0material cannot be activated

Hi, all.
We just installed 0material from BCT and it is inactivated. When I tried to activate it, it is complaining transformation 0CS4209GHWVESUN9YOCRUFGLA5F2DL6U inactive(datasource is 0ARTICLE_ATTR). Now when I tried to activate the transformation, it complains 0material is inactive. So we are in a circle of doom. Any idea how to get out of this would be much appreciated.

Hi Jonathon,
Could you try locating the transformation in table TADIR.
If the package assigned was $TMP, then when you deleted the transformation, it would not have been transported to Quality and at the same time would have been deleted from your development system.
If the assigned package is $TMP, then change it to your transport package by doing an debug on that particular table entry in Development.
Then collect this object manually in a separate request and transport it to Quality.
We experienced a similar problem and were able to solve it in the above manner.

Hi everyone,
I've been banging my head against this for a while and hope someone can help me.
Running Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard with Service Pack 1.
When I try to add the Active Directory Domain Services role to the server it gets to about 90% complete and then dies.
The ServerManager.log shows the following information, I have run the System Readiness Tool - output below - with no errors found.
At a loss on what to do next. The only other links I've found suggest rebuilding the server which I would really like to avoid...

Thanks for posting.
Performed some research and some results say that this problem can be caused by HD Write Caching.
To disable Write Caching:
1. Go to Device Manager.
2.Click the plus sign (+) next to the Disk Drives branch to expand it.
3.Right-click the drive on which you want to enable or disable disk write caching, and then click Properties.
4.Click the Disk Properties tab.
5.Click to select or clear the Write Cache Enabled check box as appropriate.
6.Click OK.
If no luck, Please check if any erros can be found in Event log, Dcpromoui.Log and Dcpromo.log

'Iphone may be damaged and cannot be activated for service'

Ive just bought a used iphone4. it arrived having been cleared and reset.
I connected to itunes and upgraded to the new software. Then it worked for half a day. Then a message came up saying i need ot restore the phone.
So i plugged it in again and at the end of the uprgrade sequence it comes up with-
'Problem with the iphone - may be damaged and cannot be activated for service' - please visit apple store.
Its obviously out of warranty and the apple store is a long way away. Ive only had it a day and im assured its never been jailbroken, dropped or water damaged.
I know loads of people have had this message come up and people have recommened going to the apple store. But before i make the long trek i just wanted to know if anyone ever came up with a solution to fix this and use the phone again.
Any help much appreciated. back on sh+tty blackberry!!

Preview's "Import from Scanner" documents -Text Tool cannot be activated.

Any documents created within 10.6 and printed/saved as a pdf file can be opened in Preview and the Text Tool activated allowing selection of text and copy/paste or text highlight actions made.
Using OSX 10.6.7 Preview application using the File > Import from Scanner (Epson V500 scanner), the scanned document cannot activate the Text Tool. Only the Move and Select tools cans be selected, activated and used. It's as if Preview's document scanned image using Format-PDF, the scans appear to be an image scan of the text/document into a PDF file and not using OCR to allow a Text Edit.
I can scan a printed document using Acrobat and my Epson scanner and the text tool within Acrobat or Adobe Reader works fine.
Is this a shortcoming within Preview using Format-PDF that the Text tool cannot be activated or used on Preview scanned documents containing text? If so why is Preview's text tool even offered?

After further research I have been able to answer my own question regarding-
"Preview's "Import from Scanner" documents -Text Tool cannot be activated."
In Apples Mac 101 Support article entitled: "Using a scanner (Mac 10.6) last modified on March 15, 2011, states: "Item 6. Click Scan to scan. Note: The scanned items will become JPEG images with 300 dpi"
So there it is…Any item (or printed document) scanned under Preview using the selected Format-PDF will be scanned as a JPEG image.
That' s why the Text Tool cannot be activated, it's not being scanned as text but as an image.
If a document is created within the computer via Pages, Text Edit, Word etc. and saved using the "Print-PDF-Save asPDF" file option, the already digitized text is saved within the PDF file and can then the PDF file can be opened in Preview and the Text Tool will be available for use to copy/paste or highlight.

You can NOT use a non-AT&T SIM in your phone. AT&T will NOT unlock iPhones for any reason.

I am very disappointed (yet I somewhat understand) Apple and how they completely have no interest in helping return lost items. I don't believe the person who traded me this was from around here so I don't even know where to begin. I seen on ebay you can sell them for parts but I don't really believe in doing that and would like to at least try my best to get it back to whom it belongs to. I will be contacting my local police department regarding this but I don't think they will be able to do much if it was stolen from somewhere else. Go to SWDD and activate the workflow template. Then go to SWU_OBUF and refresh the buffers, and then refresh the org environment using the option in SWUD-->Problem:Workflow Does not start menu path. Test your event again
If still no joy goto SWUD go to Test Environment and select simulate event taking note of the messages code displayed.

Excel designer cannot be activated

I have Visual Studio 2013 and have a project in development that has worked for a couple of months. All of a sudden I was no longer able to open the excel worksheet in design mode as I get the error "Excel designer cannot be activated". I can open
the code but not the excel designer. I have repaired, reinstalled both VS and Excel. I re-imaged my PC and it worked for about a week or so then I got the same error again. This should not occur or if it is something we are doing incorrectly Microsoft should
be able to tell us what the issue is.
I have seen this question asked 3 times on here without one vote as a valid answer. Obviously this is a bug within Visual Studio. Is Microsoft going to respond with a fix or a workaround that resolves this issue? This issue hinders development of our office
related application project.
One more piece of information. I found out that if someone else logs onto my workstation they do not have the issue. Therefore, this seems to be related to the registry for the current user.

As far as I know, "Visual Studio Tools for Office Design-Time Adaptor for Excel" is used to work for it, please make sure this add-in is active.

This is so our guests cannot tamper or disable the device. We are already using Apple Configurator but their does not seem to be a way to lock down settings without a PIN.

Updateable = Always
Queyable is Checked
Passivative is checked
in the view properties, tab Tuning => No Rows
and "Fill Last Page " and "Passivate State " and "Including All Transient Variables"
all the 3 are checked
the view is NOT based on Entity Object
i use this view for holding data from SelectOneListBox
should i modify the view by any way ?
