1 SD Apple TV and 1HD Apple TV iTunes conflict

I have two apple tv's one connect to standard broadband so I have set this to SD video quality. The other is on fibre and set to HD.
The problem I have is I forget that the SD one is SD and when I buy content on it , it is SD.
Is there a way to set the default purchase quality to HD on my iTunes account ?
I believe I can not upgrade purchases to HD if I bought the SD and I don't want to spend another 30 pounds on supernatural.

Yes you can do that, you just can't mirror the entire screen.

Do you both sync to the same computer or have separate computers? If separate, my recommendation is to set up individual apple IDs and then use home sharing if you want to share music or apps or other content. I don't think you HAVE to though.

Thank you so, so much for this answer. I did go into my Apple ID account through iTunes store and associated my devices to my Apple ID account. I did this by working on my computers (a mac mini and a mac air) and my two devices (iPhone and iPad). Thus there is a statemente saying "4 devices are associated with this apple ID and can download your purchases from iTunes in the iCloud". So whenever I use them to purchase anything, iCloud knows it is me through my devices so I do not get no e-mail warming me my account might be being used by a stranger.
So, how do I associate my apple Tv2 to my apple ID account? I went to its settings and could not find any way of doing it. Can you continue helpling me? Please.

If you set up the Find My iPhone service prior to your iPhone going missing, then there is a chance that can be tracked and locked, though it depends on a number of factors: the iPhone is turned on, connected to either the 3G or a WiFi network, or has not had the Find My iPhone service disabled or the iPhone been completely restored. Log into icloud.com and go to the Find My iPhone section. If you did not set up Find My iPhone, check with your cell carrier. Some carriers offer their own tracking service, though you usually have to sign up when you still have the phone and have to pay for the service.
If your carrier does not offer such a service and you did not set up Find My iPhone, then there is no way to track the unit nor lock it, though if you set a screenlock passcode, it would be locked already. Notify the police and your cell carrier, and change any passwords for any online accounts you may have used from your iPhone (the iTunes Store, for instance).

Sure why not, and they can make their own lauch vehicles too and offer space rides for everyone. I mean, if spending many, many 100's of billions to put satellites up there anyway, what is a few 100 billion more?

You can remove the Airplay password from the Settings menu on your AppleTV.

If you have Find My Phone turned on for hte iPhone, you must login to your iCloud account, click Find My Phone, and remove the iPhone from your devices. There is no other way to restore the iPhone while the Find My Phone is activated.

I just got my Mac Mini back from the Genius Bar after a logic board replacement and used Carbon Copy Cloner to put the contents of the hard drive back onto the disc. On startup I get scrolling black text informing me that there is a conflict between com.apple.kernel and com.apple.kpi and to choose one. How do I fix this? The Apple store is 90 min away so I'd like to keep that as a last resort.
