Halo there ... Im at Indonesia ..i updated My Q10 with 10.2.1.2102 but I Have a problem with My contact and Peer to Peer ( PIN ) message. My contact is not appear and I cant received PIN message ....if I restart d The device It Will be OK for a white but after some time Will be can not get the PIN message and I lost my contact AGAIN. So I should restart My device very often Please help me Thanks....Best regards

It looks like some process is interfering. Did you load any apps from Blackberry World (the app store)?

    And neither has Verizon pushed the Z30 upgrade to 10.2.1.1925... no one here knows when Verizon will do so.
    They have not stated when they might.
    There are other methods for upgrading to 10.2.1 if you wish to do so manually.

  • 2102 web interface unavailable.

    Hello,
    I've been trying to configure my 2102 via the web interface, except I can not reach said interface. I can ping the IP it has been assigned by my current, wireless router, however the IP itself lead to nothing in my browser, and nor does it do anything once /advanced has been appended.  I'm at a bit of a loss, as even if it's connected straight to my laptop, without the other router, it doesn't answer at all.
    Any thoughts?

    Done, done and done, and to no avail. I do not know why. I see on my router that its assigned address is 192.168.1.197, therefore I went for 192.168.1.197/advanced as the manual stated, to a 'page not available' error.
    Any thoughts?

    presently,  I have a dry loop phone line---> speedtouch DSL modem---> D-Link DIR-601 and the LAN 1 going out 2 the main computer  and LAN 2 going out 2 the SPA 2102
    I can get my D-Link system working fine w/o the SPA or I can just hook up the SPA w/o the D-Link and then both phone/internet works fine.
    Both have been registered separately using the 192.168...addy 
    but getting the Internet/VoIP/Wireless has been impossible....so far... 
    any suggestions???

    Basically you're cascading 2 routers. If that is so, you're creating double NAT network. As much as possible, it is recommended to connect the SPA2102 as a primary router because Voice requires more bandwidth.
    This should be your network setup: DSL Modem - to the WAN port of SPA2102 - to the WAN port of the Dlink router.
    If I'm not mistaken, these 2 devices are having the same IP. Change the LAN IP of the Dlink router from 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.1.1.

  • Need advice replacing HP Mini 2102 Screen

    Hey all,
      I am fixing an HP Mini 2102 netbook that was dropped on the ground. The netbook works fine, except now the screen is somewhat hazy and washed out on the right side. Usually, when a laptop screen acts up, I try to replace the display inverter board, as was the case with an HP Pavilion dv9000 machine I fixed recently. 
      However, after dismatling the computer, I found no such inverter on the screen, and after consulting with a very helpful HP support assistant in a live chat session who informed me that there isn't a separate inverter board available for purchase, I've come to believe I must replace the whole screen.
     If I am not mistaken, the LCD part number is 589649-001 for this particular model I am repairing. I am creating this post to confirm that the inverter board on this Mini cannot be replaced, and that I must replace the entire LCD screen - minus the camera, bezel, and hinges, which all work fine - in order to fix the display issue.
      If there are any other suggestions as to what part I need, or if I need to take a completely different approach to the repair, please let me know before I order the LCD screen part.

  • Exchange 2010 - EventID 2090&2102 on DC

    Hi guys.
    Exchange 2010 is installed on a domain controller (DC.domain.com).
    Let's skip the part about telling me that Exchange 2010 installed on DC is not a wise idea and please help regarding this Event Viewer Warning:
    EventID 2090
    Process MSEXCHANGEADTOPOLOGYSERVICE.EXE (PID=1188).
    The configuration domain controller specified in the registry (DC.domain.com) is unreachable.
    Exchange Active Directory Provider will select the configuration domain controller from the list of available domain controllers.
    EventID 2102:
    Process MSEXCHANGEADTOPOLOGYSERVICE.EXE (PID=1188). All Domain Controller Servers in use are not responding: DC.domain.com
    dcdiag /s:DC.domain.com saids everything is fine.
    Why is event viewer complaining then?

    Hi,
    Based on my research,
    Event ID 2090 is just a warning message that indicates a particular server was configured, in the registry, to be used as the configuration domain controller and this server was not reachable. Usually, this event can be ignored.
    However, if there is an accompanying MSExchangeDSAccess
    Event ID 2102, the Exchange Services might not start. It would be a known issue when Exchange server installed in DC:
    Service start up issues where Exchange services cannot start since AD is not available as the DC is still starting up.
    To resolve it, the following blog mentioned a potential workaround about
    Start up dependencies:

    Additionally, I still want to be verbose that it is not recommended to
    install an Exchange server in a domain controller.

  • Tecra 8000 SD 2102 DVD Drive Problem

    I have a Tecra 8000 with a sd 2102 drive, the drive can be used if I boot from a boot disk but has driver issues when used in Win 2k. Anyone have any ideas what the problem is?

    Curious how long we will wait for Verizon to send out newest release as
    show in title. 2102 (2141) has been out for days for some carriers.

    I have it, but no idea what was in it.
    I appreciate the updates, but it is really irritating to not have any documentation of what was fixed and what is new.
    Anybody know?

    I have downloaded and installed it........ BUT since then the battery lasst half the time it did before, and my contacts are just ONE BIG MESS !!!!! Emoticons in text messages just shows as a '?'
    I am so unhappy that i am ready to ditch the phone ....

    No need to double post and cross post... one is enough.
    FYI:  After any OS upgrade on a BB10 device, it will take 48-72 hours for the device data syncing of email, contacts, social apps, etc., to complete and finish. High data transfer after an upgrade cause high processor use, which in turn causes high battery usage. Likewise, high processor use will cause some lag and initial slowness. Ignore and and be patient. It can take the 48 hours for all contacts to sync back to the device. And, the battery will recover after a few days. Just don't drain your battery to 10% or less each time, top off the charge. You'll notice a difference after a couple days.

  • Problem with SPA 2102 (no tone/phone1 led not on)

    Dear All, We are using spa 2102 adapters, two of them are working fine, one has some problem. The phone1 led is not working i.e, the phone has no tone. if we connect the adapter to PC through Ethernet its working fine and the DHCP is assigning the IP to adapter. Kindly resolve the issue. Thanks.

    The problem is resolved!
    I called the service provider and they told me to put the IP in the DMZ or outside friewall. But i just reserved an IP in DHCP server for this device and then put that IP in the Linksys seetings page as static IP rather DHCP.
    It starts working and i was able to call and recieve calls.

  • Update from 7.1.0 Bundle 722 to 2102

    My wife's phone shows that she needs to update to 7.1.0 Bundle 2102 but when she tries on her device it says she has to do it via the desktop.... and when she does it there it says she is alrady update with 7.1.0 Bundle 2102... Thank you for any advice. 
    On a side note.... I have Googlr Maps Ver 4.5.3 but she cannot use it, it says her Enterprise server does not allow this... we do not have enterprise server and I my Google Maps works fine... please advise

    Let us first start here, as curing this will be a prerequisite to the update process you wish to conduct...

    It would appear, from what you say, that your wife's BB was once associated with a BES environment, and was not properly cleansed of that when it was removed from that BES. How, why, or when that may have been the case I cannot know...only that it appears, from what you report, to be the case. To cure it, you must do some very careful steps, starting with ensuring you have a full and complete backup of the entire device, for it will be totally wiped clean in order to cure this issue. You can find full instructions for backup via the link in my auto-sig on this post.
    Once you have a good backup, you can proceed with the cleansing process:

    When you restore, be sure to NOT do a full restore...rather, only a selective restore of only those critical databases (e.g., contacts, calendar, etc.), specifically avoiding any databases that have to do with IT Policy or Enterprise. If you restore those databases, you will wind up right back where you are now.

    I recommend you override the automatic methods of updating and instead take full control over the process. Please refer to this official download portal as you proceed. It is sorted first by carrier -- so if all you want are the OS levels your carrier supports, your search will be quick. However, some carriers are much slower than others to release updates. To truly seek out the most up-to-date OS package for your BB, you must dig through and find all carriers that support your specific model BB, and then compare the OS levels that they support.

    From a PC, you can install any compatible (e.g., for your exact BB Model Number) OS package to a BB via this procedure:

    Note that while written for "reload" and the Storm, it can be used to upgrade, downgrade, or reload any BB device model -- it all depends on the OS package you download and install to your PC.     C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
    C:\Users\(your Windows UserName)\AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML
    Be sure that you remove, from your PC, any other BB device OS packages as having more than one installed to the PC can cause conflicts with this procedure.

  • Unable to setup Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync on BB Q5 with software 10.2.1.2102

    hi. 
    i have downloaded lastest software 10.2.1.2102 on my Q5. i have an exchange 2013 package with Fasthost and my carrier is Vodafone. i set this up on my ipad and iphone no probs so i know password etc correct but whenever i try on BB it tells me that settings incorrect...which i know they are not. it was working fine with this software update and had some nice new features until i tried to add another exchange email account and because that didnt work i deleted them both and now i cant get either back on. i am using an IMAP account so emails r showing but i miss the exchange features. 
    in summary - why cant my BB Q5 accept an exchange account all of a sudden? 
    any help much appreciated...thanks in advance.

  • Bugs with 10.2.1.2102 (Q5)

    I did not purchase my BB Q5 from my provider, so I am posting this here rather than troubleshooting with WIND.
    Anybody here having issues with the new update? I've noticed some old bugs are still outstanding, it would be nice to have these corrected on the next release (if any):
    - Incoming caller ID is not matching the contacts in my directory. I saved multiple instances of the phone number per contact to correct this. It helps for the most part so it can display my contact correctly inbound, but outbound is a tad frustrating now because of this. Because an entry in my directory has more than one phone number, it prompts me to select which number I want to dial, although all of the numbers are the same, they are just different instances. So for instance, Bob Smith 4165555555, would need an additional phone number +14165555555 for it to show correctly inbound. Mildly infuriating sometimes.
    - Text messaging, if I type too fast, and hit enter, followed by more text, half of my previous message is in the text box. It wouldn't be so bad if I can just hit backspace to delete the text, but that doesn't work. I have to set the icon in front of the text in order to delete it. I can get around this by waiting 1 second after hitting enter before typing any more text in - but that isn't right. My 9900 could keep up with me, and the Q5 cannot.
    - New bug I discovered after the recent update (10.2.1.2102), I receive a text message, click to retrieve but am now looking at an empty text chat with the contact's name at the top. I can hear messages coming in, but cannot see them. Rebooting the phone allows me to now see the messages.
    - Zooming in with the i or o keys don't seem to work seamlessly as it used to - very buggy.
    - Camera problems (haven't been able to reproduce since the update, hopefully this one is fixed). I can take multiple pictures, but end up with pictures in between (really screenshots) of my alarm clock (what the...?).

    No. You would need to look at using a BES server for what you are trying to achieve.

  • Duplicate entries for contacts after BB update 10.2.1.2102

    Hi,
    This is in regards to my boss's blackberry q10.
    I recently updated the OS to 10.2.1.2102 (done via phone update not via BB link).
    After the update, i noticed that all contacts had a duplicate entry with only one of them containing the proper details while the other was blank. I have uploaded the pics through the dropbox link below.

    If i delete the blank contact, it solves the problem but I have to do it individually for each contact.
    Is there a better way of doing this? Would really appreciate your help here.

    If you open the blank one and go to the bottom and hit "Link" does it show what contact list the blank one is in?
    Also, where was the source of the contacts to begin with? Did they come from an Exchange mailbox? Another email account? Wired sync from Link?
