As long as you registered your products, you can follow the following to get the S/Ns: http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html#adobeproductdownload. The logging into your account at adobe.com with your adobe ID should provide you a list of all the products and S/Ns that you have registered. Depending on the products, the downloads may or may not be available any longer. You indicated you had a backup and I hope you meant of the install files that you previously downloaded. You should always keep backups of downloaded software you have purchased.

Acrobat 9.0 Std - How do I create a button that will show / hide the menu bar?

In Adobe Acrobat 8, I was able to create a button that would show the menu bar using Link Properties. In version 9.0, the option I used is missing.
The other view options are there under "Execute a menu item": View > Toolbars > File, Edit, etc.

I purchased a one year membership a few months ago, and installed Lightroom and Photoshop without any troubles. I now need Premiere for my new classes, so I downloaded it with no trouble. What you are seeing as whitespace is the space reserved for glyph descenders on any element that is rendered within a text box (i.e., an inline element). By making the image "display:block" you eliminate that space because a block element doesn't have descenders. If that works to your satisfaction then you can give the logo an id, and create a CSS selector containing that block style.

Please try using Tooltip Composition Widget to achieve that..
You need to customize the trigger as the button and you can use the target to insert desired text box or images.
you can find this in Widgets library panel > composition

I'm trying to find a good app that I can use in my classroom for informal observations but can't find anything?

I'm looking for an app that I can use in my class that can replace my anecdotal records. Basically, I'd like it to have a class list and when I click on students name, it gives me a variety of options for assessment. Can't seem to find anything that would do this? Any ideas?

HT1473 I have a ton of songs in my itunes that were burned from cd. My computer died so I'm using another computer. The new computer will show all my purchased songs from Itunes, but none of the ones I previously burned from cd

I burned a ton of songs from CD to Itunes and they showed up fine in my library. I bought a new Ipod at the same time my computer died so I'm now using a totally different computer. I logged in to my Itunes from this computer and can see every song purchased from Itunes. What I no longer see are the ones burned from cd.

Does this iPod have the contents of your library? If so see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device. Otherwise, depending on the nature of the failure, you may be able to extract the hard drive and recover the media from it. Or you will have to rip your CDs again.
If you'd like access to all your media on any device/computer in future you might consider purchasing a subscription to iTunes Match though personally I just maintain my own backup of my library.

Next to the 'back' or 'forward' arrows there used to be a drop down box you could check that would give you a recent history of visited pages. You could click on one and return to it. Where is this option in Firefox 4?

You can get the drop down list by either right-clicking on the back/forward buttons, or holding down the left button until the list appears.
If you want the drop-down arrow you can add it with the Back/forward dropmarker add-on - https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/backforward-dropmarker

2509b monitor flickers a lot. Tried googling but couldn't find anything that worked.

Sorry for the delay. I tried another computer and it still flickers. This is an intermitant problem. I always turn off my monitor when I am away from my computer and it usually happens when I turn it back on. Sometimes it goes away but not always.
Ok now I just went to my desktop to find out the settings. I right clicked and the monitor started flickering then stopped after a bit. Weird.

I would quit the app, since you see it's open, and close all the other apps, then go to settings and reset network settings. The iPad will reboot. Then when it's back again, do a search for "Netflix" which will show you the location of the app (in the search results)

Is there a DJ app for the Ipad that will read the "start" and "stop time" setting for each individual song, as they are set in the song Options screen in Itunes? The Ipod Touch, by itself does not allow cross-fading, therefore when the stop time is edited short, the song jusst truncates then goes to the next song. I tried the DJay ap and while it would crossfade, it would NOT read the song settings for the stop marker. So now I want to try and Ipad and see if there is an app that will READ the Itune stop settings within the song. I do NOT want an app that will allow me to DO the stop marker. I want an app that will READ the stop marker from the song as it is set in Itunes.

Itunes provides the option for setting the Start and Stop times of each music track. However, the start and stop times do not synchronize to the iPhone. I don't understand why this option is even available as it doesn't work when listening to music on the phone. I have not found another application that will support the start and stop time markets. I have searched quite a bit for this but can't find anything. I hope we can find something.
