10.2.0.5 upgrading issue.

Friends -
Please find below information and let me know if anyone went to the same situation. I am in process of upgrading Oracle E-Business Database 10.2.0.3 to 10.2.0.5 on solaris environment.
I am able to install 10.2.0.5 patch (8202632) without any issues and after this i did startup the database using "Startup Upgrade" without any issues.
I am not able to complete pre-upgrade-check sql "@?/rdbms/admin/utlu102i.sql" and it's failing at below SQL Statement:
