0FIAR_C03 load

Hi All,
The cube 0FIAR_C03 gets data from DSO 0FIAR_O03
Three extractors(0FI_AR_4,0FI_AR_3,0FIAR_O03) feeds data into the DSO 0FIAR_O03
We have a huge volume of data coming into DSO.
If we build three more dsos on top of it for logical data partitioning, will there be nay pblem.
Can anyone of one explain any problem in getting data from the three datatsources.

Three extractors(0FI_AR_4,0FI_AR_3,0FIAR_O03) feeds data into the DSO 0FIAR_O03.
0FIAR_O03 feeds 0FIAR_C03 and 0FIAR_O03 is fed by 0FI_AR_4,0FI_AR_3 .
Why are you using both 0FI_AR_3 & 0FI_AR_4 ?
This DataSource replaces DataSource 0FI_AR_3 (Accounts Receivable: Line Items) and uses the same extraction structure. The migration of DataSource 0FI_AR_3 to new DataSource 0FI_AR_4 is described in OSS note 410797.

It should be only datasource instead of 3 feeding 0FIAR_O03.

INIT load to the 0FIAR_C03

Hi
I am uploading data to the cube 0FIAR_C03, I am using the standard infosource, I have uploaded data using INIT load it replies that INIT update is not possible to the cube 0FIAR_C03 but the full load is possible.
What can I do to make it delta and INIT enabled ?

Hi Sun,
your datasource have to be replaced (from BW PlugIn 2001.1) by the new extractor 0FI_AP_4, that allows delta management !
Look at OSS Note 401646 'New DataSources for Line Items from FI-GL, FI-AP..."

Exception CX_RSR_X_MESSAGE while loading cube 0FIAR_C03 from DSO 0FIAR_O03

Dear All,
In our production system, we have transported our first infocube and dataflow 0FIAR_C03. (3.x dataflow)
First the DSO 0FIAR_O03 was loaded and the data was activated.
Then when we try to load the data ,from the DSO to the infocube 0FIAR_C03,
when we go to RSMO to check the process load, it is showing yellow colour for a very long time, and finally failing with the error -
"Short dump in the Warehouse
Diagnosis
The data update was not finished. A short dump has probably been logged in BI. This provides information about the error.
System Response
"Caller 70" is missing. "
But in RSMO. immediately after we start the load, when we check in the Details TAB, we see that , for the datapackage in the Update TAB, it is showing    "Processing end : Missing messages "
Also at this time itself it is throwing a dump in ST22, CX_RSR_X_MESSAGE -

The characteristic 0REQUEST is used in DataStore objects and characteristic 0REQUID is used in InfoCubes. Both characteristics must share the same master data ID (SID) number range. If this is not the case the following problems may occur:
transfer the InfoObject 0REQUEST from the content again:
Transaction RSOR -> BI Content -> Object Types -> under InfoObjects select 0REQUEST and transfer it to the right (note the following settings: "Only Necessary Objects"; collection mode: "Collect Automatically").

Loading data into 0FIAR_C03 A/R CUBE.

We are on BW 3.5 and I'm having an error loading data from the ods 0FIAR_003 LINE ITEMS into the cube 0FIAR_C03.
Data was successfully loaded into the ods.
The ods data is activated.
I get the error when updating the data target.
I can see in the monitor that there are a number of idocs sent but there are no idocs received.
Any suggestions on what I can check on. This is a new BW installation so there maybe a connection missing.

Hi Dennnis,
Please check the source system connection. Give ST22 to check short dumps if any. system is able to process IDOCs at the time the message sent from BW system but due to system errors this will happen.
YOu can delete the request in the Info Cube and reset the data mart status in the ODS Object and try to repeat the load Hope this will help you.

Problems loading 0FIAR_C03 infoprovider

The load to ODS is ok, but when i tried to "Upload ODS data in data target" i got the error message: "Data source 80FIAR_O03 has to be replicated" to fix this error the help says: "Copy data source again and then activate the transfer rules..." I did it but the error persist. By the way replicate in the contextual menu of infosource is the same that copy source?

The message is:
DataSource 80FIAR_O03 has to be replicated
DataSource 80FIAR_O03 does not have the same status as the source system in the Business Information Warehouse.
The time stamp in the source system is 23.08.2006 08:26:05.
The time stamp in the BW system is 21.08.2006 10:09:17.
Procedure
Copy the DataSource again and then activate the transfer rules that belong to it. You have to activate the transfer rules in every case, even if they are still active after the DataSource has been copied.
What i did as all of you mentioned:
Right-click in datasource 0FI_AR_4 and "Replicate Data Source"
SE38->RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL selecting BPR in source system and 0FI_AR_4 in Infosource.
What i am missing

Data loading into 0FIAR_C03 Line Item Cube

Hello Gurus
I am bit new to FI extraction and stuck with this problem. I am aware that we can see extract structures by tcode sbiw in r/3 and lbwe for LO cockpit. When I use SBIW in r/3 i don't see anything for FI/GL, FI/AR, FI/AP. All I see is financial accounting -special purpose ledger. Is there something wrong with my IDES version ( which is 4.7 by the way) or I should be looking somewhere else ?

0FI_AR_4 extractor loaded data doesn't match ECC

Hi all.
I load data through 0FI_AR_4 into 0FIAR_O03 DSO and 0FIAR_C03 by several FULL loads (closed fiscal periods) and Initial Delta. When I check amounts in BI and ECC using fbl5n I get these figures:
2 542 230 491,77 in BI
2 542 229 491,77 in ECC
As you can see data almost the same except the fact what in BI it is 1000 more.
I got more amount differences by Dunning Level.
I have no idea why. Any ideas?

If you did the history loads then a init no data txf when the users where still posting data then yes you will get balance differences at a dunnign level
This is because the concept of closed fiscal periods as I explained in another of your posts has absolutely no concept within AR (yes you can close periods for NEW Postings) - when you dunn a customer you will dunn outstanding requestys in a prior period - thus the full loads didnt pick this up
Of course you could have thought all this through and arranged downtime when you did you history loads and then tht init
Normally for a AR4 take on after productive start you do a init no data txf - then history repair loads not the other ay around - because the change documents for prioe periods will never come through

Reload some package from 0fiar_o03 to 0fiar_c03

Hi,
The ODS was loading fine from R/3 but the load from 0fiar_o03 to 0fiar_c03 have two yellow data packages marked . How can I reload the two yellow data packages marked to 0fiar_c03?. Manually put the status to green, is that bad?

      Update ( 0 new / 0 changed ) : Warning received
         Message Missing: End Update for 0FIAR_C03
      Processing end : Missing messages

0fiar_o03 to 0fiar_c03 very very slow

Hi guys,
3 months ago i initialized the 0fiar_c03 infocube the whole processs took 5 hours for 2.051.350 records.... 1 hour in load from r/3 and 4 hours from 0fiar_o03 to 0fiar_c03... but now due a cancelled job in r/3 it took 4 hours from r/3 and 22 hours!!!! from 0fiar_o03 to 0fiar_c03 for 2.077.177
What should i check?

Did you delete DB index of 0fiar_c03 before loading ?? some time index will cause problem ..
Yes i deleted index and agreggates via manage->performance->delete indexes

I cant delta load 0fiar_c03 from ODS, when i try to load from ODS the message is "Data target 0FIAR_C03 still includes delta request REQU_65Y8C7DW98ONRE5G2PGHTSLET"... i deleted the request in infocube but the message is still the same... any clues please???

It seems that the update tried to reload all the ODS because after i deleted the request for the tables you mentioned now the message is for another request... can i delete the content of the infocube and loaded again from ODS checking initial load??

0FIAR_C03 Open line items

Hi,
I am trying to load open items using 0FIAR_C03, i am in confuse to choose between 0FI_AR_3 AND 0FI_AR_4. Which one must i choose to pull open items from bsid table, but i needs to add SHKZG, DMBTR,WRBTR, INFAE, UMSKS,ZUDNR FIELDS TO THAT EXTRACT STRUCTURE.
PLEASSSE HELP ME

Hi Raja ,
u should use fi_ar_4 , as 0FI_AR_3 is replaced by 0FI_AR_4.
And this data source is extracting the data from BSID and BDAD tables , so u can get both open as well cleared items.
U donn't need to add fields line SHKZG , DMBTR , WRBTR as it is available in target.
DMBTR is available as 0DEB_CRE_LC and WRBTR is available as 0DEB_CRE_DC . U also have CREDIT_LC and DEBIT_LC which canserve the purpose for SHKZG (As it is mean for debitand credit identifier but u r getting the value in two diffrent info object 0CREDIT_LC and 0DEBIT_LC) .
UMSKS,ZUDNR are also available , please check ..

SAP Best Practice: Problems with Loading of Transaction Data

Hi!
I am about to implement SAP Best Practices scenario "B34: Accounts Receivable Analysis".
Therefore I load the data from SAP ERP IDES system into SAP NetWeaver 2004s system.
My problems are:
when I try to load the Transaction data for Infosources 0FI_AR_4 and 0FI_AR_6 I get the following errors/warnings:
when I start the "schedule process" the status getting still "yellow 14:27: 31(194 from 0 records)"
On the right side I see some actions that are also "yellow", e.g. "DataStore Activation (Change Lo ): not yet activated".
As a result I cannot see any data in tcode "RSRT" executing the queries "0FIAR_C03/...".
The problems there
1) Input help of the web template of query don't contain any values
2) no data will be shown
Can some one help me to solve this problem?

Be in the monitor window where u got the below issue

and go to environment in the menu options TransactRFC--->in the sourcesystem...
give the logon details and enter and from there give the correct target destination as ur BI server and execute...
if u find some idoc's pending there push that manually using F6..
and come back to ur load and refresh....
if still it doen't turn green u can manully change status to red in STATUS tab and come to processing tab and expand ur processing details and right click on ur data packet which was not yet updated and select manual update...
it shows busy status and when it comes out of that once again refresh...

"Error occurred in the data selection" on init delta load ODS- InfoCube

Hi, gurus and experts!
I'm trying to do Init delta load from 0FIAR_O03 ODS into 0FIAR_C03 InfoCube in PRD env. by InfoPackage "Initialize with delta transfer (with data transfer)". Immediately after the load was started I got error
"Error occurred in the data selection"
with details
"Job terminated in source system --> Request set to red".
Where are no any short dumps. There are 1 activated init load in ODS - nearly 6 500 000 records.
Any ideas about error? And the way I can load data?

Hi Gediminas Berzanskis,
I faced the similar error when I tried to load data from an ODS which contained huge amount of data to a Cube. Even in your case the volume of data is more (around 6.5 million records). The error could be due to the table space issue, please contact your Basis team to check if enough table space exist for both the data targets.
Meanwhile you may also check the RFC connection of the Myself source system.
You can replicate the DSO datasource once and then reactivate the transfer rules using the program RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL.
Try load with a small amount of data with a Full load option and then with a delta option..

Uknown Error in update rules while loading into InfoCube

I load data from BC 0FIAR_O03 ODS into BC 0FIAR_C03 ICube.
While loading I got error on second data package (1st package loading ok)
The error message in monitor informs about error in update rules.
I got nothing special than I looked into Application Logs (tcode SM21). It tells about message 560 with addition "no documentation exists for message 00560"...
I can't get what's wrong. The update rules for ICube is BC without any modifications and data loaded succefully into ODS.... Any ideas?? Where I can find more inforamtion about error occured during update??

update rule terminated if data load contains more than 1 data package. don't know why. I solved problem by spliting load process by Fiscal Year ranges

Delta loading in info cube

Hi Gurus,
I am trying to load a cube 0fiar_c03 using delta mechanism. In the infopackage i have given as initialize delta process and while i tried to delta in extraction mode it is saying that delta mechanism is not possible and please use full update. Whether delta load is possible in this cube or should i follow some other procedure for delta load.

Sanity check the datasource you are using is DELTA capable itself.
After that ,create IP as INIT to load data from ECC to PSA
create DTP - DELTA to load from PSA to Infocube (no need of creating INIT DTP)..
