Hello again everyone, i just have a couple more questions, i know Safari is a web browser but am i correct in assuming it is a high-speed/broadband-like web-browser? I am currently using AOL high-speed broadband on my PC but i dont plan on using aol when i switch to mac, so will safari just take my current high-speed connection and use it just as fast as Aol was?
also, in debating between the $2,000 macbook pro and the $2,500, the only unupgradeable difference i can see it the video card being a Radeon X1600 128 or a Radeon X1600 256, now i plan on playing games on it, but it there that big of a difference between the 128 and the 256?

See this May 2006 review of the MacBook in Macworld.
If you purchase a MacBook Pro, I'd opt for the fastest/largest VRAM graphics card available, i.e. the "ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 with 256MB GDDR3 memory."

Click here for information. If you can't reset them through the method described in that article or by sending yourself a rescue email(the email may take a few hours to arrive), contact the iTunes Store staff via the link in the 'Additional Information' section.
It isn't possible to create a rescue email address without correctly answering two of the questions. Nobody on these boards can reset them for you.

I have never set up a security quesiton and now it is asking me for one... i have set up 40 ipads so far without personal security info... how am i to respond to a security question i never set up????!

Cisco TelePresence - more detailed specs and questions

I am currently conducting a light research into various video-conferencing systems and would love to know a little more about Cisco TelePresence video-collaboration solutions.
I have read the on-line publications made available by Cisco, but have a few remaining questions.
Following is the list of such questions, should you find yourself being able to answer any of them - please do net hesitate to do so:
Q. What is the frame rate of a 1080p video stream when it is being transmitted at no greater than 5Mbps bandwidth consumption?
Q. What is the maximum possible frame rate for a 1080p video stream?
Q. Given the 5 Mbps bandwidth consumption limits, what is the latency (without taking into account the underlying network latency) to encode and then decode the 1080p video stream at 25 fps?
Q. For the purposes of subjective visual evaluation - are there any downloadable images such as a single frame (1:1 screen-shot) of the 1080p video stream transmitted at 5Mbps and 25FPS?
Q. Security-wise ? what kind of encryption (if any) is being used to encrypt the video streams and how interoperable such encryption systems happen to be? For instance, are the encryption keys communicated in accordance with certain protocol/standard or is the process specific to Cisco products?
Q. Has anyone (formally or otherwise) tried to interoperate Cisco Telepresence with other video-streaming solutions (e.g. Conference-XP, VLC, etc.)? If, so what were the results?
Q. Do Cisco Telepresence systems support multicast traffic (e.g. one source / many recipients idiom).

To start with, such interoperability would be done at the very "basic" level: e.g. being able to see Telepresence's video streams in say VLC or AccessGrid or some other system and then may be being able to transmit video streams from VLC or similar in a format that allows Telepresence system to see the 3rd party content. -

I have an update for 'Pages', however, when I put in my yser ID and password and click update I get routed back to the enter user ID and password screen. It;s just a loop each time. Any suggestions?
Try de-authorising all computers associated with your iTunes account. It won't hurt since your computer can't play iTunes content anyway. Go to the iTunes Store. Click on your Apple ID and type in your password. There is a line item to de-authorise all. Click on that. Then go to Store>Authorise This Computer on iTunes.

Hi. I'd like to change my apple ID security questions and answers.
I have been told to go on appleid.apple or something of the sort and click change password and security but to change my questions and answers I need to answer to the questions, which i can't because i don't remember them. Pls help!
Well, I had the same problem. I got on here to see if someone could resolve my problem and I didn't get a good answer I could use. Then I came up on a conversation of this exact question. Everybody answering the question said that you couldn't. Then somebody mentioned calling Apple. So, I did. I set up an appointment online for them to call me at a certain time. They called and retransfered me over to a different department and I got my problem resolved. They are very friendly and stayed on the phone with me until it was fixed. They will still ask you the questions and just tell them that you honestly can't remember them. They reset mine and I made different questions and answers,just make sure you write them down this time!!! -I hope this helps!!!

I just got a new laptop and when i went to go and buy something, it asked for some security question answers cause this was my first time buying on this computer. When i went to go type in the (so what I thought) correct answers, it said they were wrong. After numerous tries, it disabled my account. How do I get the answers sent to my email so i can start using my itunes again?
