Question 1 - How do I fix this problem when I want to email a photo from iphoto on my macbook pro, but the response i get is "The email server didnt recognize your username/password combination." Question 2 - when i draft the email of a photo from iphoto, it automaticaly shows the email as coming from my icloud email address, how do i get it to show it coming from my regular/usual email address?

It sounds like there may be an issue with the email account you have setup on your iMac. I would recommend running the Connection doctor in Mail:

I cant download the new iTunes soflware on my PC because I have not yet been able to sync my photos from my phone to my itunes. Ivon, when you are satisfied that you have successfully imported the new folders to the iPad you can go back (as I have described above) and delete the originals of those you copied out in order to avoid 'duplication' and also save space.
The method I have described also has advantages over creating new albums within the Photos app on the iPad since it 'duplicates' the photos and only permits the deletion of all so called copies. King_Penguin is correct when he states you can copy out photos originally taken with the iPad etc.

I wanted to put my photos from my iphone to itunes and realized my photo stream wasn't turned on nor was icloud on my cpu. So after fixing that, i still can not view any pictures on my itunes that are from my iphone.

Not only that but now that photo stream is turned on, it shows 3 photo stream albums, 1 called my photo stream that i made from my cpu,1 photo library, and 1 called photo stream. when i turn it off, it just deletes the photo stream album and leaves the others. what do i need to do to do this right? i just want what's necessary and to be able to view my photos on itunes or wherever it's suppose to be because i have way too many photos on my phone that i want to take off.

Photostream will only work with photos newly taken on your iPhone. It will not work with photos already on your iPhone. The idea of Photostream is to allow you to take a photo(s) on your iPhone and a copy will be extended to the Photostream album on the iphone as well as other devices(with Photostream turned on) and your PC (with icloud control panel installed and photostream turned on) so that you can copy those files into your local folder.
If you want to transfer old photos from your iPhone, connect it to your PC and there will be an AUTOPLAY popup window for you to select to import pictures to your local folder.
If the Autoplay window dose not showup, you can go to windows explorer to look for your iPhone and right click to select import pictures:

You can't do it directly on the iPad - the new album functionality basically only allows you to copy photos into those new albums, you can't move them. The way that I think of it as working is that you are just creating pointers to the photos in those new albums, so if you then delete the original photo on the iPad you therefore automatically delete all the pointers to it.
If you want to re-organise your albums then you will need to do it on your computer and then sync those albums over to the iPad

The Photos app doesn't currently support subfolders, it only has the one level of folder/album. You will either need to change your folder structure on your computer to be just one level, see if there is a third-party photo app in the store that copes with subfolders, or just make do. First organize your photos on your laptop. If it's a Mac you can use iPhoto. If your laptop is a PC then create one master photo folder and inside that folder place other folders containing Photos where each folder will become a photo album. Do not nest additional folders inside the album folders.
Then start iTunes 11.1 or later on your computer. If you do not have iTunes search apple support for it. The download will be free.
Connect your iPad to your laptop.
Select your iPad in iTunes on your laptop.
Select the Photos tab in the main window.
You can navigate to the main photo album and choose to sync all photos or you can select those albums you want copied to the iPad.
Finally click on Apply or Sync.

Please do not do this.
The Time Capsule was designed for your backups.....not as an everyday hard drive. Access to the Time Capsule is slow.
If there is any loss of connection between iPhoto and the iPhoto library when you are reading or writing, the entire iPhoto library is easily corrupted.
The chances of corruption are even more likely if you are using wireless on the computer.
And....even if you decide to risk this....if you move your "original" iPhoto library to the Time Capsule.....how will you make backups of the library?
The only copy of the library will be on the Time Capsule....you have no backups.....when, not if, the Time Capsule has a problem.
Simply stated, I would never do this with any important data that you cannot afford to lose. Please post in the iPhoto support area if you need to confirm this.

The backup of your iPod Touch would include your camera roll photos. Restoring the backup to another iPod Touch or iPhone would recover them. Photos will not be restored by restoring the backup to an iPad.
Note: Apple deletes iCloud backups after 180 days of inactivity so be sure to do this before then.
