$ 1 delivery entry appearing in MD04.

Hi,
There is $1 entry which is not relevant and appearing in MD04 transaction.
Please suggest how to remove this entry.

what do you exactly mean by $1
is it displayed with this characters in MD04, or do you just don't want to see deliveries for small values in MD04?
if a delivery is shown in MD04 which should not be there, then you can execute SDRQCR21 report, this report rebuilds the requirments from sales order and deliveries

Hi PP Gurus,
In the sales there are 6 line items are there out of which for 1 line item delivery and PGI happened. And for remaining line items delivery got cancelled, but these line items for which delivery cancelled appearing in the MD04, I have rejected the sales order line items but these line items still shows in MD04. Please advise how to remove these line items from MD04.

Pl refer SAP Note : 1166713 for the Problem which says " You have posted goods issue and therefore the delivery requirements should no longer be existing. These inconsistencies can be seen using report SDRQCR21"

Order Created with 3 materials with 0ne qty each, delivery crated 3 materials but for two materilas delivery qty and picking qty is one for third material (material X) delivery qty is ZERO, overal PGI status Completed.
One material (material X) sales order qty is One.
Delievry qty is ZERO.
this sales order not appearing in MD04,
I have created another sales order with same material delievry not created this sales order number showing in MD04.
why its nt showing previous sales order.
i need solution urgently..

Sales Order deleted but Demand still appear on MD04

Dear Master , anyone know for a Sales Order been deleted but the Demand still appear on MD04, I even tried as below but still no solution
- ran report SDRQCR21 in SE38 that cleared up the demand.
- Try rerunning MRP with planning mode 3
- Mark delivery complete for the order.and make rejection in the sales order by entering the reason.

1) Please check any Open delivery is exist for the order, if yes delete the Delivery
2) Close the order by order rejection
3) run SDRQCR21 in SE38 with data transfer , planning file entry and processing per material tick
4) This will remove the planning file entry and demand and run MRP
5) If problem still exist , then raise a Question to SAP with the help of Basis

Should Third party order items appear in mD04

Dear experts,
We create third party orders where material is directly shipped to our customer from our vendors, material does not come to our inventory, why such orders appear in MD04 , not only orders the PO created for such delivery also appears, we use planning strategy 40 for the material.
I will appreciate If any one can explain why such orders should appear in MD04 and affect planning.

Deliveries not appearing in Md04

Hi,
a few deliveries are not appearing in Md04. The checking group is "KP". For this checking group in the config, the total sales req and total delivery requirements column is blank. Also the "no check" indicator is flagged.
Is it because of above config settings that deliveries are not appearing in Md04.
I think the above config settings are for availiblity check and so the requriements will pass on and the deliveries shud appear in Md04 ?

Availability Check KP will not pass on the requirement to MD04. You can either maintain 01 or 02 in material master.

Sales order does not appear in MD04

Hello,
One of my sales order is not appearing in MD04. I found out that in the sales order, the requirment type is missing.Is this could be te resaon for sales order not to appear in MD04.
2nd question) why requiremment type is not there in sales order. In my case, there is no entry in the item cat and mrp type table but in the strategy group in material master, the requirment type exists. so why the system is not showing requirment type in sales order by picking it up from the strategy group. in the item cat +mrp type table, the source is kept as "0", which means the system should pick the requirment type from strategy group . so why it is not picking if it is defined in straetegy group ?/
Question 3) or is it that the sales orders appear in MD04 only after MRP run but then why other sales orders are apearing before MRP run.

Hi sachin,
what planning strategy group is your are using.
I assume plan stg grop is 20.
Normal settings for 20 Paln stg grop in material master.
1.Item category group (such as NORM) on the Sales Organization screen
2. Set Plan stg = 20 at Mrp View.
Requierment type fo customer requirement = KE assigned for planning strategy 20 at customizing.
For 20 plg stg requiremnt type is customer requirement type only.
with above settingsif create sale order it will appear at Md04 before MRP run.
u can see the customer requ type at "procurement tab "of sale order.
For planning of material u have to maintain valid MRP type at Mrop view.
i am not clear about ur second question.

Fullfil sales order and deliveries are still appearing in MD04.

Hello Experts
After an upgrade Ehp6.4 to Ehp6.6 the fullfil sales order and deliveries are still appearing in MD04.
We runned SDRQCR21 and released the documents from MD04 but when the users create new sales orders and deliveries and completed them the reservation does not disappear from MD04.
My Availability Check is CH
Check.rule (SD order) and (SD delivery)
Somebody could tell me how can I solve this issue.

Hello All,
How to block deliveris appearing in MD04?
We want to block deliveries of certain Sales order (ZXY) /Storage location combination (ABCD)
i.e. deliveries of Order type ZXY, storage location ABCD should not appear in MD04.

Hi,
You can try this way. In the material master enter checking groups differently for each storage location(MRP3 view) and in Availability check control(OVZ9Transaction code) do not include the deliveries .This way you can avoid deliveries to be included in the check or use the user exit. And If you want to switch of the deliveries assigned to particular order type, just assign a different delivery type to those order type and determine different delivery item category(0184 Transaction) and in the delivery otem category configuration(0vlp--zerovlp is the transaction), there is a check box aVCHECK OFF ,JUST TICK THAT FILED. Kindly please let me know If you need any more Information on this.

Sales orders not appearing in MD04

Hi,
Certain sales orders are not appearing in MD04. They belong to a particular sales organization. What could be the reason and how to resolve such thing.

Hi Sachin,
MD04 is the stock requirement listing.
Normally it would not list general sales order that is Make to STOCK scenarion. It would not list those sales order as that requirment is taken care by PIR (planned independant Requirment).
However in scenarios like MTO (Make to Order) or Plan to assemble to name a few. MD04 will list the sales order.
For that you need to change the STRATEGY GROUP in Material Master to Planning with Asembly or Make to Order in MRP3 Tab.
Once you save the sales order for such a material it will get listed in MD04.

My question is when i am making entry as Service tax Dr-21,621.86,Service Tax Cr.21,621.86,so it will adjust,and in FBL3N amt will show 0 but it was showing 21,621.86
Plz Guide me asap,very urgent issue

Hi Jan,
In VA31 you will create schdulling agrement,in MD04 you can see the requirement transfor means when the order material is not available system will transfor the requirement to MD04.
In your case may be the material is avilable so for that reason it will not comming in to MD04.

Open qty for 311 movement type to appear in MD04

We are using MRP area at plant level,our client requirement is the sloc to sloc stock transfer qty with in a plant has to appear in MD04,we are using 311 movement type to transfer the stock.
Is it possible ? If yes, what are the settings required.

How you define "sloc to sloc stock transfer qty" in the total stock available in the storage location? All the stocks will be shown in the Stock / Req list (MD04).
May be you can try creating some reservations for Sloc to Sloc transfer with 311 Mov Type.

PO not appearing on MD04

Hi Gurus,
I have a specific PO that it is not appearing on my MD04 list. The PO does not have MIGO and MIRO done, does anyone know what could possibly be?

Subcontracting PO should appear in MD04. But e.g third-party PO not (OSS note 21350).

Quotation appearing on MD04 list instead of sales order?

can anybody help me i got a issue where quotation appearing on MD04 not the sales order .sales order is also created and its a varaint matearial.despite of sales order why quotation is appearing on MD04.I have less idea about MD04.please guide me

First identify what schedule line category is flowing in quotation. Next go to VOV6, select that schedule line category and execute. Ensure that the field "Req./Assembly" is blank.
