0CRM_SALES_ACT_1 - records missing from extraction
Hi.
We are using an enhanced version of the extractor 0CRM_SALES_ACT_1, but when comparing the number of records retrieved by the extractor using RSA3, with the number of records in the base tables (e.g. 0CRM_ORDERADM_H), several records are missing (RSA3 = c. 9200 records, Table = c. 10500 records).
Analysing the differences, we cannot see any patterns in the 'rejected' data or reasons why the records should not have been extracted. Documents of varying types saved with/without errors, and with or without various key fields are all extracted, or not as the case may be. Also, we have eliminated the enhanced BADI as the source of the problem.
We are on CRM 5.0 SP 9 and BI 7 SP 13.
Any ideas what the problem could be or how to progress?
Many thanks,
Ian.
Thanks for your reply Doris. We do not use opportunities - some of the transaction types that we would expect to be extracted are not. Table CRMD_ACTIVITY_H contains 10,708 records so we are still some way away from reconciling with that table too. . .
Since I posted we have identified that one particular transaction type, when it is automatically generated by the CRM system when a different transaction type is created (i.e. a document to record the interaction with the customer, is created and coupled to a service order, which details the customer's enquiry - this is a custom enhancement to the Web IC in CRM), is not extracted.
Any ideas why these system generated records may be missed by the extractor, but transactions of the same type when created manually are picked up?
Thanks,
Ian.

Is timed recording missing from AA CS5.5? I use this feature frequently. If it's called something else now, I'd like to know what. If it's not in CS5.5, then I fill out a feature request.

Records missed from DELTA for which changes made only in enhanced fields
Dear Friends,
I have enhanced a feild in standard extractor 0UCINSTALLAH_ATTR_2 by adding a z-field in append structure and writing corresponding code in customer exit. In RSA3 also I'm able to see the data getting reflected for enhanced z-fields but when I'm pulling delta those records are not getting extracted for which changes have been made only in Z-FIELDS in R/3 side.
i.e. if I do not make any changes in std fields of the std. extractor and only change z-fields this record is missed from delta data pulled. Please help urgently.
Regards,
Amit SrivastavaHi ,
Some times it happens that the system is not able to capture the delta based on the changes made to the Z - fields :
You can think of the following options :
1. You can write a code in the user exit for this thing so that the changes are captured(Not sure how it is done, however had read that it is possible. You may have to explore the same)
2. Try to change any of the standard fields used for delta along with the custom fields so that the changes get captured.
3. Extract a full load instead of a delta load. This may depend on various parameters
I hope you have already checked the extraction.
Hope the above points help.

Data records missing from 2lis_13_vditm
Hi
1.)2LIS_13_VDITM data loaded but certain billing items are missing.
2.)I figured out how to create a repair request to manually load individual records.
3.)Loading works in BWD development where not so many records exist
4.)In BWP it does not pick the individual records I select since there are too many data records existing (table to big)
Any idea how we can load the individual records which failed to load from psa to cube on that particular day without creating duplicate records in BW.even if the request are compressed.
thankyou in advanceThere is an interesting thread on this discussion. check this out.
A BW puzzle for you...I'll Award POINTS!
The OSS note 739863 will give you some idea to fix your problem.
This is applicable if you are missing 20th data and getting all the Delta data after that!
If you are not getting any Delta after that, then you need to check your update methods, particularly Collective Run, if you are using the V3 Update.

Records missing while extracting 0account hierarchy
Bi experts,
Two records have been added by the business to a node in the 0account hierarchy , which can be seen in transaction /nKAH3.
While extracting the MAE 0account hierarchy using a full InfoPackage no errors occur, but when checking the hierarchy in BW both records are missing. The activate checkbox has been selected in the InfoPackage.
Has anyone experienced something simular in the past?
Regards,Hi,
If once you loaded the Hierarchy, then do the Change run for it.
If the loading was done manually then go to
RSA1 --> Tools --> Apply Hierarchy/Attribute Change Run -- > Click on Hierarchy List Puch Button
Then select the your hierarchy loading and click on save and then click on Execute Hierarchy/Attribute Change Run.
Hope this will solve your problem
With Regards

Some Condition types missing during extraction from 2LIS_11_VAKON
Hi,
I am extracting conditions data to BI from ECC through 2LIS_11_VAKON. This datasource uses the fields from table KOMV. The Field KSCHL (Condition type) is also being taken from KOMV structure.
My problem is some condition types are missing during extraction. Say, for example, for a Document condition i have 22 Condition types in KONV table but when i extract the data to BI, nearly 7 conditions are missing, i am getting only 15 condition types for the same document condition in BI.
Why is this happening? I dont have any filters set. Moreover, this is happening in the Datasource level itself.
Please advice. Any help on this is highly appreciated.
Regards,
MuraliHi Murali,
try to have the manual check with set of data..there must be some mistaken in And and OR logic.

How to see deleted records in delta extraction from view
Hi folks,
i am currently reflecting about delta extraction from a view:
The view contains a date field (change date) which is used to identify new or changed records.
So the delta extraction of new and changed records works without problems.
But what is happening with records that are deleted in the source system?
My current understanding is that deleted records will not be shown in the view. Therefore the deletion is not visible in the extraction.
- Is there a workaround for this problem?
- How is deletion of records normaly handled in generic extractors?
- Is it impossible to extract a deletion when using views?
any suggestions and help will be appretiated...
byeHello Florian,
Generally records will not be deleted (until if you physically delete it from table) but will have a status deleted.
So it doesn't matter whether you use view or tables the deleted records will be extracted through the view to update the BW data targets.
Thanks

Audio file missing from MOV when exported as a quicktime movie.
Using Keynote 9, I imported video into presentation that was edited in iMovie 9. When I export the presentation to quicktime movie the audio is missing from the video file. The audio file plays fine in the standard keynote presentation mode.
This is STRICTLY a work around! Official fix will come from Apple as an update more than likely.
Duplicate item first (File > Duplicate). On newly duplicated project change file association type (File > get info). Under name and extension section take out .key). Close Get Info and save with removing .key. Double click to open the file (now a compression). Open uncompressed folder (same name as original file, now shows as a folder). Now in the Data folder find a .mov file named "Recording" with randomly generated letters and numbers behind it. Drag .mov file to desktop or any other directory. Open extracted .mov file with QuickTime to verify integrity. Save as audio file only. Get Info on file again and place .key value at end of file/extension for project. Open project. Under Play menu option delete the recording. Under Audio inspector drag the .mov of audio only to recording back in. Test play project to see if its accurate. Export to QuickTime and see if issue is resolved.
If issue persists:
Export with corrupted audio as QuickTime. Separate the audio from video track. Delete audio. Import the extracted .mov audio file. Share > File. Enjoy. -
ThinkPad W520: Parts Wrongly Listed in and/or Missing from Lenovo Order Status Page
I ordered a configured ThinkPad W520 off Lenovo.com for USD1500 yesterday. Later when I went back to check my order status, to my surprise some parts were either shown up incorrectly or simply missing.
For example my ThinkPad W520 includes (but not limited to) these parts:
Parts missing from Lenovo Order Status page:
UltraNav with TrackPoint & touchpad
Express Card Slot & 4 in 1 Card Reader
Question: Where are they? Why missing?
Parts shown incorrectly on Lenovo Order Status page:
I've ordered: 15.6" FHD (1920 x 1080) LED Backlit Anti-Glare Display, Mobile Broadband Ready
Lenovo Order Status page shows: SBB 15.6FHD (1900 X 1080) LED
Question: Why 1900 instead of 1920? What gives?
To be on the safe, I tried hard to match each of the parts consisting my ThinkPad W520. So far the above are my concerns. I know many of you are long-time Lenovo patrons. I'd appreciate your patience look through the below complete lists and advise if Lenovo indeed have received my order correctly.

Recording Audio from Video Tape
Hi! I want to record audio from a video tape and put the audio into my imovie. I have done this funtion before, but I can't seem to remember how! I am able to play the movie (the video tape) in a VCR which then goes through my "bridge" (DV Converter) and into the computer. When I open imovie and import the video and audio into a "clip", I can't seem to play the clip and record the "audio" in the audio section. Again, I have done this before, I just don't remember how. Can anyone help??
Hi Kim - welcome to the forum!
You would simply extract the audio from the clip - select it, then go Advanced>Extract Audio (Command J). This will place the audio in the top audio track. Then you can delete the clip, and move the extracted audio to wherever you want it.
Does that help? -
T400 (2765/21G) Audio-Recording only from Microphone ?
Hello Forum,
in my T400 works an Conexant Smart 221 Chip for Sound.
Vista x64 Ultimate is my System.
Now I try to record Sound from an avi File (During the File play).
The Problem is: In the Recording Settings, Microphone is the only Choice for Record Source.
I missed an entry like "Stereo-Mix" or "What you hear" (the Devicename is Different).
In every PC or Notebook System I ever had, I was able to record the Sound that actually plays on the System.
So what...? Do I need other Driver ? Doesn´t the Conexant Smart 221 support that ?
Anyone an Idea ?
I hope the Post is readable for you, and my English is realy not perfect
Good new Year from Germany
UserleHello Userle,
unfortunately, the stereomix feature is disabled, by hardware, since T/ 61 series.
It seem there is no workaround to get to work. Please have a look at this extenisive thread

MarlonIf you get an OCI error when simply updating a record in PL/SQL Developer, it sounds like a PL/SQL Developer issue, although not one I've come across. You might try Allround Automations tech support. They'll need your exact versions of Oracle server, Oracle client and PL/SQL Developer.
SQL*Plus is part of the Oracle Client software so you should have it somewhere, or you can download it free. -
HT201272 App I purchased now missing from AppStore.
In September of 2011, I purchased Screen Record Pro from the App store for $4.99. It is still on my desktop and I love it. I just got a new MacBook Air and I was disappointed to see that app missing from my purchase history. How can I get this app again?
- NIf the developer no longer sales the app through the Mac App Store there is no way to get the app by way of Apple. Apple constantly encourages everyone to back up their content.

Message was edited by: nith lHi,
If the fields are available in ES but not available in DS , then we can Modify the table ROOSFIELD. But, I think, this is some what rude mothod.
Before doing this, It is better to Raise a OSS. They may come out with some SP upgradation.
Search this forum with ROOSFIELD.

[SOLVED] - Package xf86-video-via is missing from repositories!
Hi,
I have a VIA card as follows:
VGA Compatible Controller: VIA Technologies, Inc. S3 Unichrome Pro VGA Adapter (rev 01)
My X doesn't work except in VESA mode. But in Vesa mode, when I play videos in mplayer, I can't fullscreen them.
When I checked the sample xorg.conf files mentioned in the Xorg wiki, I find that I am advised to use the xf86-video-via package.
But the package xf86-video-via is missing from repositories!
pacman -Ss xf86-video-via doesn't give results!
Please help.
Thanks.
