1 License(s) Failed - Cisco Supervisor

Hello,
I am currently an intern in a engineer's school and my stage's master asked me added licenses on the Administration Console (supervisor)
I need activate licence for install Wi-Fi terminals in the institution where I work.
I have followed the guide and got my licenses by e-mail. When I go to my supervisor and I go to Management> Software Activation> Commands> Action: License install, and as I type my address TFTP server, it shows me the message without details:
Installation Process Completed
1 license (s) Failed;
However, I have followed the procedure and I have typed the path required : tftp :/ / @ TFTP / File path
My TFTP server works perfectly, I do not know where the problem come from.
I need help!

Not sure of setting an alert but Supervisor can use "Table 17. Summary display data"
Agents Not Ready : The number of agents in this CSQ who are currently in the Not Ready state.
And "Table 12. Team Summary display data (cont’d)"
Max Not Ready : The longest time the agent spent in the Not Ready state today.
And also refer the section "Creating Supervisor Work Flows"
Using the Supervisor Work Flow Administrator feature, you can configure your desktop to perform certain actions based on queue statistics for calls waiting and calls in queue for specified skill groups.

    I have a customer using Cisco Supervisor Agent and Cisco Agent Desktop. In the Supervisor Desktop, the Barge and Interrupt features are grayed out for active agent calls.
    This just started about a week ago.
    We are currently working with Cisco on an issue with Tomcat Service, but restarting it last Friday did not fix this issue.

    Hi Jonathan ,
    To barge in on a call, supervisor must first be logged into Cisco Agent
    Desktop. Login on CAD and CSD by yourself and then try to barge. You can barge in only
    once on a call per supervisor.
    For example, if you barge in on a call, drop out of the conversation, and
    then attempt to barge in on the same call again, you will not be able to do
    so.
    You cannot barge in if any of the following conditions are true:
    The agent is on hold.
    The agent is on two calls.
    The agent is in a conference call.
    You are already on another call.
    In CUCM under Agent's phone, Built In Bridge must be ON and Privacy must be OFF.
    If Supervisor needs to barge in, he should be logged in to CAD and CSD both
    and it will consume 1 Agent License, if you are logged in CAD and CSD with
    same user ID.

    I have a probelm, I prepare for a demo and my demo contain that CUCM7.0+UCCX7.0 with premium license+ Cat2960+ 7911+7940
    When I try to perform a call monitoring from the CSD the message appeare to me and say" The Cisco Supervisore Desktop dont recieve any voice ".
    theis appeare either with SPAN configuration or without it.
    what could the problem be?

  • How to reset numbers in real time display in Cisco Supervisor Desktop?

    Hi all,
    I wonder about numbers in real time display in Cisco Supervisor Desktop. There are many statistic number for example : Call Handled, Max Talking, Avg Talking, Max Ready, Total Ready, Call abandoned, etc. Is there any way to reset those numbers back to zero? Please let me know.

    I haven't tried that, but I'm very skeptical. The CAD Agent gets stats from two places - CTIOS and RASS. RASS keeps the call log information in a SQL Desktop Engine database.
    Stats derived from CTIOS reset at midnight. Obviously, restarting the RASS service has no effect on those. Call log information is being kept in a database so it seems to me that a restart of RASS should also have no effect.
    I guess I will have to try for myself.

    Problem Details: UCCX 5.0(2)SR02_Build045
    CUCU 6.1.4
    For some reason I can not get one of my agents to show up in Cisco Supervisor Desk Top
    I have never had a problem like this before. I configured this phone and agent just like
    all the others. The following is a list of items I have checked and double-checked.
    CM user and Password
    ICD One Button Logon
    UCCX, Teams, Resources and Q’s
    IPCC directory number
    RMCM App User Association
    Skills
    Deleted user and re added user
    I also did the following:
    From my PC telnet to UCCX Server port 5900, Successful
    From my Server telnet to my phone xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 59021 and 59020 not successful
    My phone and agent work fine.
    I shut off my virus protection and had the same results
    Most of the PC’s and phones in my environment had separate Ethernet ports and they show up just fine in the Cisco Supervisor Desk Top
    Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks, Tom

    Hello Tom,
    In this case what you should try to telnet into that specific port is the Agents PC where the CAD software is running, this ports are use by the UCCX for the chat service. this service is the one that handles not oly the chat feature between the agents but also the agent status in the suppervisor desktop.

    Another important detail to check is if the Agents Pc has the Windows Firewall running or any anti virus software that could block the ports as well

    I am trying to get the JDBC driver for Oracle working but
    am getting the following error when I try to use the dbping
    utility provided:
    java.sql.SQLException: Fail to load jDriver/Oracle due to license checking failed!
    There is a copy of the WebLogicLicense.xml file in my WL_HOME directory.
    I'm sure I must be missing something really silly - please help!

  • User is in team state but not in team summary - Cisco supervisor desktop

    We have Cisco supervisor desktop where supervisor can see user in team state but not in team summary?? Any clue why is could be happening??

  • Connection with license server failed

    Hi, I am having problem connecting with my license server when I am using the DI Server (webservice).
    Error encountered:
    Error env:Receiver 100000001 Connection with license server failed.

    I am having the same problem on one of my development machine. I have installed DI Server and Server Tools on it.
    The license manager is working fine.
    But when I try to connect to the company object in a web application it just throws the same exception
    Error:Receiver 100000001 Connection with license server failed.
    To test the port 30000 i changed it to any thing like 1234 and it gave me message "Failed to connect to license server", changing it back to 30000 and  connect brings in all the hardware/license keys etc.
    Kindly help what you did in your case to get rid of this problem.
    Experts you support in this regard will be highly appreciated.

    If yes, Please click "Tools"->"Preferences" menu item in Extension Manager, check "Enable detailed logging" option. Restart Extension Manager. Try to install the extension. After error message promopt, send the log files under "C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Extension Manager CC\Log" (Windows) or "/Users/<YourUserName>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Extension Manager CC/Log" (Mac) folder  to [email protected]

    Hi Ernesto,
    Did you click or selct the Specific Agent\Inbound call which is currently being handled by the Agent. From the Screenshot you have attached (first one) doesn't look like the call has been selected.
    Please select or click on that Specific Agent\Inbound call from CSD and check these values.

  • This extension cannot be installed because licensing verification failed

    I'm logged into CC, but when trying to install an extension I get the error "This extension cannot be installed because licensing verification failed."
    I can log in to Adobe.com, but when I use the SAME credentials in extension manager it fails. This just started happening today.
    Mac OS X Mavericks
    Adobe CC Suite
    Any ideas?

    Would you please try follow steps:
    1. Quit Adobe Creative Cloud , Extension Manager and all Adobe products.
    2. Rename opm.db to opm.db.bak in
    Windows: c:\Users\<yourname>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    MAC: /Users/<yourname>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
    3. Launch Extension Manager CC.
    4. Install your extensions.
    Please let me know if it does not help.

  • AdRMS external client problem - License aquisition failed

    I have a adRMS server with external address working with several external computer (non-domain joined but with AD accounts).
    A new PC (Win7 x86) has gone wild and does not aquire licenses to open protected content.
    I've double checked registry and all that (have deployed several pc's with same config) and nothing is wrong.
    No error on server side and all other clients (with same config) working fine.
    Using debugView on client side i get to this point and the weird is that the MSDRM does not attempt external link as in previous operations...
    In the same log, on previous operations (checked also on working PC) the MSDRM tries internal and when it fails tries external link.
    Any clues will be greatly appreciated ;)

  • Stopped, license check failed

    Hi, after use NW about 2 month, now the proccess jcontrol.exe is stopped, in he status appear the error: "Stopped, license check failed". If i restar the computer, work, but only about one hour... What happend?

    Follow these steps..
    To generate the license key you need to follow this procedure.
    Find out the hardware key of your instance.
    For this go to the visual admin----
    > licensing adapter
    Visual admin has to be accessed from this path \usr\sap\SID\JCxx\j2ee\admin and run go.bat
    You should also have a S-user ID to generate the license.
    Go to service.sap.com/licensekey
    Give the required credentials.
    Then supply the required details like SID, hostname, Database etc..
    You will get a license file after some time.
    Then again go to Visual admin----
    > licensing adapter
    upload the license file, and the licensse will be applied.
    revert back if you have any queries.
    Do reward points if useful.

  • Cisco Supervisor user isnt under Agent's Team Summary

                       I am using Cisco Supervisor and Agent Robin Dean is under Agent Team State but she is not under Agent-Team Summary. Does anyone know how to get her in there? We are using UCCX 8.0.2.

    There have been quite a few bugs over the years with agents not showing or disappearing from the supervisors desktop.
    Make sure you have the latest SU installed, I think SU4 for 8.0(2)
