WHERE is this thread? When I view it (link) it says it's still in Forum Comments, so I don't think it was moved (unless this place is even more buggy than I thought.)

If it is moved (somewhere), how would those of us who already answered the question get back to the thread to respond back to any follow up questions if it was moved to some mystery forum? If this is the case stop moving gd threads!
If it hasn't been moved, I'm 10000000% certain that it is NOT showing up in the thread listing for 'forum comments' even though it was updated less than a day ago. If it hasn't been moved this is a massive, ridiculous Jiveware bug. Wait, even if it has been moved, it's still a bug!

There is something different about that thread. At the top it has a link saying "Branched to a new thread." with a link that is invalid in Jiveworld. So something is/was going on with that thing, and it is/was probably another bug.

You should be able to hit the "Agree" button, if you are on an iPhone right now. On a Mac, you should just left click the button where it said "Accept". I hope this helped.
To quit the app store, simply hit these keys:

a) The up and down arrow keys

I did that too, then I did a migration assistant to a new Mac and ALL of my movies have Source Clip Missing now, even though the original clips are still in the iPhoto Videos. I can stand to re edit one or two projects, but not ALL.

Reader doesn’t create pdf files. You can use Acrobat (ask in that forum) to create pdfs. You can subscribe to the Adobe PDF Pack which has a create pdf functionality (please ask in that forum), or you can use a third party utility such as ghostscript, cutepdf, or Microsoft’s own PDF creation capability. For third party pdf creation you will need to ask in a forum dedicated to that software as fellow users of Reader are unlikely to have the knowledge to help.

CS3: Fonts missing even though installed in Windows\Fonts

Fonts are "missing" when opening a CS2 Indesign document in InDesign CS3.
For example, a document uses Adobe Caslon Pro Bold. Under InD CS2, this font was located in Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Fonts. That directory is now empty (except for some additional fonts that weren't part of CS2). I guess uninstalling CS2 cleaned out this directory.
When opening the document in CS3, I get a message about a missing font. The only available Caslon face is "Regular".
There are 5 Adobe Caslon faces installed in Windows\Fonts (regular, bold, italic, bold italic, semibold, semibold italic). But CS3 doesn't recognize anything but "regular".
I had made backup copies of all Adobe fonts that I had installed with CS2, so I copied those backups to Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Fonts. Now InD CS3 finds them.
Has anyone else had this problem? What is the solution? I have re-installed CS3 but this doesn't fix it.

First up, ATM. ATM4.0 (Light or Deluxe) is not supported under W2K or XP and should be uninstalled. After that, the 4.1.2 patch should be run, which just edits the registry, since removing ATM leaves Windows unable to install Type 1 fonts. Uninstalling ATM4.1 on any Windows platform prior to Vista (which it's not supported under) causes PFM files to be left unassociated with the system font applet preview page. The patch fixes that too. These are the only problems with having ATM on XP and they're usually easily fixed.
My first step would be to remove ATM because you're running an unsupported version.

Well, that version of ATM will not state anywhere that it supports XP (given that it predates XP), so the prudent course would be not to install unsupported software until you're sure it will do no harm. And entering the terms "ATM" and "XP" into Adobe's search engine quickly turns up advice not to install any version prior to 4.1.

If you're working cross-platform (as you are), then OT is definitely the preferred option, but ID can utilise Type 1 and TrueType fonts with no problems.
I have most of the BT Futura fonts you listed, though I only have the T1 versions to hand, though I could dig out the TT ones and might. But there are a couple I'm not clear on from your list: BT (do you mean you have BT Regular or Roman and BT Book installed and accessible in FrameMaker?); Medium/Extra Bold Cond (is this medium condensed and extra bold condensed, because you have also listed MdCn BT?); TMed (what's the full name of this?).
Apart from those three, all the fonts showed up in ID, once I had deactivated the TT versions that came with Windows. Most were listed as variants under Futura BT, including the roman of LtCn BT and MdCn BT. The last two fonts showed up as separate entries in the font list, but only the itals variant, as you saw.
There is a bug in ID that leaves it sometimes unable to distinguish between regular and book weights, but the issue here seems to me to be one of strange style links in the BT fonts, not anything to do with ID.
To summarise, remove ATM, check you don't have the Windows TT versions active, and then check all the variant drop-down menus. Then report back here.

CAD Segment missing even though XML contains it

I am seeing one strange issue in the B2B setup. I am trying to send an invoice to my TP, i see that the Invoice gets picked up by B2B. I got the 997 for the same but when i observed it
i saw that the 997 said it rejected the 810.
Now upon observation i found a strange thing. I see the payload and find my xml as i enqueue. However in the translated EDI document i found one element missing.
CAD SEgment has element 91 and 140 in the xml
however in the EDI the element 91 is missing.
Since 91 is a mandatory field the 810 gets rejected.
Can anyone shed some light on this?

I have verified that the setup has the correct ecs files. I also checked the outgoing ISA segment which shows the correct version number. Even if it were not mandatory if i am sending that piece of information then should it not be translated to the EDI file? As i said it does show in the xml that is sent to B2B.

My iPhone had to be restarted, after I reinstalled it, I have no iTunes on it and the ringtones that I had purchased, are missing, even though they are in iPhone on my PC. What can I do??

Can someone please help me. My iPhone would not work when I connected to the PC, came up that I had to restore it, when it was finished, I had no iTunes and the ringtones that I has purchased were not on the iPhone, although they were in iTunes as being purchased, I would really appreciate any help that can be offered.

I did not believe that it could be so easy, there were a few ringtones missing, but it does not matter. I did not know that was the way to do it, I thought that I had lost everything.

Bridge Browser icon missing - even though connected on BES

The Bridge Browser icon has disappeared off my Playbook.
Before you tell me it's OS2 it's not - the Playbook is connected to a BES smartphone, and I've had OS2 since I first got the Playbook and it's only now that the icon has gone.
I've tried a reset, I've tried re-pairing the tablet and the phone. All the other Bridge icons are there and the tablet is fuctioning normally other than this.
Any help is much appreciated.

Book loads in ibook but has error pages and chapters missing even though I purchased I think What do I do to fix?

I tried deleting and redownloading. Got exactly the same thing. Has synced to all devices the same way.
An hour later, no email saying I purchased it. I did click the $9.99 button and then download. Very frustrating, as I read first chapter before realizing there was a problem.

Why are photos from iphoto missing even though I havent deleted any?

I uploaded quite a few photos to facebook via iphoto a long time ago. Recently people have been asking me where they are. When I logged into facebook, i noticed they were gone and also when I loaded iPhoto they were gone.
I would love to know why this is happening as those photos are really important.

I have a similar situation. If you don't mind losing those photos, you can go to: Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup and then click on "Stop Restoring iPhone." You'll lose those photos, but you can move on from there.

Gcov shows red even though debugger is reaching this particular statement

My Eclipse IDE contains Eclipse Kepler version, MinGW compiler, binutils-2.25, GDB.
If you see the screenshot1, gcov hits are 0 at line no. 634, but line 636 has 16 hits.
Line 636 can have "n" no. of hits only when line 634 is executed.
As a proof you see in the Screenshot2 that line 32 is been called 16 times only from the function that is showing a red line at 634.
Is it bug in gcov?
If not how to interpret this red line?
I came across a case, where one of the statement in my C code was red and debugger was not able to reach, which a developer can come to conclusion that
there something logically wrong with the code.
But in this case where Debugger is able to reach this line 634 but still shown red by gcov tool, how to interpret this? As a proof Screenshot3 is been attached.
Any help would be greatly appreciable!

Network Cable Unplugged, even though it is not (this one is fun, I promise!)

I am plugging my computer into my Linksys router (this computer will not be connecting wirelessly). Unfortunately my computer believes that the network cable is unplugged. Allow me to provide some details before we continue!
Router: Linksys WRT54GL v1.1, with up-to-date firmware
Ethernet Card: Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller (with up-to-date drivers)
Computer OS: Windows 7 64-bit
And now for the fun part. First, I figured that it was a bad ethernet cable, so I tried another, and another still. The cable does not seem to be the problem.
Second, I figured that it may well be my ethernet card. I plugged the ethernet cable from my cable modem directly in to my ethernet card and was instantly rewarded with a connection. With that, I noted that my ethernet card is not the problem.
Third, I figured, well, it must be the router. I tried the four ports on the back of the router to see if one was bad. None of them worked. The router does not show any lights for ports 1, 2, 3, or 4, no matter where I plug it in. Progress! Certainly it is the router, right? To make certain, I ran an ethernet cord from the router to a laptop and was rewarded once again with a connection. So the router is not the problem.
After doing some reading both here and abroad, I reduced my "Speed & Duplex" to 10 Mbps Half Duplex. That did not solve the problem.
Any and all help would be immensely appreciated, as I am rather frustrated. Please let me know if I can provide any more information for you. Thanks in advance for your help!

The problem with eletronics is that a device doesn't have to be dead but can be somewhat "off specifications" where it works with some devices and not with some others depending on how much "off spec" the other device accepts.
You could try to connect the laptop and desktop directly to each other with a ethernet cross-cable to see how they work together. Otherwise, you should try to replace either the router or the ethernet card to see if it makes the difference.
