I have just upgraded to this but am having major issues with texts- they no longer appear in the text messages section when i receive or send them they only appear in the hub- also i no longer get a notification when i do get a text- anyone any suggestions?

Can't Import ICS Calendars with 10.2.1.2941

Hi all,
in the last couple of days, I tried import ICS calendars on my Z10 running 10.2.1.2941, and each time, the Calendar app only imports one of the events in the calendar.
The first time, I created a calendar for the 2014 World Cup using iCalendar on OS X 10.9.3, put it in an e-mail, downloaded it from the e-mail on my Z10 and tapped on the file in the list of downloads. At that point, I simply got the Calendar app's New Event screen for only one of the events and an option to save or cancel.
The 2nd time, I tried loading the calendar from http://bclions.com/schedule/importSchedule?year=2014&team=1&timezone=America/Vancouver , which worked perfectly on my Macbook Pro, but on my Z10, I got the Calendar app's New Event screen for only one of the events.
This looks like a bug in BB10's Calendar app. Is there a workaround, other than synching with my laptop or Google Calendar ?
One more thing, on my Z10, I have one local calendar, two Google calendars and a Facebook calendar. Syncing with the Google and FB calendars work perfectly.

How to give grant write privilege ? coz I have granted connect, resource, all privileges to REP_OWNER, REP_USER, OWBSYS .. but still can't.

Mobile Data not working after 10.2.1.2941 update

I updated my BB Z 10 software to 10.2.1.2941 last night. It take a long and was stucked on Blackberry Logo for 3 hours after restart. I pressed Power button for 10 seconds and it got started after that. But now i am facing a strange problem my previously installed applications are behaving normal but when i install a new app from bb world it do not detect a mobile data while they works normal on on wi-fi. What may be the reason??? Help me guys...

Try removing your SIM card, reinsert, and power up again?
Don't turn the device off first.. leave it powered on, remove the battery , remove and reinsert the SIM. Replace battery.
Also, give me an idea of what application(s) you are seeing this the mobile data fail on?

with this configuration i can't get any clocking at the remote site. I have configured this between a Cisco 7609 and the MWR-2941 without problem, but in the Cisco 7609 I can create another virtual-cem interface. But I can't find a way to create a virtual-cem in the MWR-2941 that should be working as the clock master.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I used router instead of cisco layer 3 switches (SVI for user access vlan is configured on router as sub interfaces) , and On my NAC Server I created a vlan mapping rule that map unauthenticated vlan to one of my access vlan ,
I have a problem with my Managed subnet !! I have to put my Managed Subnet as default gateway for my client because if I put the router SVI cisco nac agent client does not pop up at all !!!
I read different documents about that and all of them said that your client default gateway must be SVI , but it does not work,

Z10: Latest Update 10.2.1.2941 no Wifi icon at top rigt

Just updated to 10.2.1.2941, after the update there is no wifi icon at the top right of the screen.
In the Settings->Network Connections->Wi-Fi indicates that I am connected to the wi-fi.
If I disable Data Services, the wifi icon appears.
I want to confirm that even though the wifi icon is not present, the wifi connection is still used for data.

I just update my Z10 ( STL100-2 ) , with the new firmware 10.2.1.2941 and the problem is start.
1.crash unexpectedly
2.the phone number of my contact just called, disappear from the list
3.the pictur of my contact , when he is calling me , is too small , is not big as the screen like before the update

Z10 update 10.2.1.2941( 3175) issue

The update stated that I'll be able to open any number of apps in the home screen, but after updating my z10 to 10.2.1.2941, i still cannot open more than 8 apps in the home screen.
As i open the 9th app, the first app automatically closes like before.
Rest all is working fine.
What should i do?

Soft release 10.2.1.2941

OS version 10.2.1.3175
After I update to last soft release 10.2.1.2941 all my android apps stop working.
All work`s perfectly before update.
Nw if I start any of them, it`s start initialising and after short time get me out to the main screen.
Don`t tell to me reinstall apps - already try it. Didn`t work as solution.
Any ideas how can I roll back to the previous soft release?

Did you not read this part of my post? I can help you but only if you follow instructions. If you choose not to then I can't guarantee any results. I wanted you to wipe ALL data from the device (only after making a full backup, of course) and then leave the device empty of your data to see if your original problem persisted.

I'd faced same issue on Z30. I removed android market and apps installed. I removed my sim card n activated flight services. Did a security wipe. Now everything is on track

Issue of OS 10.2.1.2941

Hi guys, last week I received auto notification to update software to 10.2.1.2941, I did via wifi. From that day to now I am facing a series of issue, my mobile battery not gonna be charged more than 70% BBM, what's app and message application got stuck. I wiped out my whole data , restart many times. Consistently I ve been facing this issue. I am not much good in technology. I Just want to fix this issue, I am unable to figure out. Is there any link available if I want to degrade my software into former one. Can somebody help me out? God bless you.

You can use autoloader, look here but keep in mind it will destroy all You personal data like You got new device and You'll can't use backup after OS downgrade, so You should to use third-part apps to save You critical data (contacts, media etc.) and restore it after autoloader apply. I suggest You Enpass for password backup and Fire Chest Backup for the rest but it's Your deal what You want to use.

Last monday, I had updated my BB Z10 to latest OS. And it was all fine until ysterday night.
Suddenly all the app in the phone cannot open even though i still can see all the apps icon there.
No pull down screen to view the alarm clock.
No lock screeen, i means the screen saver.
Can't even open the setting to do all the security wipe.
The wifi is always on whenever i restart the phone.
and my battery is drain very fast and could feel the heat at the behind of the phone.
I have reset the phone thousand of times but seems nothing resolve.
well, these few days i did download some songs from an android app.
Is anyone know what is the problem?

It sounds like you may have installed something that maybe you shouldn't have. First try using BB Link to make a full backup. Then use an autoloader to reinstall the OS. I recommend an autoloader since you're unable to even get to Settings to do a wipe. The autoloader will reinstall the OS fresh and allow you to setup the device again.
If Link is able to make the backup you can restore that backup but beware that the problem could be restored, as well. I recommend not restoring that backup.
To perform a Security Wipe please follow the instructions below. Be sure and use BB Link to make a full backup before proceeding with the wipe:

As title states, new release 10.2.1.3175 OS is out. Unfortunately it looks like those of us in

You will need to wait for your carrier to push the update out to you. There is a backdoor method to installing it but, for some reason, the servers aren't seeing the update for the Z10 right now.
