If you click on the certificate '''Details''' it would show the root Certificate Authority (the topmost one) and any intermediate CAs that signed/issued this security certificate. You would need at least the root CA certificate to be installed ('''Import''') and trusted in the Firefox certificate database ('''Tools '''('''Alt '''+ '''T''') > '''Options '''> '''Advanced '''> '''Encryption '''> '''View Certificates''' > '''Authorities'''), though sometimes depending on the server configuration you may need all the certificates in the hierarchy to be installed.

*Click the "View..." button and inspect the certificate and check who is the <b>issuer of the certificate</b>.
You can see more Details like intermediate certificates that are used in the Details pane.
If <b>"I Understand the Risks"</b> is missing then this page may be opened in an (i)frame and in that case try the right-click context menu and use "This Frame: Open Frame in New Tab".
*Note that some firewalls monitor (secure) connections and that programs like Sendori or FiddlerRoot can intercept connections and send their own certificate instead of the website's certificate.
*Note that it is not recommended to add a permanent exception in cases like this, so only use it to inspect the certificate. -
My wife and I have separate AppleID accounts. Ever since she updated to the iPhone 5c, for some reason when she tries to update her apps, it comes up with my AppleID and asks for my password. I cannot figure out why this happening and how to fix this. Please help!
I have had this issue lately.
I can only put it down to using the one computer to update all our IPads for me and my wife.
Some of our apps, although downloaded from both our seperate accounts on our IPads, are the same.
However after plugging her IPad into the computer when my AppleID is on ITunes, I think something strange has happened and when she then tries to update Apps on her IPad and I try on mine it now asks for the others Apple ID password.
The only way I have found to counteract this is to update an app one at a time, if that app asks for your wifes password then delete it and then reinstall it.
That has solved it for me.

It sounds like you are unable to finish restoring with iTunes due to this error -1 message. Usually that is associated with security software. Use the steps from the following article to help with that:
Get help with iOS update and restore errors
Related errors: 1, 3, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 20, 21, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 34, 35, 36, 37, 40, 1002, 1004, 1011, 1012, 1014, 1667, or 1669.
These errors mean that your device or computer might have a hardware issue that stops the update or restore from completing.
Check that your security software and settings aren't blocking your device from communicating with the Apple update server.
Then try to restore your iOS device two more times while connected with a cable, computer, and network you know are good.
Make sure that your security software and settings are allowing communication between your device and update servers.
If you still see the error message when you update or restore, contact Apple support.
If the issue persists, I would next use the last section of the following article titled "If your device turns on but gets stuck during start up"
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch doesn't respond or doesn't turn on

I have a form that has multiple fields but has 5 sections. I have used mail merge to insert information but I can't get Excel to recognize that I need different names and addresses for each section. Please help.

I have a question concerning the DHCP server on my Time Capsule. I'm posting here because I think you network pros lurking in this forum probably have way more insightful advice than the n00bs in the Time Capsule forum
My DHCP server on the Time Capsule only works for clients connected wirelessly to that specific access point; clients plugged directly into the network via ethernet and through other APs do not receive a DHCP assignment from the Time Capsule.
How can I get the Time Capsule to serve DHCP addresses to EVERYONE on the network, not just clients connected via the Time Capsule?

ChrisI don't know that TC provides that. Switch the TC over to its bridged mode (also known as an Access Point or AP), and run a DHCP Server on Mac OS X Server (fodder for this forum) or a DHCP server on another available device. Less desirable though feasible (so long as the IP address pools are coordinated and non-overlapping with other pools or static addresses), run multiple DHCP servers.
