0crm_srv_process_i

I am trying to extract data from CRM 5.0 system into Service Order Item ODS using 0crm_srv_process_i.
BW Side I get the error message as Error in Source system.
On CRM side the job gets cancelled and the job log shows "Business Partner not found".
Any idea or help on this would be great.

I have already checked the tables (No data), what I want is to find out the CRM transaction code or setting which will generate some data into extractors tables. we Dont have any CRM consultant at our place.

Request gets loaded into the target and is activated successfully?
if you ran info pack - init without data transfer then what you loaded to target?
But when I open the scheduler -> initialization options for source system, I could see that the initialization was not successful?
Mean is there any error?
You ran info pack - init without data transfer? then whats the info pack log says?
is it green status with 0 reocrds or red?
Delete old init if exist.
Re run info pack - init without data transfer and check it.

CRM EXTRACTOR 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_I PROBLEM

Hi,
I'm using 0crm_srv_process_i datasource . While I'm trying to extracting data from CRM to BW (for some dates or some data selections) I found all data showing under one Sales Group in BW,So I checked in RSA3 in CRM than I found all data showing under one Sales Group ,so that effects problem while extraction in BW also. I checked my mappings in BW , it running fine so no problem in my BW.
Please help me to resolve this issue.
Note: My delta was running fine. Daily I'm getting correct data.

This looks like a midlewear type of problem.
first try to process the Idoc.
IDocs stuck? Go to where it's stuck and run BD87. Find the stuck one, and "Process" it.
That'll get it through.
Alternatively, check the TRFC monitor via SM58 to see if it's stuck there and need
"Execute LUW".
If this does not help try you basis admin for more help.

records being extracted 0 every time ,throught delta, but i can see in the r/3 new records, even in TC smq1 there is no delta queue. in TC rsa7 it shows o records in TC rsa3 u will find the new records. so i am not getting where is the problem.

Missing items in 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_I extractor

I am using CRM extractor 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_I. This extractor is not pulling few transaction types. (Eg: ZSRO type is pulled, ZSRP type is not pulled)
At CRM side when I display Service orders these items are seen when Overview tab is selected.
Any idea on this extractor would be great.

Please check if ZSRO belongs to a different OBJECT TYPE than ZSRP. Find this relation in the transactional table, CRMD_ORDERADM_I.
This DataSource extracts specific Object Types values: BUS2000140 / BUS2000159 / BUS2000146 / BUS2000131. You can see this in transaction BWA1.

Hi Gurus,
I am working on the extracting data from this extractor - 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_I. (CRM 500)
I have made changes using CRMD_order transaction.
When I did a load into BW 7 from data source 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_I, i can see no records(0), upon checking the source tables CRMD_ORDERADM_I there is no data.
RSA3 - 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_I returns 0 records
Can anyone give inputs to what transaction I use to be able to generate some data into this data source.

i have a very small question . can anyone tell me which is the field from where the delta of 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_I is determined ?
the real problem is there is a custom datasource with the same structure of 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_I.all i need to do is to find the field from which delta is determined in 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_I and then map this for delta extraction in my custom datasource.

Problem with 0crm_srv_process_i

Hi all, im using extractor 0crm_srv_process_i, and in the dev environment it is working properly, but in QA im having a problem.
If i run the extractor using transaction rsa3 im able to do a selective run, but when im doing my extraction to bw, the selection in the info package is not working. The delta is not working either, i have to do an init load or a full load because if i do the delta i get 0 records.
I even tried to do an init with out transferring records and the i did my delta and i got 0 records..... anyone know what may be happening? i just want to load certain documents but the filter in the info packages is not working =(, and i have to do a full load, and the erase it and do another full load to get my new records, and is taking 3 hours to do that..
please help.

I have to upload the data from the datasources 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H and 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_I into Infopackages, but when i execute the infockage it shows
No data available
Diagnosis
The data request was a full update.
In this case, the corresponding table in the source system does not
contain any data.
System Response
Info IDoc received with status 8.
Procedure
Check the data basis in the source system.
In CRM system when i checked it in RSA3 it is showing the data.
I checked the older posts but i havn't find any answer post. I also checked the SAP note 692195, but it is applicable for 4.0. I am working on 7.0.
Please suggest something so that I can get the data into infopackage.

Actually i am working on such a project where they don't give SAP_ALL authorization to any user. If we need any authorization we need to show them particular SAP note of same version in my case it is CRM 7.0. If you know any note on CRM 7.0 which gives all the authorization objects required or it says we need SAP_ALL authorization please tell me.
It will be very help full for me to get the authorization.

CRM-BW replication problem.

Hi friends,
I have edited existing Standard CRM extractor with all requried steps in CRM Dev system
Later i have activated in RSA6 in CRM Dev system and pressed Data source Transport button and further saved in CRM Dev system.
Later in BW Dev system i have created new Infosource relevent to this extractor, but It is showing old CRM extratcor without any changes.
Please let me know how can we make all new changes replication to BW Dev system.
I have also, performed replication in BW using RSA1 and also using a programe but No use.
Is i am missing any step after RSA6 in CRM?

If the one order Infosources are activated then the mapping of the Datasource fields TERR_GUID and PATH_GUID are assigned to the same infoobject 0CRM_TR. Therefore, activation of the infosource causes an error.

The correction is the following:
The Datasource had the fields Territory Guid and Path Guid. The path guid should be marked as Field hidden in BW.
Or in other words in the datasource maintenance in the transaction BWA1, for the extract structure tab, the field PATH_GUID should have the value for Selection as 'A'.

I am developing a report for billed service orders . I wanted to know what is the
OBJTYPE for billing.
In the CRM_ORDER_READ function module we can see
OBJTYPE = BUS2000117 ( For Service Confirmation)
OBJTYPE = BUS2000116 ( For Service Order)
How my report will fetch only those service order details which are billed ?
Is there any common key ?

OK, next step could be to have a look to see if Plant is checked (I think it might be) and if you so could create roles on groups of plants which represent each Sales area. It's not perfect but short of changing the code (you could speak to an ABAPer to see if there is a user exit or enhancement point they could use) you could reduce some of your risk this way

I got a requirement for doing a full repair based on Transaction ID for 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_I Data Source .
Transaction ID's are not in ranges , In this case how can I load these thousands of Transaction ID 's .

Can you please tell me how many transaction ids you want to add.Any way if you are loading from source there you can fin all the transaction ids.
Eg:-If you are loading from ODS to cube then u cam go to the active table and search for the records copy all the transaction ids and paste them in an excel and count them then you can add those many rows in the info package selection tab and copy them from the excel and paste it there i hope it will not take more than 10 min. when you are adding rows in in selection select 4 or 5 transaction ids at a time and click add buton below then 5 rows will be added.
If it is perment selection then its better to add in the start routine itself.Hope this helps.

Enhancing CRM Extractors

Hello Gurus,
I have done some enhancement for 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_I data source using user exit program by calling CRM_ORDER_READ function module.
With this we are experiencing some performance problem as CRM_ORDER_READ is bit slow.
That was my concern till today......
But today when I start debugging the DS, I came to know that standard extractor itself calls CRM_ORDER_READ FM to fill some standard fields. So, I thought of enhancing the DDS at WA by adding segments and it's fields and thought that we dont need to write code for this (I mean no user exit program, but need minimum code in MAP FM). But, even I assigned segments to fields, data is not populating. The reason I found here that these enhanced filed's are not included into standard DS's ..MAP_I function module.
Here my question is, do we have to generate any thing to include those fields into the FM? If Yes, from where? Or do we have to write user exit program to fill the fields?
Or any other ways can we solve this problem?

Hi RKR,
Yes if you're using the function crm_order_read, it take quite time,,, but it's very powerfull, since it will take a lot of information from there. You just use 1 function to get so many information about order.
I suggest you 2 ways :
1. Instead using that function, you can fetch the directly to the table according to your data's need. e.g. table crmd_orderadm_h, etc.
Or.
2. You make small program in BW to get data from CRM (using fm: crm_order_read), then you put the data to some table in BW.
Then, you create generic datasource whose type is <b>view -> get data from that table in BW </b> ( not a function module).
That small program can be scheduled periodically / you use process chain in order to run :
1. the small program
2. fetching those data from table using generic datasource whose type is view.
