Yes.One person can hold more one positions ,depending on the staffing percentage.

Recording a person remotely and locally at the same time

Using the most recent version of Adobe Audition for the Mac...
I'm recording 2 people on my end, but also need to be able to record a third person that is in another city at the same time. They all need to be able to hear each other and I need a decent recording. I've got great mics on this end and I'm using Adobe Audition to record onto a Mac. The remote person has a good USB mic but I am not sure how to get his audio in and a monitor of everything back out to him. Any ideas?

Not a simple as it sounds...
The first thing to consider is how you're getting the voice from the other city into your system? Regular phone? Skype? Specialist IP transmission device? Skype (or similar) might be easier but not up to the full quality you'll get locally.
Second, you have to consider what's fed where. The remote voice will wish to hear the two people local to you but NOT his own voice returning with heavy lag. In a professional situation, you'd also have a facility to over ride the programme audio for a director (you?) to give direction and countdowns etc.
I know there are specialist pieces of podcasting software that can do some or all of this on a single computer (though with varying degrees of success from what I gather). However, depending on the resources available, if it was me, I'd use 2 computers (and a third at the remote end), a headphone amp and a small mixer with at least one pre fade aux.
I'd use one computer to set up a Skype connection with the remote end, feeding the line out into one channel of the mixer. I'd feed the two local mics into two other channels of the mixer and the main output(s) of the mixer into your Mac for recording. Up to you (and what you have) whether you keep each voice in a separate track or maybe just pan the local mics to one side and the remote to the other to keep the two locations separate.
I'd use the pre fade aux to feed to the remote location, turning up the two local mics but NOT his own voice. If necessary (and it usually is) I'd set up a third basic mic into the pre fade aux so I could talk to the far end as required.
Anyhow, that's how I'd do it.

BPM 7.2 : Route the task to a person holding a position in the Org Unit

Consider the below HR scenario:
I have a leave application which goes from an employee to Manager for approval. I have this currently designed based on workflows (using Org Structure positions in my ECC HR System). Nowhere I have hard coded the userID. The screens are developed in Webdynpro ABAP. Everything works fine.
I tried to implement the same in GP. I noticed that the drawback of GP is that I had to hardcode the userID (the initiator) and also the next person (UserID) involved in each steps by selecting them from the UME.
Looking at BPM 7.2, I still see the same issue. I can see the roles tab of a task, which has UME user or an expression. Can anyone let me know how I can send the task to a person who is occupying a certain position, rather than hard coding the userID. The reason behind this requirement is, the person can always quit from the company and be replaced by someone else. So it makes sense to always have a userID based on the position in the ECC Org Structure, or else someone has to keep on maintaining the Process Modelling by changing the userID's.
Am I clear ? Any suggestions ?

Hi,
you could use an ejb mapping function or an automated activity (like a web service) to query the unqiue id for the HR Role you need. The result must be mapped via one of the principal function to the potential owner list.
The mapping for the potential owners could be done in the task editor. There you need to use an expression.

Assigning a person to two projects at a same time with different salary

Dear All,
Can any one guide me how to assign a person for two projects at the same time, this can be done by assigning him to the two projects as 50%, here the issue is his salary is varied from one client to other.

Hi,
Will you record the time worked for each project and pay accordingly, or will you pay 3 & 8 hours fixed?
If the second one is the case, what comes to my mind is you can assign him in IT0008 a base salary with wage type PR01 and this would refer to the full-time project.
The the salary for the second projects may be given to the employee via IT0015 in terms of amount directly or hours.
However, this scenario has nothing to do with the project system module or timesheet data.

Person having two PSA & two positions in 0001 at the same time

Hi Gurus!!!
How to handle a situation where a Person is having two different PSA (becouse he is Head of two PSA A & PSA B) at the same time, at present he is holding two Positions lets say Positon A1 & B1 in Org Management, but i have to assign him two PSAs also. PY will only be run from PSA A only which is his core PSA.
Can we run any action for that? i need this for report purpose, to show that employee was working in two different PSAs at the same time.

if he is havein two postions and these position have to be maintained in two PSA right
in the IT0001 we get PSA by defeault right as we assing the PSA with PA
so there is not chance for maintaining the PSA as per the Above functionality
if we can add an another feild in IT001
and maitain the feilds Positon and PSA which are to be maintained that would be fine Right
and as per the requiremtn the Process of the PY shd be run form the one PY area and tht should belong to one PA
but make sure this shd be only for display and reporting purpose
because there will lot of things based on PSA first check the first option

u can identity the position with help of the Holder
say for ex: A is the holder of the Position for Executive now the user performent an event called change of position so he changed to Manager (here we can find the chageing on the basis of some parameter so i have taken holder as Parameter as we dont know which has changed or wht has changed)
in this case we can use the report RHDESC20 se38
not an exact solution for ur question

How to display current postion and previous position in the same row?

I need to produce a promotions/transfer report that gives the employee's current position as well as his/her previous position in the same row.
for example:

I am using the per_all_people_f, per_all_assignments_f, per_periods_of_service, hr.all_organization_units, per_all_positions tables
Somehow i cannot manage to display the previous position. I can only get so far to display the current postions

Yes, you can. You can configure the Side Switch (above the volume button) either as Mute switch or Rotation lock.
Settings > General > Use Side Switch to: choose what you like the Side Switch to function as.

You're welcome.
First check to be sure the new phone is running the same or higher version of iOS as the one you backed up (Settings>General>About>Version). If it isn't, you'll need to update the iOS first. Then go to Settings>General>Reset, tap Erase All Content and Settings, go through the setup screens on the phone and when given the options, choose Restore from iCloud backup and follow the prompts, choosing the backup of your personal phone to restore to.
Be sure the phone is connected to wifi and your charger while it is restoring the backup.

Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

What happens when you try to change them?
Try:
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:
