not getting deleted from infopackage. Any idea ?
2] to correct this error, i want to load full repair load but which is the field in this extractor that captures delta ? (I mean 'changed date' like field. Bcoz created date field is only taking new records not changed ones.
Any suggestions to fix this delta and load missing records ?

Hello,
I need update in BW a register modified in CRM (crm_order "activity contact") but the extractor 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 doesn't work correctly.
However when I create a new register (crm_order ("activity contact")) in CRM this extractor work fine and it update delta the ODS 0CSAL_C01.
somebody can say to me because the update delta in this extractor doesn't work correctly.

No records in delta queue for 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 & 0CRM_COMPLAINTS_I

Hi all,
we are linking a SAP CRM system 4.0 (patch level 10) with BW 7.0. We have initialized the delta extraction and everything was fine. Data was extracted and we can see the delta queue in RSA7 but no records are added. Users are creating new activities and nothing appears in the delta queue. We have other extractors delta capable which are working fine.
The main difference is that these two extractors have been enhanced using the Badi CRM_BWA_MFLOW. When we check the extractor using transaction RSA6, records include the information we add in the Badi.
We think the problem is in CRM because, it does not collect any delta data (queue is always empty). BW is capable to extract when initilitialization. We have tried the early delta initialization and the simple delta initialization.
Any help will be appreciated.

As an extension: we can't see the extractors in the qRFC monitor (trans. SMQ1). We can see there the ones which are working...

we finally solved the problem. The thing was that no BDOCS with type BUS_TRANS_MSG were not being generated when creating or modifying CRM activities. Theses datasources need the BDOCS to work. Transaction SMW3_00 had the flag "Do Not Send" set. We unmarked it and everything seems to work now.

Delta not working after upgrade from 3.5 to BI7.0

We have recently upgraded from BW3.5 to BI7.0 and the standard delta is not working now after the upgade. The name of the Extractor is 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1.
Did anyone come across this problem before or can anyone suggest the solution.

I've experienced a similar problem with this extractor. I attempted to Initialize Delta with Data Transfer to no avail. The job ran for 12+ hours and stayed in "yellow" status (0 records extracted). The following steps worked for me:
1. Initialize Delta without Data Transfer
2. Run Delta Update
3. Run Full Update and Indicate Request as Repair Request
Worked like a champ, data load finished in less than 2 minutes.

0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 Cancelled in Source System

Hi, I'm having problems with a BI7 dataload, from our CRM source system, based upon the 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 datasource. I've cleared down the data in my related InfoProviders, deleted all PSA requests and previous Delta Inits, and I'm now trying to load a new Init with Data Transfer. The job progresses so far (229,398 records) and then gets cancelled in the source system with the error message: "User is not integrated into organizational structure"
I've done some searching on SDN and can't find anyone posts with the same issue - my apologies if I've mised the key one.
I've reactivated the transfer structures using the activate all program in se38, and carried out an RSRV on the InfoProviders.
It was working when I last reloaded the data a few weeks ago, so something has changed either on the source system or the BI7 system since then, but I can't figure out why it's suddenly getting cancelled at source. It's also taking over 16 hours to get to this stage, whereas the last successful Init ran in four hours.
I've included the last part of the job log from the source system, showing the last successful data package and then the final system error message.
Any advice or help on this would be greatly appreciated.

How to make CRM data sources for delta capability?

I know that the CRM data sources 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1, 0CRM_QUOTATION_I, 0CRM_SALES_ORDER_I have delta capability.
At present we are doing full loads daily but it has got some performance issues.So we are thinking to make these as delta loads.
Already some one has made a trail to make delta loads but not successful for some unknown reasons.
Could you please suggest me the steps to make these data sources delta capable both in CRM and BW systems?
As this is urgent...Please suggest ASAP.

Solutions
Question 1 : The Extraction from CRM to BW takes a very long time. What can be done? (Performance Issues)
Suggestion 1: Please implement notes 653645 (Collective note) and
639072(Parallel Processing).
The performance could be slow because of the wrong control parameters
used for packaging.
You can change the package size for the data extraction.
Also note that changing the package size in the transaction SBIW
would imply a change for all the extractors. Instead, you could
follow the path in the bw system.
Infopackage (scheduler)    > Menu 'Scheduler'   > 'DataS. default data
transfer'   > maintain the value as 1500 or 1000(This value is variable)
The package size depends on the Resources available at the customer side
(The no of parallel processes that could be assigned =
1.5 times the no of CPU's available approx.)
Question 2 : On executing transaction RSA3 I get records but I find 0
records when I load data from BW request.(No Data Available)
Suggestion 2: First check if there are any entries in the table
CRMD_ORDER_INDEX.Only if there are entries in this table you can
extract records.
If this is not the case then,
It is possible that the user does not have sufficient
authorities for extraction of the relevant objects.

authorization object exists(display mode is enough):

Question 3 : The Deltas for my data source are not extracted . What can I do?
Suggestion 3: Please check the following.
Please Check if the services have been generated in transaction GNRWB.
If they are not active(not marked 'X' before their names) then activate
the services following the steps here.
Go to transaction GNRWB
Select BUS_TRANS_MSG
Select (on the right, the services) : BWA_DELTA3, BWA_FILL, BWA_queue
Press Generate.
Also check for the following:
1. The delta should have been initialized successfully.
2. Confirm that all Bdocs of type BUS_TRANS_MSG
   are processed with success in SMW01.
3. If there are queues in SMQ1 with erroneous status then activate
   these queues.
   In Transaction SMQ1 if there are Queues existing with
   names beginning with CRM_BWAn (n is number) then
   activate these queues in the same transaction.
4.a)If required activate the datasource
    Go to transaction BWA5   > select the required datasource and
    activate.
4 b) The Delta may not be active ,activate the delta in BWA7 by
selecting the name of the datsource and pressing the candle icon for
'activate delta'.
5. In BW system
   Go to transaction RSA1   > modeling   > infosources   > select the
   infosource   > right mouse click on the selected
   infosource   > choose option replicate datasource
    Activate the infosource.
6. Go to the scheduler for the infosource   > select delta in the
    update >choose the option PSA only (in the Processing tab)
    > start immediately
Check the entry in the RSA7 in the OLTP(CRM system)
Question 4: How can I extract the fields, which are not provided in the standard data source extraction .
Suggestion 4: Follow the steps mentioned below.
1. Enhance Extract Structure with the required fields. (Create & include
   an append structure to the extract structure via transaction RSA6).
2.a) Release the fields of the append for usage. ( To do this, double
   click on the Datasource and remove the flags in the column 'Hide
   Field' for all fields of Append. )
2.b)If the new fields cannot be seen in the extract structure of
    the transaction BWA1 then change and save the datasource, and then
    activate it in RSA6.
3. Define your mappings in BADI (CRM_BWA_MFLOW) to fill these fields.
Goto SPRO .
Follow the path ->
SAP Implementation guide ->Implementation with other mySAP components ->
Data transfer to the Business Information Warehouse->
Settings for the application specific datasources (CRM)->
Settings for BW adapter->
Badi :BW adapter :Enhancement of datasources in messaging flow.
4. Replicate the new Datasource to BW.
5. Expand the Communication Structure in BW.
6. Maintain transfer Rules for the new Datasource.
7. Activate the trasfer rules and perform the upload.

Question 9: I donot get any records for the delta upload of my attribute
datasource(s).What is to be done?
Suggestion 9: In case of attribute datasources, it is possible that the
entry for the GUID is missing in the table SMOXAFLD.
If , for example the datasource 0CRM_OPPT_ATTR is not giving deltas
then you can follow the steps:
1)If Delta process is active for the attribute datasource e.g.
     0CRM_OPPT_ATTR, then stop the delta process in the BW
     system
2) In the CRM system, Make the entry in the table SMOXAFLD
   for the datasource with the Key
   as 0CRM_OPPT_ATTR     GUID 3) Save the entry.Activate the datasource                           4) Check that the above entry is replicated in smoxafld_s also    after this.               5) Create a transport request manually for the following    object             R3TR   SMO4   0CRM_OPPT_ATTR
Question 10: What do the status BWSTONESYS0 , BWSTONEUSS0,BWSTTECSYS0 and various other BW status mean ?
Suggestion 10: The BW status are used to extract system and user defined
status.
The BW status are defined in the customization settings in SPRO.
Check for-> Status Concept for BP/Product/CRM objects
Here goto-> Process user status You will find the documentation attached here for the user status. Going inside the transaction you will find the status groups USS0, ZIOP,ZMOP etc. The names of the various BW status are derived from this For ex. BW + ST+ One + USS0 gives the name of the field BWSTONEUSS0 or BWST + ONE + ZMOP = BWSTONEZMOP (Master opportunity values) (which means BWST + (status group name) + status object group name) Double clicking on any of the object groups will take you to the values that these status can have . For ex. BWSTONEUSS0 in your system can have values E001 ,E002,E003,E007 which will be shown in RSA3 as BW status values 1,2,3,7, respectively.
Similarly we have Goto -> Process system status (in SPRO). Here you can get the values for the system status in exactly the same way as BWSTONESYS0(Lifecycle status) , BWSTTECSYS2 (Error) etc. In RSA3 you get the names as BW status, To know which corresponds to which status here,Gotothe record list in RSA3 . Here goto Settings - Layout -Current . Right click -> Press Show technical field names . You will be able to see the BW status names and will be able to adjust the layout accordingly.

0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 standard datasource of CRM not working

While trying to extract data through standard datasource 0crm_sales_act_1 it is failing with the error "Error occured in data selection". And in the source system(CRM) , it is throwing dump with the runtime error message " BCD_OVERFLOW" Overflow during an arithmetic operation (type P) in program and exception" CX_SY_CONVERSION_OVERFLOW".
The datasource is delta enabled.
Please suggest any corrective mesures....

Problems with Delta Extraction for 0CRM_OPPT_H (no data found)

Hi,
I've some problems with the Delta Extraction of the Infosource 0crm_oppt_h (CRM Opportunities Header). After initialization I get no delta data from the CRM system.
What I already did:
Activated 0crm_oppt_h Data Source (checked functionality with rsa3)
Started Info Package (Init) on BW side (worked fine)
Checked the status of the Data Source on the CRM system using BWA7 ("initial upload" is unmarked; "delta active" is marked and what makes me worry is that the column "Queue exists" in <i>unmarked</i>...)
If I change anything (like Phase, Expected Sales Vol.) in the opportunity, the Delta Extraction get no changes.
Could You help me out, please?

Reason and Prerequisites
There is an update on the generated delta table which causes data corruption in running delta initializations as the changed delta sets will be deleted with every further update on documents. An open cursor statement is there without fetch data in SMOX3_GET_DATA.
Solution
The problem is solved with the attached corrections.After applying the corrections a new initialization of the affected datasources is necessary.

Issue in CRM Delta upload to BW

Hi,
I need to configure the exchange of data between CRM 7.0 and BI 7.0. I am facing facing issue of Delta upload from CRM to BI. Initial upload to BI was successful but not working Delta. I need to download the activity and the opportunity. But in transaction RSA7 the delta queue displays 0 records for 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1, 0CRM_SALES_ACT_I, 0CRM_OPPT_H and 0CRM_OPPT_I. It's status is green. In the transaction SMW01 this BDoc red in an error state with the text "Could not determine module name: BUS_TRANSACTION_MESSAGE GENKEY: REP_GET_RECIPIENT" and "Service that caused the error: SMOH_REPLICATION_WRAPPER_MSG".

My scenario was delta was not getting loaded within BW ods and cube... Delta was getting captured from source system but it was not getting loaded from ODS--> ods/cube....
So i first deleted the data mart symbol from ODS (source) and then did the repeat delta...
