1 Button 2 Functions

Im working with Luminary Micro Evaluation Board (LM3S8962). In a case structure One case Clears screen when select button is pushed. I would like to make it so it also Stops the program when the same button is pushed for a period of time....Lets say 5 seconds.....But if the select button is not pushed and held then it just clears screen and keeps running. I cant seem to figure out how to use the Elapsed Time VI correctly or maybe there is another way..??? Also What I've tryed with the Elapsed time VI it seems to pick up where it left off as far as counting so by the time I push select lets say 3 times (eventhough push and release) it returns a true. Can anyone help?

Im an electronics student and I just got started with Labveiw so everything is still pretty confusing. I opened up an event structure but as I started disecting it and reading about it I became Very lost. If you dont mind, Can you break it down like your talking to a four year old . Do I use the event structure outside of the case structure? Do i use it in the same case as the reset button or make another case??? What terminals do I need to connect to what....... I was up reading about the parts of the Event structure which seemed to get me nowhere because I needed to know what the other things are that are involved. What I am building is an Etch-a-Sketch to run on an ARM controller OLED. Everything works except this stop button Idea.

Radio buttons in function module.

Hi,
I have developed a function module which internally calls abap report with SUBMIT command. However, the abap report has radio buttons on selecton screen. So I would like to know how to define radio buttons in function module or is there any alternative to overcome this problem?
ABAP code in function module :
submit zodmr_report    with p_vkorg = bukrs
                         with s_off in vkbur
                         with s_vtweg in vtweg
                         with s_spart in spart
                         with s_dsa in dsa
                         with s_ext in allocation_id
                         with p_yyyymm = year_month
                         and return.
( ABAP report "ZODMR_REPORT" has two radio buttons)

Hi,
To the best of my knowledge you need to create an IMPORT parameter of type SY-DYNNY And pass your selection screen to the FM. If this will not serve your purpose, then Instead of Standard Selection Screen with number 1000, use custom defined Screen number.

IPOD Mini front panel buttons not functioning

First of all, thanks for reading my message.
I have this wierd problem. My front panel buttons namely Menu, forward, rewind, play/pause and wheel donot work.
The thing that is wierd is that my ipod is still functional using the remote. Even when I am playing MP3s using remote, those regular buttons dont function. They look like they are dead, no response what so ever.
Since the remote has limited buttons I want my front panel buttons to work. Any inputs on this regard is appretiated.

I can charge my IPOD.
sync it to itunes.
Hold works.
ear phone jack works.
In all my IPOD is in a state similar to what you have when you switch to "HOLD". Irespective of whether I swith the hold button or not.

Bluetooth keyboard button stops functioning

Hey guys,
I got to buy me each year at least one new bluetooth keyboard as some day one of the keys stop to work.
Last time it was the W and this time now it is Q button stop functioning.
Any idea if this is a known qality issue of the keyboard or if there is a way to reset or any thing like that.
I like the kb but it really ***** I got to buy me a new one at least once a year.....

ALV buttons not functioning

Hi,
I created a user-defined screen in an alv report.
MODULE status_9001 OUTPUT.
   "SET PF-STATUS 'ZMAIN'
    ENDMODULE.
When I run the report, the alv defined buttons are not getting activated. I activated them in the interface but still they are unfunctional. Kindly suggest what to do.

Simple Button not functioning correctly?

The button functions correctly, but for some reason when I launch the flash page, the button shows up with the alpha at 50%. I narrowed it down to the var elasticTween3:Tween = new Tween(my_box,"alpha",Strong.easeOut, 0.5, 1, 1, true); line of code, but I need that line to fade the alpha from 50% to 100% when mouse out occurs. Am I missing something??

make sure that code executes exactly once. ie, that frame shouldn't be re-entered. use the trace() function to confirm, if you think you've prevented re-entry.

Simple button not functioning?

I've been staring at this code for an hour. Maybe I need a break? This is a very simple button that just won't accept my touch events.
I have a movie clip. It's instance name is "boardA." The name of the symbol is "letterA" and it is linked to a class file called "Letters" (which is properly linked, I checked).
This is the code in the class file:

I even moved the touch event to the main frame "boardA.addEventListener(TouchEvent.TOUCH_BEGIN, createLetter)" and it still didn't work. Nothing when I touch the button.
What am I missing here?

No. Letters.as is in com/freerangeeggheads/spellmaster. It's linked as such - here is the text.
The base class is: com.freerangeeggheads.spellwhiz.Letters
The class is: letterA
When I click the green check box it tell me it can find the class, and when I click the edit class button it takes me to the proper script file.
I also have the file imported into my main frame.

How can I get chekbox or button to function as copy and pasting the information on acrobat?

I need to have a checkbox or a button where information will be copied from another filled out text. For example, when you purchase something online, there is a box where you can click if you billing address is the same as shipping address. When you click on the box, the whole entire information under shipping address gets copied on billing address.
Can somebody please help me how I can do this function on adobe acrobat? I am using windows by the way.

• Did You try more than one stand alone DVD-player ?
• When You burned Your DVD - Did the internal Hard disk have more than 25Gb free space
iDVD and Mac OS Can't address any other for it's temp files - pretty important.
If so I would.
*Not knowing the origin to Your problem - General approach when in trouble is as follows:*
• Free space on internal (start-up) hard disk if it is less than 10Gb should rather have 25Gb
• Hard disk is untidy: Repair Permissions, Repair Hard disk (Apple Disc Util tool)
• Delete iDVD pref file - *or rather start a new user/account* - log into this and re-try
• Program miss-match: iDVD 5.0.2, Mac OS X.4.11 AND QuickTime 7.5.5 - is OK - DON’T work under Leopard
• Program miss-match: iDVD 6.0.4, Mac OS X.4.11 AND QuickTime 7.5.5 - is OK (might work under Leopard)
• Program miss-match: iDVD’08 v. 7.0.1, Mac OS X.4.11 AND QuickTime 7.5.5 - is OK (might work under Leopard)
• iDVD (08) v7 Locate theme folder. Move out iDVD1, iDVD 2 and eventually iDVD4 folders to desktop - re-try
• Try a Cleaning CD/DVD that cleans the laser lens on the DVD burner/player
iDVD 6.0.4 and iDVD 7.0.1 are compatible with Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard

I deleted every iDVD application and folder from my boot drive,
emptied the trash and then installed iDVD 08 using the customize option
and I am up and running.

How to give a button multiple functions

So I have a button for audio which plays it and a button that stops the audio. What would I need to do with the actionscripting to hide the play audio button when the music is playing and just show the audio off button, and then hide the off button when it's clicked and show the play button in its place?

Photo album: Play button not functioning on slide show

In order to learn this album construction, I've begun by just copying the files from the demo (http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/spry/demos/gallery_pe/dynamic/index.html), renaming the paths and throwing in some new images. BUT, the Play button doesn't work. It doesn't work on the demo either.
Is there a js function call that I'm missing? If so, where would the call and function be placed?
