Hi!!
Im using the cube 0PUR_C04 in a standard mode; I activated the infosources and update rules and when I saw the content of infocube some key figures dont have information, I revised the update rules and found this key figures that dont have actualization and I revised the infosource and found that this version dont have this key figures, but the older (2lis_02_s011) have it.
Im using the infosources 2lis_02_ITM, 2lis_02_HDR and 2lis_02_SCL and I really confused about the use of this cube; I followed the instructions of best practices.

Go To Business content level... find out the 0pur_c04..
according to .. cube.. you have to install infobojects like char and key figure..
and also infosource..

HI all,
Iam actually designing purchase order to payment report, the data of which is spread across 0pur_c04 & 0figl_o02, i have mapped the purchase order number of 0pur_c04 with that of purchase order number of 0figl_o02, but the problem is that if include po line item iam getting the records in two seperate line items because if 0figl_o02 doesn't contain the po line item.
kindly help how to achieve this to have line item wise detailed report.

It is true, you will be getting two or more lines when you have the line item number, if the purchase order has only one line item, where you able to keep the data in one line with both purchase and general ledger information? I am wondering how you did that using multiprovider. The only solution I can think of is not to give line item information in the report.

hi experts,
can someone give the update rule/routine for uploading 0ORDER_VAL(effective order value) into the cube 0PUR_C04 and the calculations for it?
and also some explantion on how this effective purchase order value 0ORDER_VAL is calculated*??

If you are using standard content for 0PUR_C04, you can get the update rule in standard update rules, which you can see in Business content on Metadata repository. For standard content four data source used to fill cube. Purchasing Group (2LIS_02_S011 ), Purchasing Data (2LIS_02_HDR), Pur.Data (2LIS_02_SCL) and Purchasing Data (2LIS_02_ITM). The mapping for different update rules are done as:

Init load to 0pur_C01 and 0pur_c04

Hi MM Gurus,
I have activated both cubes in our BI 7.0 system Cube 0pur_c01 for detailed reporting, *C04 for the purchasing groups.
When I am filling both cubes at the same time by using infosources
2LIS_02_HDR, 2LIS_02_ITM, 2LIS_02_SCL the requests in the cube 0pur_c04 stay on QM status yellow: "indifferent, not yet finished".
And the requests are not visible for the reporting without QM action.
The requests of the other cube 0pur_c01 have status green.
I also loaded data in full update mode to the cube 0pur_c04 wih the same result.
The results seem to be correct in reporting,
even on the detailed view in the package all is green - only the overall status is yellow.
Anyone an idea how to get these requests automaticaly to status green?

Hi,
Follow the steps below.
Please do this,
Go to Your Cube/ODS manage Data Targets screen
Select Environment Menu >> Automatic Request Processing
Select the option Selt Quality status to OK
Save the settings, when prompted for Transport Request, create a new request and transport across.

while consulting help.sap regarding the standard BW cubes 0PUR_C01 and 0PUR_C04, i get the following information (in regards to extractors to activate):

You can supply this InfoCube with data using either the conventional extraction method or the new one:

Deleting/reconstructing indexes for InfoCube 0PUR_C04 is not permitted

Hello,
I have got the above error today while monitoring process chains. i.e error in create index and showing as 'Deleting/reconstructing indexes for InfoCube 0PUR_C04 is not permitted ' i will get this error every week and i'll repeat this ,but it is not working this time and is giving error
Last week also i've faced the same problem and i've gone for manual creation and even that too did'nt work,and i m facing same problem this week as these r weekely loads
Could any one tell me what the problem is..? as i have told u last week i have checked the create index and still it is in checked mode..Is this the problem?

Yes i have checked create index (batch) in performance tab last week, bcos i've faced same problem last week ,so i thought of creating the index again and that did'nt work. And i went for repair indexes(immediately) and that too did'nt work ,the job got cancelled in SM 37
And even this week(7/8/2007) also i have faced the same problem and the check button is still there for create index(batch), i have'nt checked any thing apart from this. Even i've checked in SM12 for lock entries but there r no any.
As i have mentioned chain is scheduled weekely.
how do i proceed? Step by step would be appreciated

2LIS_02_HDR and 0PUR_C04 (701)

Hi,
I encounter problems while trying to activate BI content MM-PUR.
Release = 701 0006 SAPKW70106 EHP 1
Cube 0PUR_C04 is linked to infosource 2LIS_02_HDR version 3x.
Datasource 2LIS_02_HDR is on version 7 and is linked to another infosource 2LIS_02_HDR which is on version 7.
I'm not able to find something to reconciliate this problem with the BI content catalogue.
The replication is automatically with version 7.
There is no transfer rules.
I encounder the same problems with 2LIS_02_ITM and other infoproviders DSO/cubes.
Can someone help me, give me a tip on that issue?

Hi Fab,
This is happening because of your BI content version. Please request your basis to upgrade your BI content to version 3 (703) and level 16. That should solve your issue. We also had similar issue and we found a solution in the above mentioned version of BI content. Let me know if you have any further questions.

Error while loading Purchasing Cube.

Hi All,
I am loading the data to Purchasing Group Cube "0PUR_C04" with the data source 2LIS_02_SCL. The laod fails saying that "The material MB0214363L does not exist or is not activated" When I checked the same material in R/3 I could see it as the deleted material. I am unable to load the data in BI even when in Error Handling I select "Update valid records". Please guide me in that, its very urgent. I will assign points.

Select the option load even if master does not exists in the InfoPackage

Load the master data for material and activate it

We currently work with BI NW2004s SP10. We created transformation for mapping InfoSource and InfoCube based on 3.x transfer rule. For example, we used cube 0PUR_C04 and Data Source 2LIS_02_ITM_CP. And the transformation is "TRCS Z2LIS_02_ITM_CP -> CUBE 0PUR_C04". Everytime when we tried to load data via DTP. A runtime short dump occurred: ASSIGN_TYPE_CONFLICT
Error analysis:
You attempted to assign a field to a typed fie but the field does not have the required type.
we went back and forth to activated transformation and DTP. But still, same error occurred.
Any idea, please !!!!

User Exit for Variable which calls to a Function Module is NOT working ???

The query is on 0PUR_C04 and passing 0SCL_DELDAT to Function Module Z_WORKDAY to get the Next Business Day by using the company Calendar(30). The following code is NOT working and what is WRONG with it, PLEASE? The FM is working FINE.

I'm using cubes 0PUR_C01 and 0PUR_C04, thta receive data from DS 2LIS_02_HDR, 2LIS_02_ITM and 2LIS_02_SCL.
I'm having some data inconsitencies in the queries.
I've looked to the update rules, and realized 0REVERSEDOC, 0VERSION, 0INFO_REC and 0INFO_TYPE where not mapped.
from what I've been reading I tink this might be the reason my data is not correct.
My question is, how should I map them... To what fields and what type of mapping (direct, routine, etc)?
Also, are there any steps that are necessary in R3 side? (i've activated the DS, included BW in trs BF11, defined industry, delete/setup tables)
Can anyone help?

0REVERSEDOC is used in BW to indicate if the record is canceled or deleted in ECC ,This InfoObject has got three values: R,X and # values,
You can map this field to STORNO .
0version is refer to the version of the item like Actual or plan version...
You can check below table for mapping between field and infoobject .

Data load taking lot of time

Hi All,
I am trying to upload 2LIS_02_SCL data, I am trying to refresh the entire data using Init, it is taking lot of time in Prodcution. This is creating the problem for me for next Back ground Job which runs in the night for delta's. Please can anybody guide me how to speed up the load? This datasource is connected to 2 Infocubes and 1 ODS.

R/3:
Locked all R/3 users.
Deleted from LBWG.
Filled setup tables using Document Date from 2006 to 2008 (Month wise i have filled).
BW:
I have cleaned entire data from 0PUR_C01 and 0PUR_C04.
Loaded data at a time to 2 Cubes and 1 ODS using Init upload.
It is started taking long time. Actual problem is load was not finished at the time of Daily load Process Chain starts(Night).
I have cancelled the job. made available only delta to Process Chain.
Now problem is escaled, again i started today same Init for 1 Cube only, again taking long time.

Key figures are not available when i performing LBWE action

I am trying to load 2lis_02_hdr, 2lis_02_itm and 2lis_02_scl to infocube 0pur_c04.
But whatever the key figures available in the cube its not appear in the R/3 side data Source.. but those keyfigures are available in LIS structure.. for that how can i bring those key figures to dataSource for using LO Cockpit..
I heard we need to perform some prerequistes in SBIW.. let me know in breif with step by step..

2LIS_02_HDR, ITM and SCL do not take data from S011 but directly from transactionnal tables like EBEP, EBKO, EBPO (names quoted from memory).
So you have to look for the key figures from those tables and not the one in S011.
Historically, the three datasource were built to replace 2LIS_02_S011 but the calculations to rebuild the keyfigures were delivered in BW in an old BCT that made the conversions. The logic and modeling have changed completely.
If you really need to transfer S011 to BW without remodelling the data, you may want to use a generic extractor based on S011 (provided you have a delta key available).
Otherwise, in SBIW, Options for datasource specific to the application, Logistics, purchasing, you have two customizing transactions. you have to define branch and process key to load data into BW. But that will not have any effect to LBWE.

I am using my ECC 5.0 as BW system as it got BW 3.5.. and I am really trying to see the Business Content Cubes like 0PUR_C01,0PUR_C04 etc... and in RSA1>Business Content> Object Types I could see only the Technical Content cubes..(not able to see the SD,MM..etc related cubes)...
And yeah I have R/3 PI installed with 2004_1_490 Version.. and so I could see all the Business Content DataSources in the source system...
Is there one more PI for BW?? or the same as above??
