0FITV_C01 Travel Costs - Travel Details
I'm looking at BC Infocube 0FITV_C01 and I cant see anywhere that I can report on things like the travel details that we store e.g. Destination & Reason for travel etc. Are these in this cube and I'm just missing where? Is there another cube that contains this sort of info or is some customization required?

I am running into the same situation. I see that 0FITV_C02 Travel Planning seems to have more of the travel details.
Any regrets or advice on customizing 0FITV_C01? (in general, but also versus using 0FITV_C02?)
I'm also experiencing situtation of 0FITV_C01 - 0TV_ACCDATE Settlement Date not mapped in Business Content Update Rule.

Copying the cost centre details to all line items in SC
HI all,
Im working on SRM 5.0.We are creating mult line item SC's.My reqt is that once i enter the cost centre details in the 1st item of the SC,that cost centre value should be copied automatically to all the line items in the cart w/o click of any button.
My problem is that the CHNAGE badi cannot be used as the copying should be done immediately after the 1st item details are entered and w/o clicking of any button on the sceen,

Once you gave the Account assignment for your first line item, you should have the button "Change All Items in Document".
If you manage to use it, then you only have to push it once => it will be copied automatically to all items of the SC.

Help on few questions on Personnel Cost Planning Detail (tx. PHCPDETL)

I have few questions on Personnel Cost Planning Detail (tx. PHCPDETL) :
1. User authorizations can be restricted to Cost Item Level and/or Cost Center.?
2. Is it advisable to use structural authorizations on Planners- Line Manager levels? Can budget personnel cost plan be posted incompleted?
3. Can a cost item created for an Org Unit be populated through all Persons-Positions in your Plan?
4. Can you have general guideliness check for each event that line managers apply to their personnel cost plan?5. Is there an automatic way to display (not using Insert Quota Feature not IT1019) the Vacants in your Organizational domain?
6. Can I have by roles definition, Cost Items to be used by an specific planner through all plans?
I appreciate any guidance you can give me.

The check for SSO exists inside the std function module HR_HCP_DETAIL_START via the following Method Call
CALL METHOD viewer->enable_sapsso EXPORTING enabled = 'X' EXCEPTIONS OTHERS = 99.
You may have to copy the TCode & the subesequent function calls to eliminate this check.. I would suggest getting your BASIS to set up the SSO as a better option.

How to Insert record in IT0014 along with cost Assignment details - FM Pls.

I want to insert record in info type 0014 along with Cost Assigment details.
I used FM - HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION and RP_PLANT_DATA_UPDATE_TABLES.
It works fine, but if I go and check PA20 after execution of program, ICON (Cost Assignment details) is not showing up on screen PA20. But If I check cost assignment tables (ASSOB & ASSHR) the record is present.
Please let me know how to insert record in IT0014 along with Cost Assignment details.

Production Order COst Itemization details : which table stores the data
Hi gurus ,
Please help in the followoing scenario
For any production order : GOTO > Costs>Itemization : it says Planned values are recalculated
At which table level we would retrieve the Itemization details for any production order(containing Material).
The requirement is to develope a report to display the Cost Itemization details for any production Order.
Any help is appreciative or helpful.

Requirement of Cost Estimate Details Material-wise
Hi,
Kindly let me know the tablenames or Tcodes in which Cost Estimate details are stored material-wise(FG or SFG)
For E.g.
1 Raw Materials 0.58
2 Packing Material 1.23
3 Man Power 0.15
4 Utilities 0.71
5 Q C Overhead 1.94
6 Depreciation 0.91
7 Factory Overhead 0.07
8 Admin- Overhead
9 Other Overheads
Final Cost 5.59 ( Material Standard Price Derivation)
Standard SAP Report should give above details directly after enter range of SFG or FG Materials

You Estimate the Standard Cost using Transaction Code CK11N, Mark and Release in CK24.
For any Material, SFG or FG, you can view the Standard Cost Estimate
1.Using Transaction Code CK13N.
You can find bothe "Itemization" View (as you asked in your question) and "Cost Component View" there.
2. Alternatively, to be comparitively easy, go to the Material Master of any particular Material for which you want to see the Standard Cost Estimate, Go to "Costing 2" view, you will be able to see there "Future Planned Price", "Current Standard Price" and "Previous Price".
You can simply press on any of the above "buttons" (Press "Current" to view) and the system will take you to the Standard Cost Estimate screen.

Blackberry Travel details not updating in calendar
Hi I'm using Q10, release 10.1.0.273. Blackberry Travel is not automatically adding trip details into calendar as the old versions did. I've followed the knowledge base directions and everything is set as it should be. Thanks for the help

In BlackBerry Travel swipe from the top and choose settings. Then open Calendar sync and is everything set to On? Also are you logged into the email address that receives the travel emails?

Personnel Cost Planning - Detail Planning
I would like to ask you if some user in R3 system can handle the detail planning functionality of personnel cost planning component for all the plans-scenarios for all existing organizational units;
how is it possible and through wich connection between the user and this role.
(For example this user must be able to add or to increase cost items to the total sum of the company)

Please review the note 736170 and make sure that the suggested support package is implemented in your system.
And also please check if your cost plan has the 'Detail Planning Possible' date filled in, because it should be maintained.
If Badi HRHCP00_RESP_OBJECTS activated, then did you try to regenerate the Badi definition for checking the
resposible objects? (Se18)
Is any other Badi activ instead of this one?
In IMG - Cost Plan Runs - Badi Specify Authorizations & Objects in Area of Responsibility if badi is activated, see if you get this error if you deactivate it.
Please check further the configuration for the BSP application. Is transaction PHCPDETLC called properly?

Distribution cost center details
Hi
In payroll while posting to FI the wagetypes will post to FI costcenter wise, if there is any
distribution cost centers it will post through distribution % to FI
Is there any table where we can get those details % distribution amount

WBS Element Actual Cost and 'Detailing the Value Type ' issue
Hello BW Experts ,
I want to extract the WBS Element Actual Cost and Revenue.
I have selected the data source 0CO_OM_WBS_6 .
In this data source there is a field Detailing the value type ' 0VTDETAIL.
As per SAP BI Help if the value of this field exists between 1 to 4 then it is actual cost of WBS ( also Key figure Category 0METYPE should be 1000 for actual cost and for revenue it is 1001).
value 4 of 0VTDETAIL means CO Activity Allocations.
When I see the data from this data source in RSA3 , I could not get any WBS whose 0VTDETAIL is 1 to 4 and Key Firgure Category as 1000, value type = 10.
Is there any other data source I should select in order to get actual cost for WBS ?
I can see the settelment cost whose 0VTDETAIL = 5 through this data source in RSA3.
But I want to see the data for the Actual Cost whose 0VTDETAIL = 4 .
What could be the reason ?

The Actual Cost posted by our Functional Consultant is USD 250, but i am getting the Total Actual cost is ZERO (Sum of -250 +250) as i shown above.
the posted actual cost is +250, finally we need this figure only,
if i do restriction on Sender receiver Indicater field with S than i will get Actual Cost 250, but in SAP standard RKF for Actual Cost there is no restriction on Sender receiver Indicater field (S & H)

Track changes for Standard Heirarchy Cost Center details( Tcode: OKEON)
Hi all,
I have a requirement to track the changes for <b>Standard Heirarchy Cost Center</b> data and whenever it change i need to initimate with email to certain group of people in organization.
Transaction code : OKEON .
Whenever standard heirarchy get changes then i need to send email to certain group people .
My findings and questions are as follows :
1. I understand that the changes can be track by using CDHDR table .
2. What is Object Class for Standard Heirarchy Cost Center ?
3. Is there any standard report available for that please let me know .
4. How to track the changes when Cost center Group got changes ?
5. Is there any exits or BADI for this requirement ?
